Finally, the exhaust channel and the pressure relief channel are separated, and food materials for pressure relief are difficult to enter the pressure relief channel, so that the accuracy of the safety pressure value after long-term use is guaranteed.
Fig. 9 shows a flow chart of a second method for controlling force according to the embodiment, specifically, the electric cooker enters a boiling stage through a heating stage, a sensor detects pressure or temperature in the cooker, determines whether a set value V (for example, 20KPa) is reached, and delays T seconds after the set value V is reached, at this time, a control valve opens an exhaust passage to realize V (20KPa) down-boiling. The control condition V1 is 20KPa, and when the pressure in the pan is detected to be V1-20 KPa for the first time, the mode is not started, but when the pressure in the pan is detected to be V2-25 KPa continuously, the mode is started when the pressure is further reduced to be V1-20 KPa by adjusting the compression amount of the spring, the power or the temperature.

controlling the control valve to close the exhaust port to seal the cooking container;
determining that the internal pressure reaches a first pressure threshold, and controlling a heating assembly to continue heating the cooking container for a first time period to increase the internal pressure of the cooking container;
controlling the internal pressure to decrease to a first pressure threshold;
controlling the control valve to open the exhaust port;
the pressure limiting value of the control valve is adjustable; the controlling the internal pressure to decrease to the first pressure threshold specifically includes:
determining that the internal pressure reaches a second pressure threshold greater than the first pressure threshold;
controlling the pressure limiting value of the control valve to be adjusted to be equal to the first pressure threshold.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before adjusting the pressure limiting value of the control valve to be equal to the first pressure threshold, further comprising:
determining that the internal pressure reaches the first pressure threshold, keeping the control valve to close the exhaust port, and controlling the heating assembly to continue heating the cooking container so as to raise the internal pressure to the second pressure threshold.
3. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the controlling the internal pressure to decrease to the first pressure threshold and the controlling the control valve to open the exhaust port comprises:
determining that the internal pressure reaches a second pressure threshold, adjusting a heating power of the cooking vessel or reducing an internal temperature of the cooking vessel to reduce the internal pressure;
determining that the internal pressure reaches the first pressure threshold, controlling the control valve to open the exhaust port.
4. The method of controlling a cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the lid assembly defines a pressure relief opening, the lid assembly further comprises a safety valve, the safety valve includes a blocking member and a seat, the seat has a pressure relief channel connected to the cooking container, the pressure relief channel is adapted to be connected to the pressure relief opening, the blocking member is movably disposed on the seat and is adapted to open or close the pressure relief channel, and the method further comprises:
setting the second pressure threshold to be less than or equal to a relief pressure threshold of the relief valve and greater than the first pressure threshold.
5. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the cooking appliance further comprises a pressure sensor and/or a temperature sensor; determining the internal pressure of the cooking container during working, specifically comprising:
detecting the internal pressure; and/or
Detecting an internal temperature of the cooking container while operating,
and determining the internal pressure according to the internal temperature and the corresponding relation between the preset temperature and the preset pressure.
6. A control device for a cooking appliance, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements a control method for a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
