Referring to fig. 5 and 9, the sampling and rejecting drum 12 is located below the converging drum 8, a plurality of rejecting grooves 1201 are annularly and equidistantly arranged on the outer circumference of the sampling and rejecting drum 12 along the axial direction, a second negative pressure distribution seat 13 is installed in the sampling and rejecting drum 12, a second negative pressure distribution chamber 1301 is formed between the second negative pressure distribution seat 13 and the inner wall of the sampling and rejecting drum 12, rejecting adsorption holes 1202 are formed in the rejecting grooves 1201, and the rejecting adsorption holes 1202 are communicated with the second negative pressure distribution chamber 1301. The bottom of the second negative pressure air distribution seat 13 is provided with a convex rib 1302, the outer side surface of the convex rib 1302 is in an arc shape matched with the inner wall of the sampling and removing drum 12, and the arc outer side surface of the convex rib 1302 and the inner wall of the sampling and removing drum 12 are not in contact with each other, so that negative pressure hardly exists in the removing adsorption hole 1202 rotating to the convex rib 1302, the suction force of the negative pressure is smaller than the gravity of a filter stick, and the filter stick falls into a defective sampling box 14 under the sampling and removing drum 12 stably under the gravity. Because the air blowing hole 1003 is located in the first negative-pressure air distribution chamber 901, the sufficient and stable blowing force of compressed air of the air blowing hole needs to be ensured, and by adopting the structural design, the defective products can be eliminated in hundreds under the dual actions of the air blowing hole 1003 and the eliminating adsorption hole 1202 at the defective product eliminating butt joint position. By adopting the sampling and removing drum 12, soft removal can be performed, sampling, observation and analysis are facilitated, the filter stick is prevented from being damaged by high-speed air pressure blown by the air blowing block 10, and the phenomenon of deformation caused by bouncing off when defective filter sticks are removed is avoided.
The filter stick feeding drum 1, the alignment drum 5 and the converging drum 8 are driven by respective motors to rotate in the clockwise direction, and the first transition drum 4, the second transition drum 6, the cigarette feeding drum 7 and the sampling and removing drum 12 are driven by respective motors to rotate in the counterclockwise direction.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: the storage bin 2 stores four-time-length filter rods and sequentially places the four-time-length filter rods one by one in the feeding filter rod grooves, and when the filter rods rotate to the filter rod cutting mechanism 3 along with the filter rod feeding drum wheel 1, the filter rod cutting mechanism 3 cuts the four-time-length filter rods in the feeding filter rod grooves into two sections with double lengths, and then transmits the two sections to the first transition drum wheel 4; the first transition drum wheel 4 takes out and staggers the two sections of double-length filter sticks and conveys the two sections of double-length filter sticks to the parallel and uniform drum wheel 5 in sequence, and the parallel and uniform drum wheel 5 aligns the double-length filter sticks in the middle and conveys the double-length filter sticks to the confluence drum wheel 8 through the second transition drum wheel 6; the cigarette feeding drum 7 simultaneously conveys cigarettes to two ends of the filter rod in the converging drum 8 to form double-length cigarettes, and then the cigarettes are continuously conveyed backwards; the filter rods are detected on line in real time before reaching the cigarette feeding drum 7 along with the rotation of the converging drum 8, the defects of double filter rods such as length, burst, breakage and the like can be detected, the detection data are transmitted to an industrial personal computer in time, a shaft encoder signal is combined, a rejection signal command is sent to unqualified filter rods, and after the rejection signal command is received by a rejection mechanism, defective filter rods detected by a vision detection camera 11 are rejected through an air blowing block 10 in cooperation with a sampling rejection drum 12.
Therefore, according to the double-length cigarette converging device with the real-time online detection and rejection functions of the filter stick, the filter stick is sequentially conveyed into the converging unit through the filter stick feeding unit and converged with the non-filter cigarette conveyed by the cigarette feeding unit to form the double-length cigarette, the stable and orderly production is guaranteed, and the production efficiency is improved; the visual detection camera is used for detecting the filter stick which rotates along with the converging drum wheel and does not reach the cigarette feeding drum wheel, so that the real-time online detection function is realized, the detection precision is high, the detection efficiency is greatly improved, and the poor defects of the length, the burst opening, the damage of the filter stick, the missing part of the filter stick during converging and the like can be effectively detected; the visual detection camera transmits detection data to the industrial personal computer in time, a shaft encoder signal is combined, a rejection signal instruction is sent to unqualified filter rods, and the rejection mechanism receives the rejection signal instruction and then precisely rejects the unqualified filter rods, so that the product quality is improved; meanwhile, the drum wheel is removed by sampling, soft removal can be performed, the filter stick is prevented from being damaged by high-speed air pressure blown by the air blowing block, the deformation phenomenon caused by bouncing when a defective filter stick is removed is avoided, sampling, observation and analysis are facilitated, the subsequent optimized production process is facilitated, and the defective filter stick can be removed in percentage under the dual effects of the air blowing hole and the removal adsorption hole.
