Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, two face frames 1 are fixedly connected side by side, and the two face frames 1 can respectively process air from two paths, so in order to adjust the V-shaped filter unit 7 in the two face frames 1, two driving gears 64 are provided corresponding to the number of the face frames 1, two first racks 62 are provided corresponding to the number of the face frames 1, two second racks 63 are provided corresponding to the number of the face frames 1, and the adjusting driving member 6 further includes a transmission gear 66 and a connecting toothed belt 67, specifically, the transmission gear 66 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the driving motor 65, the connecting toothed belt 67 is sleeved between the two driving gears 64 and the transmission gear 66, and the connecting toothed belt 67 is provided at a position farther than the positions of the first rack 62 and the second rack 63, so when the transmission gear 66 rotates, the two driving gears 64 can be rotated, so that the purpose of simultaneously adjusting the V-shaped filtering units 7 in the two face frames 1 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to allow the driving motor 65 to individually adjust the V-shaped filter units 7 in one of the face frames 1, therefore, the mounting plate 61 is provided with the separating mechanism 8, and specifically, the separating mechanism 8 includes a connecting pipe 81, a tensioning block 82 and a first return spring 83, the connecting pipe 81 is rotatably connected to the mounting plate 61, two connecting pipes 81 are provided, the two connecting pipes 81 are respectively provided corresponding to the two driving gears 64, wherein the connection pipe 81 is located on a side of the driving gear 64 away from the transmission gear 66, and the diameters of the transmission gear 66, the driving gear 64, and the connection pipe 81 are sequentially reduced, when the peripheral side outer wall of the connecting pipe 81 abuts against the connecting toothed belt 67, the drive gear 64 meshes with the connecting toothed belt 67, the driving gear 64 is rotated by the transmission gear 66, and a connecting through hole 811 is opened at one end of the connecting pipe 81 abutting against the connecting cog belt 67.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the tensioning blocks 82 are slidably disposed through the connecting through holes 811, the sliding direction of the tensioning blocks 82 is parallel to the diameter direction of the connecting pipe 81, wherein a plurality of tensioning blocks 82 are uniformly disposed around the center line of the connecting pipe 81, when one end of the tensioning block 82 close to the center line of the connecting pipe 81 is located in the connecting through hole 811, one end of the tensioning block 82 far from the center of the connecting pipe 81 abuts against the connecting cog belt 67, and the distance between the connecting cog belt 67 and the center line of the connecting pipe 81 enables the connecting cog belt 67 to be disengaged from the driving gear 64, at this time, the driving gear 66 drives only one driving gear 64 to rotate, so that the adjusting driving member 6 can be independently adjusted for the V-shaped filtering unit 7 in one face frame 1; the first return spring 83 is disposed in the connecting through hole 811, and the first return spring 83 is used to return the tension block 82 to a direction close to the center line of the connecting pipe 81, so when the external force on the tension block 82 is removed, the first return spring 83 can move the tension block 82 to a direction close to the center line of the connecting pipe 81, so that the connecting pipe 81 and the connecting cog belt 67 can be restored to be abutted.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the separating mechanism 8 further includes an expanding driving assembly, specifically, the expanding driving assembly includes a sliding rod 84, a second return spring 85 and a pushing cylinder 86, the sliding rod 84 is slidably disposed through the inner ring of the connecting pipe 81, one end of the sliding rod 84 is disposed in the inner ring of the connecting pipe 81, and the other end thereof penetrates through the mounting plate 61, wherein an expanding guide surface 841 abutting against the tension block 82 is disposed at one end of the sliding rod 84 close to the tension block 82, and the expanding guide surface 841 is spherical, so that during the sliding of the sliding rod 84 into the inner ring of the connecting pipe 81, the sliding rod 84 can gradually move the tension block 82 away from the center line of the connecting pipe 81 through the expanding guide surface 841, so as to achieve the purpose of disengaging the connecting cog belt 67 from the driving gear 64.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a second return spring 85 is disposed on the mounting plate 61, one end of the second return spring 85 is fixedly connected with the mounting plate 61, and the other end is fixedly connected with one end of the sliding rod 84 outside the connecting pipe 81, and when the external force on the sliding rod 84 is removed, the second return spring 85 is used for enabling the sliding rod 84 to gradually slide out of the inner ring of the connecting pipe 81, so that one end of the tensioning block 82 close to the sliding rod 84 can be returned into the inner ring of the connecting pipe 81; the pushing cylinder 86 is disposed on the mounting plate 61, and a piston rod of the pushing cylinder 86 abuts against an end of the sliding rod 84 outside the connecting pipe 81, so that a spherical sliding-in guide surface 842 is also disposed at the end of the sliding rod 84 outside the connecting pipe 81, and when the piston rod of the pushing cylinder 86 extends, the piston rod of the pushing cylinder 86 can slide the sliding rod 84 gradually into the inner ring of the connecting pipe 81 by sliding into the guide surface 842, so as to achieve the purpose of gradually moving the tensioning block 82 away from the center line of the connecting pipe 81.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in the present embodiment, in order to facilitate assembly and disassembly of the filter plate 5 during maintenance, the filter plate 5 includes a mounting frame 51, a filter element block 52, a connecting plate 53, a pressure plate 54, and a compression torsion spring 55, the mounting frame 51 is in a rectangular frame shape, the mounting frame 51 is provided with two blocking strips 511 on one side away from the tail plate 4, the two blocking strips 511 are respectively located on two opposite inner sides of the mounting frame 51, wherein one end of the blocking strip 511 is fixedly connected to the mounting frame 51, and the other end extends to the inner side of the mounting frame 51; the filter core block 52 is arranged on the inner side of the mounting frame 51, and the filter core block 52 is abutted with one side surface of the barrier strip 511 close to the tail plate 4; the two connecting plates 53 are respectively arranged on two opposite inner sides of the mounting frame 51, wherein one end of the connecting plate 53 is hinged with one side of the mounting frame 51 close to the tail plate 4.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, two pressure plates 54 are provided, and two pressure plates 54 are provided corresponding to two connecting plates 53, specifically, the pressure plates 54 are fixedly connected to one end of the connecting plates 53 away from the mounting frame 51, and the pressure plates 54 can abut against one side surface of the filter element block 52 away from the barrier strips 511; the compression torsion spring 55 is arranged at the hinged position of the connecting plate 53 and the mounting frame 51, and the compression torsion spring 55 is used for enabling the pressure plate 54 and the filter element block 52 to be in a tightly-pressed state, when the filter element block 52 is to be replaced, the connecting plate 53 is firstly pulled to enable the pressure plate 54 to move towards the direction far away from the filter element, when the connecting plate 53 rotates to a proper angle, the old filter element block 52 is taken out, then a new filter element block 52 is put into the inner side of the mounting frame 51 until the filter element block 52 is in contact with the barrier strip 511, then the connecting plate 53 is loosened, the connecting plate 53 can perform reset rotation towards the direction close to the filter element block 52 under the action of the compression torsion spring 55 until the pressure plate 54 and the side surface of the filter element block 52 far away from the barrier strip 511 are in tight contact, and replacement of the filter element block 52 is completed.
The implementation principle of the W-shaped air filter in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the flow rates of air flowing into the W-shaped filter are different, the driving piece 6 can be adjusted to enable the ends, far away from the tail plate 4, of the two filter plates 5 to be close to or far away from each other, in the process, if the ends, far away from the tail plate 4, of the two filter plates 5 are far away from each other, the tail plate 4 can move towards the direction close to the face frame 1, if the ends, far away from the tail plate 4, of the two filter plates 5 are close to each other, the tail plate 4 can move towards the direction far away from the face frame 1, the included angle between the two filter plates 5 can be changed, and therefore the stroke of the air passing through the filter plates 5 can be changed, so that the W-shaped filter can be adapted to air with different flow rates while the treatment efficiency is maintained, and the use performance of the W-shaped filter is improved.
The embodiment of the application also discloses an air conditioning device. The air conditioning equipment comprises a ventilation pipeline and the W-shaped air filter, wherein the W-shaped air filter is arranged in the ventilation pipeline, so that the air conditioning equipment can effectively treat air with different flow rates.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A W-type air filter, comprising:
a face frame (1);
the number of the partition plates (2) is multiple, and two ends of each partition plate (2) are respectively connected with two opposite inner sides of the face frame (1);
the side plates (3) are arranged in a plurality, the side plates (3) are divided into two groups, and the two groups of side plates (3) are respectively arranged on two opposite outer sides of the face frame (1);
the plurality of tail plates (4) are arranged, the tail plates (4) are positioned between the two groups of side plates (3), two ends of each tail plate (4) are respectively in sliding connection with one side, close to the two side plates (3), of each other, and the tail plates (4) can move towards the direction close to the face frame (1);
a plurality of filter plates (5) are arranged, one ends of the two filter plates (5) are respectively hinged with two opposite ends of the tail plate (4), the other ends of the two filter plates (5) are connected with the face frame (1) in a sliding mode, and one ends, far away from the tail plate (4), of the two filter plates (5) are connected with the partition plates (2) in a sealing mode;
and the adjusting driving piece (6) is connected with the filter plates (5), and the adjusting driving piece (6) is used for enabling two ends, far away from the tail plate (4), of the filter plates (5) to be close to or far away from each other.
2. A W-type air filter according to claim 1, wherein: the partition plate (2) comprises a fixed partition part (21) and a movable partition part (22), and two ends of the fixed partition part (21) are fixedly connected with two inner sides opposite to the face frame (1); the both ends of activity partition portion (22) with two inboard sliding connection that face frame (1) is relative, activity partition portion (22) with filter plate (5) are kept away from the one end of tailboard (4) is articulated mutually, activity partition portion (22) are kept away from a side surface of tailboard (4) with fixed partition portion (21) are close to a side surface looks butt of tailboard (4).

a mounting plate (61) provided on one of outer sides of the face frame (1);
a first rack (62) slidably connected to the mounting plate (61), the first rack (62) being fixedly connected to one of the movable partitions (22);
the second rack (63) is connected to the mounting plate (61) in a sliding mode, and the second rack (63) is fixedly connected with the other movable partition part (22);
the driving gear (64) is rotationally connected to the mounting plate (61), and the driving gear (64) is meshed with one side, close to each other, of the first rack (62) and the second rack (63);
and the driving motor (65) is arranged on the mounting plate (61), and the driving motor (65) is connected with the driving gear (64).

The W-type air filter of claim 4, wherein: a heightening rod (11) is arranged between the mounting plate (61) and the face frame (1), one end of the heightening rod (11) is fixedly connected with the outer side of the face frame (1), the other end of the heightening rod is fixedly connected with the mounting plate (61), and the heightening rod (11) is connected to one side, parallel to the length of the partition plate (2), of the face frame (1); one end part of the movable partition part (22) close to the inner side of the face frame (1) is exposed outside the face frame (1), and one side of the movable partition part (22) close to the tail board (4) is exposed outside the face frame (1); the first rack (62) is positioned on one side of the face frame (1) close to the tail plate (4); the second rack (63) is positioned on one side of the face frame (1) far away from the tail plate (4); the part of the movable partition part (22) exposed outside the face frame (1) is provided with a connecting rod (12), and one end, far away from the movable partition part (22), of the connecting rod (12) is fixedly connected with the first rack (62) or the second rack (63).

A W-shaped air filter according to claim 5, wherein: the two face frames (1) are fixedly connected side by side; the number of the driving gears (64) is two corresponding to that of the face frames (1); the number of the first racks (62) corresponding to the number of the face frames (1) is two; the number of the second racks (63) is two corresponding to that of the face frames (1); the adjusting driving piece (6) comprises a transmission gear (66) and a connecting toothed belt (67), and the transmission gear (66) is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the driving motor (65); the connecting toothed belt (67) is sleeved between the two driving gears (64) and the transmission gear (66); a separation mechanism (8) is arranged on the mounting plate (61), and the separation mechanism (8) is used for separating the connecting toothed belt (67) from one of the driving gears (64).
7. The W-type air filter of claim 6, wherein: the separation mechanism (8) comprises:
the connecting pipe (81) is rotatably connected to the mounting plate (61), the number of the connecting pipe (81) is two, the two connecting pipes (81) are arranged corresponding to the two driving gears (64), the connecting pipe (81) is located on one side, away from the transmission gear (66), of the driving gears (64), when the outer wall of the periphery of the connecting pipe (81) is abutted to the connecting toothed belt (67), the connecting toothed belt (67) is meshed with the driving gears (64), and the inner wall of the connecting pipe (81) is provided with a connecting through hole (811);
the tensioning blocks (82) are arranged in the connecting through holes (811) in a sliding mode, the tensioning blocks (82) can move in the direction far away from the central line of the connecting pipe (81), a plurality of tensioning blocks (82) are uniformly distributed around the central line of the connecting pipe (81), and when one end, close to the central line of the connecting pipe (81), of each tensioning block (82) is located in each connecting through hole (811), the connecting toothed belt (67) is disengaged from the driving gear (64);
a first return spring (83) disposed in the connecting through hole (811), the first return spring (83) being used to move the tension block (82) in a direction approaching the center line of the connecting pipe (81);
the stretching driving assembly is connected with the tensioning block (82) and used for enabling the tensioning block (82) to move towards the direction far away from the central line of the connecting pipe (81).
8. A W-type air filter according to claim 7, wherein: the splay drive assembly includes:
a sliding rod (84) which is arranged in the inner ring of the connecting pipe (81) in a sliding mode, the sliding rod (84) is abutted against the tensioning block (82), an expanding guide surface (841) is arranged at the position where the sliding rod (84) is abutted against the tensioning block (82), the expanding guide surface (841) is used for enabling the tensioning block (82) to move in the direction away from the sliding rod (84), and a sliding guide surface (842) is arranged at one end, outside the connecting pipe (81), of the sliding rod (84);
a second return spring (85) arranged on the mounting plate (61), wherein the second return spring (85) is used for sliding the sliding rod (84) out of the inner side of the connecting pipe (81);
and the pushing cylinder (86) is arranged on the mounting plate (61), and when the piston rod of the pushing cylinder (86) extends out, the piston rod of the pushing cylinder (86) can be abutted to the sliding-in guide surface (842).
9. A W-type air filter according to claim 1, wherein: the filter plate (5) comprises:

and the compression torsion spring (55) is arranged at the hinged part of the connecting plate (53) and the mounting frame (51), and the compression torsion spring (55) is used for enabling the pressing plate (54) to be tightly pressed against the filter core block (52).
10. An air conditioning apparatus comprising a ventilation duct and a W-type air filter according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the W-type air filter being disposed within the ventilation duct.
