本发明公开了一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料配方及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米、玉米胚芽、麦麸、豆粕、次粉、稻壳粉、荞麦秸秆、大豆秸秆、鱼粉、石粉、糖蜜、食盐、复合维生素、微量元素、复合蛋氨酸和植物添加剂。本发明提出的哺乳期肉兔的饲料配方及其制备方法,对饲料混合料进行两次粉碎,得到所需肉兔饲料,二次粉碎促进淀粉的糊化,有利于肉兔的消化吸收,增大了饲料的表面积,增加了饲料与消化酶或微生物的接触机会,且对饲料活性成分没有影响,从而提高了饲料养分的消化率,植物添加剂具有一定的药用价值和保健功能外,还能作为天然的防腐剂和抗氧化剂,避免饲料中不饱和脂肪酸氧化酸败现象。

本发明涉及兔饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
肉兔,兔类的一种。肉兔品种很多按体型大致可分为大、中、小三种类型。体重5千克以上为大型兔;3~5千克为中型兔;3千克以下为小型兔。据测定,肉兔瘦肉率高达70%。肉中蛋白质达21%;赖氨酸、磷脂、钙、维生素的含量也很高,特别适宜老人、小孩食用。在国外,兔肉被誉为“美容食品”,需求量不断增加,特定的自然环境中,经引种改良、封闭繁育而形成具有独特生产性能的肉兔,具有适应性强、繁殖性能好、生长发育快、屠宰率高、肉质细嫩、风味鲜美、营养丰富等独特品质,尤其富含人体所需的多种维生素和氨基酸,深受消费者欢迎,商品肉兔生产,一般是用断奶(30日龄左右)仔兔,经短期育肥(即幼兔育肥)、体重由0.6公斤左右增加到2.5公斤屠宰,以生产更多的兔肉为目的,商品肉兔生产,除看最终的产出以外,还必须考虑生产成本,讲究经济效益。针对商品肉兔生产这一特点,在饲养管理上总体目标是减少疫病,提高日增重、断奶成活率、母兔受胎率,并降低饲养成本。
在目前的肉兔养殖的过程中,哺乳期肉兔的饲养尤为重要,由于现有的哺乳期肉兔饲料普遍添加抗生素,2020年全面禁抗限抗以后,哺乳期肉兔饲料配方必须得重新调整,同时肉兔养殖主要作为贫困山区家庭主要经济来源,根据肉兔的消化特点,适度开发本地优势农作物副产物资源,开发低成本饲料配方,适当降低原料成本,综合提高肉兔的养殖效益,显得尤为重要。为此我们设计出了一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料配方及其制备方法来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了适应现阶段肉兔养殖的形势,而提出的一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料配方及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料配方,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米12~18份、玉米胚芽5~8份、麦麸10~18份、豆粕15~20份、次粉5~12份、稻壳粉5~12份、荞麦秸秆5~10份、大豆秸秆8~15份、鱼粉1~3份、石粉0.1~0.3份、糖蜜1~3份、食盐0.2~0.5份、复合维生素0.05~0.2份、微量元素0.05~0.1份、复合蛋氨酸0.2~0.6份和植物添加剂2~4份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述玉米12份、玉米胚芽8份、麦麸16份、豆粕18份、次粉5份、稻壳粉8份、荞麦秸秆8份、大豆秸秆15份、鱼粉2份、石粉0.2份、糖蜜2份、食盐0.2份、复合维生素0.1份、微量元素0.1份、复合蛋氨酸0.4份、植物添加剂3份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述复合氨基酸每公斤包含500g蛋氨酸、350g赖氨酸、150g精氨酸。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述植物添加剂为食盐和苦蒿草粉混合物,且重量比为1∶1。
一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料制备方法,包括以下步骤,
S1,取上述原料选取除植物添加剂和微量元素之外的原料,通过粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后得到粉末,经过充分混合后过80目筛,得到粉剂;
S2,将上述粉剂加入混合机内,并且在混合机内加入无菌水溶液,搅拌,并且加入微量元素和植物添加剂,搅拌均匀,进行再次的粉碎,粉碎后通过40目筛,经过熟化后,制粒;
S3,制得的饲料颗粒进行紫外灭菌,烘干、冷却后包装入袋。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述S3中,冷却后的颗粒饲料水分含量为10~13%。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述S2中,混合机的装载系数为0.7~0.8,混合时间为120~150秒。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述S2中,制粒的直径为3~4㎜。
本发明提出的哺乳期肉兔的饲料配方及其制备方法,对饲料混合料进行两次粉碎,得到所需肉兔饲料,二次粉碎促进淀粉的糊化,有利于肉兔的消化吸收,增大了饲料的表面积,增加了饲料与消化酶或微生物的接触机会,且对饲料活性成分没有影响,从而提高了饲料养分的消化率;植物添加剂具有一定的药用价值和保健功能外,还能作为天然的防腐剂和抗氧化剂,避免饲料中不饱和脂肪酸氧化酸败现象,能有效抑制饲料霉变导致的黄曲霉毒素,提高饲料保存时间和饲料质量,从而避免现有技术中谷物饲料发霉造成肉兔慢性中毒引发皮肤末梢神经瘙痒的情况;添加糖蜜能够改善口感,提高哺乳期肉兔采食量,促进泌乳,改善配种率,提高仔兔断奶体重,同时糖蜜具有很好的粘性,能够增强颗粒饲料的硬度,降低粉化率,减少饲料浪费,本发明生产的饲料可为哺乳期肉兔在生产后提供充足的氨基酸、维生素、微量元素、蛋白、能量等营养成分,以促进哺乳期肉兔乳汁的分泌,预防哺乳期肉兔在生产后缺乳或者无乳症出现,为幼兔的生长提供充足的哺乳期肉乳汁,从而促进幼兔健康快速地生长、提高兔养殖人员的收入,本发明一种应用于哺乳期肉兔产后缺乳的催乳兔饲料制备简单、效果显著,安全、无副作用,适合兔养殖人员规模推广应用,本发明生产的饲料更加的精细,时候哺乳期的肉兔食用。

本发明提出的一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
选取以下重量份的原料:玉米10份、玉米胚芽9份、麦麸18份、豆粕15份、次粉7份、稻壳粉8份、荞麦秸秆8份、大豆秸秆15份、鱼粉3份、石粉0.1份、糖蜜2份、食盐0.1份、复合维生素0.2份、微量元素0.1份、复合蛋氨酸0.5份、植物添加剂4份。
S1,取上述原料选取除植物添加剂和微量元素之外的原料,通过粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后得到粉末,经过充分混合后过80目筛,得到粉剂;
S2,将上述粉剂加入混合机内,并且在混合机内加入无菌水溶液,搅拌,并且加入微量元素和植物添加剂,搅拌均匀,进行再次的粉碎,粉碎后通过40目筛,经过熟化后,制粒;
S3,制得的饲料颗粒进行紫外灭菌,烘干、冷却后包装入袋。
实施例二
本发明提出的一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
选取以下重量份的原料:玉米12份、玉米胚芽8份、麦麸16份、豆粕18份、次粉5份、稻壳粉8份、荞麦秸秆8份、大豆秸秆15份、鱼粉2份、石粉0.2份、糖蜜2份、食盐0.1份、复合维生素0.1份、微量元素0.1份、复合蛋氨酸0.5份、植物添加剂3份。
S1,取上述原料选取除植物添加剂和微量元素之外的原料,通过粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后得到粉末,经过充分混合后过80目筛,得到粉剂;
S2,将上述粉剂加入混合机内,并且在混合机内加入无菌水溶液,搅拌,并且加入微量元素和植物添加剂,搅拌均匀,进行再次的粉碎,粉碎后通过40目筛,经过熟化后,制粒;

实施例三
本发明提出的一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
选取以下重量份的原料:玉米11份、玉米胚芽8份、麦麸15份、豆粕19份、次粉6份、稻壳粉9份、荞麦秸秆8份、大豆秸秆15份、鱼粉2.5份、石粉0.1份、糖蜜3份、食盐0.1份、复合维生素0.1份、微量元素0.1份、复合蛋氨酸0.6份、植物添加剂2.5份。
S1,取上述原料选取除植物添加剂和微量元素之外的原料,通过粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后得到粉末,经过充分混合后过80目筛,得到粉剂;
S2,将上述粉剂加入混合机内,并且在混合机内加入无菌水溶液,搅拌,并且加入微量元素和植物添加剂,搅拌均匀,进行再次的粉碎,粉碎后通过40目筛,经过熟化后,制粒;
S3,制得的饲料颗粒进行紫外灭菌,烘干、冷却后包装入袋。
将上述实施例三组中的饲料生产出来,并且添加市场上销量较好的一种饲料作为对照组,对照组饲料采用市场上销售量相对较高的品牌哺乳期肉兔饲料,选取大小一致、生理状态基本无差异,年龄相等的哺乳期肉兔200只,分为四组,分别饲喂上述四组饲料,并且在同一条件下饲养,喂食35日断奶后,观察肉兔的基本情况,得到的结果如下:
由上表可知,饲喂本发明生产得到的饲料喂养哺乳期的肉兔,有助于母兔的健康,提高受胎率,同时促进哺乳期肉兔乳汁的分泌,进而提高仔兔的成活率和断奶体重,与对照组比较,各项数据均略优于对照组,但差异不显著。说明本发明的实施例,可以与对照组媲美,完全达到对照组的效果,从而达到降低养殖成本和风险,增加养殖经济效益的目的。本发明一种应用于哺乳期肉兔产后缺乳的催乳兔饲料制备简单、效果显著,安全、无副作用,适合兔养殖人员规模推广应用。

Claims (8)
1.一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料配方,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米12~18份、玉米胚芽5~8份、麦麸10~18份、豆粕15~20份、次粉5~12份、稻壳粉5~12份、荞麦秸秆5~10份、大豆秸秆8~15份、鱼粉1~3份、石粉0.1~0.3份、糖蜜1~3份、食盐0.1~0.2份、复合维生素0.05~0.2份、微量元素0.05~0.1份、复合蛋氨酸0.2~0.6份和植物添加剂2~4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料配方,其特征在于,所述玉米12份、玉米胚芽8份、麦麸16份、豆粕18份、次粉5份、稻壳粉8份、荞麦秸秆8份、大豆秸秆15份、鱼粉2份、石粉0.2份、糖蜜2份、食盐0.2份、复合维生素0.1份、微量元素0.1份、复合蛋氨酸0.4份、植物添加剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料配方,其特征在于,所述复合氨基酸每公斤包含500g蛋氨酸、350g赖氨酸、150g精氨酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料配方,其特征在于,所述植物添加剂为艾蒿和苦蒿草粉的混合物,且重量比为1∶1。
5.一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
S1,取上述原料选取除植物添加剂和微量元素之外的原料,通过粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后得到粉末,经过充分混合后过80目筛,得到粉剂;
S2,将上述粉剂加入混合机内,并且在混合机内加入无菌水溶液,搅拌,并且加入微量元素和植物添加剂,搅拌均匀,进行再次的粉碎,粉碎后通过40目筛,经过熟化后,制粒;
S3,制得的饲料颗粒进行紫外灭菌,烘干、冷却后包装入袋。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3中,冷却后的颗粒饲料水分含量为10~13%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料制备方法,其特征在于,所述S2中,混合机的装载系数为0.7~0.8,混合时间为120~150秒。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种适合哺乳期肉兔的饲料制备方法,其特征在于,所述S2中,制粒的直径为3~4㎜。
