本发明组合物协同增效作用明显,对多种病原真菌引起的病害尤其是禾谷类,蔬菜(如黄瓜、番茄等)、水果类(苹果、草莓等)、观赏植物和葡萄藤中的真菌病害。如油菜菌核病、苹果树腐烂病、稻瘟病、番茄叶霉病、黄瓜黑斑病、番茄炭疽病、苹果轮纹病、水稻纹枯病、瓜类白粉病、小麦纹枯病、黄瓜灰霉病、苹果白粉病、梨黑星病、葡萄白粉病、花生叶斑病、草莓白粉病、香蕉叶斑病、咖啡锈病、稻曲病、玉米大斑病、人参立枯病、小麦白粉病、烟草赤星病、瓜类枯萎病,人参黑斑病、苹果斑点落叶病、草莓灰霉病、葡萄灰霉病、黄瓜霜霉病、番茄晚疫病、马钤薯晚疫病、辣椒疫病、荔杖霜疫霉病、大豆疫霉根腐病、蔬菜立枯病及梨黑斑病等多种真菌病害具有很好的防治效果。因此,本发明的技术方案还包括该组合物用作杀真菌剂的用途,作为制备杀真菌剂的药物。根据农作物病害的发生程度,本发明组合物的使用浓度在农作物种植区域为5-2000g/hm2,优选20-500g/hm2
当制备本发明组合物时,可以向其中加入其它对有害生物有效的活性物质,或具有除草作用以及生长调节作用的活性物质或肥料。
本发明还包括上述组合物防治有害真菌的使用方法。
本发明组合物活性组分A和至少一种活性组分B按照本发明提供的合适配比预先配制好或在使用现场配制、或者单独依次使用,均呈现出显著的防病效果或明显扩大病害防治种类。
本发明所具有的优点:
本发明是将具有不同作用的杀菌剂组合使用,其不但扩大药剂的杀菌谱,而且可以延缓病原菌抗药性的产生,提高施药适期的灵活性,提高对多种病害的综合防治效果,并且降低药剂的施用量,延长药剂的使用寿命。此外,与本发明涉及到的单一化合物或杀菌剂相比,本发明两种特定组分按不同比例,混合或依次施用组分A的化合物和组分B的杀菌剂,能更好地提高病害防治效果,协同增效作用十分明显。在农业生产上,将两种杀菌剂按照适宜比例一起使用其效果非显而易见,混合后可达到省工省时的效果。
具体实施方式
本发明组合物对有害真菌的协同增效作用可通过下列实施例作进一步说明,但本发明绝非仅限于此。其中所述的活性组分即为本发明的杀真菌组合物中的吡唑类化合物之一的化合物A1与唑类、羧酰胺类、氨基甲酸盐类、胍类、杂环化合物、及其它化合物杀菌剂如硝基苯基衍生物、有机磷化合物、有机氯化合物、无机活性化合物的一种或几种的杀菌剂B。
待测活性样品分别为活性组分A和/或活性组分B,其中活性组分A为通式I所示的化合物:

式I中R1=甲基、R2=丙基,即为化合物A1。
活性组分B以腈苯唑B1-4、氰霜唑B1-5、稻瘟灵B1-6、多菌灵B1-10、氟菌唑B1-16、啶酰菌胺B2-2、吡噻菌胺B2-8、噻呋酰胺B2-9、烯酰吗啉B2-10、氟吡菌酰胺B2-12、联苯吡菌胺B2-14、氟唑菌酰胺B2-15、呋吡菌胺B2-20、咪鲜胺B3-1、苯锈啶B3-15、代森锰锌B4-1、福美双B4-5、百菌清B6-7、甲基托布津B6-14为例。
测试方法及评价方法如下:
将所述活性组分样品用丙酮溶解(丙酮量与喷液量的体积比等于或小于0.05%),用含有0.1%吐温80的水稀释,配制成所需浓度待测液,另按设定比例配制组合物的待测液。在作物喷雾机上,将待测液喷施于病害寄主植物上,24小时后进行病害接种。依据病害特点,将需要控温保湿培养的病害植物接种后放在气候室中培养,待病害完成侵染后,移入温室培养。待对照充分发病后,测定病原真菌侵染作物叶面积百分数,使用Abbot公式计算,即得到观察效力(W):

式中:
α:处理作物的真菌侵染百分数;
β:未处理(空白对照)作物的真菌侵染百分数;
效力为“0”表示处理作物的侵染水平与未处理对照作物的侵染水平相同;效力为“100”表示处理作物未受侵染。
组合物的预期效力(计算效力)使用Colby公式(见R.S.Colby,杂草(Weeds),1967,15,20-22)确定,并与观察效力比较。

E:使用浓度为a和b的活性组分A和B的组合物时的预期效力(以下各表中的计算效力),以未处理对照的%表示;
X:使用浓度为a的活性组分A时的效力,以未处理对照的%表示;
Y:使用浓度为b的活性组分B时的效力,以未处理对照的%表示。
当观察效力值大于计算效力值时,表示组合物具有增效作用;当观察效力值等于计算效力值时,表示组合物为加合作用;当观察效力值小于计算效力值时,表示组合物为拮抗作用。
实施例1防治水稻纹枯病试验
选择生长整齐一致、叶龄相同的水稻盆栽幼苗,按上述药剂浓度,使用作物喷雾机进行叶片喷雾处理,喷雾后放置通风橱内晾干,另设不加药剂的空白对照。24小时后接种水稻纹枯病病原菌,采用夹接菌块法接种,接于稻苗基部。接种后放置人工气候室(温度:昼28℃、夜25℃,相对湿度:95%)保湿培养7d后调查结果。调查水稻叶鞘和叶片的病菌侵染的发展程度。
各单独的活性组分及本发明组合物防治水稻纹枯病的活性数据结果见表1和表2。组合物的观察效力值均大于计算效力值,组合物在试验配比范围内表现为增效作用。

实施例2防治水稻稻瘟病试验
选择生长整齐一致、叶龄相同的水稻(品种:“辽星一号”)盆栽幼苗,按如下所述药剂浓度,使用作物喷雾机进行叶片喷雾处理,喷雾后放置通风橱内晾干,另设不加药剂的空白对照。24小时后接种水稻稻瘟病病原菌。将处理后的接种后的水稻盆栽幼苗置于人工气候温室(温度:昼28℃、夜25℃,相对湿度:95%)培养,7天进行分级后调查。各单独的活性组分及本发明组合物防治水稻稻瘟病的活性数据结果见表3和表4。组合物的观察效力值均大于计算效力值,组合物在试验配比范围内表现为增效作用。

实施例3黄瓜白粉病试验
选择生长整齐一致、叶龄相同的黄瓜盆栽幼苗(品种:新泰密刺),按设计剂量在作物喷雾剂上进行叶面喷雾处理,另设不加药剂的空白对照。24小时后接种病原菌,接种后移至温室正常管理,培养条件(温度:昼23-28℃,夜18-20℃)培养8天后进行结果调查。调查每张叶片病菌侵染的发展程度。各单独的活性组分及本发明组合物防治黄瓜白粉病的活性数据结果见表5和表6。
组合物的观察效力值均大于计算效力值,组合物在试验配比范围内表现为增效作用。

实施例4防治黄瓜炭疽病试验
将品种为“新泰嘧刺”的盆栽两叶期黄瓜幼苗用活性组分的水溶液(浓度如下所述)喷雾处理,另设不加药剂的空白对照。24小时后,用黄瓜炭疽病菌的孢子悬浮液接种测试植物。将测试植物置于温度为24±2℃和相对湿度为90±5%的气候室中培养,24小时后,移入温室正常管理。7天后,测定叶片上病菌侵染的发展程度。各单独活性组分及本发明组合物防治黄瓜炭疽病的活性数据结果见表7和表8。组合物的观察效力值均大于计算效力值,组合物在试验配比范围内表现为增效作用。

实施例5防治黄瓜霜霉病试验
将品种为“山东密刺”的盆栽两叶期黄瓜幼苗用活性组分的水溶液(浓度如下所述)喷雾处理,24小时后,用黄瓜霜霉病病菌的孢子悬浮液接种测试植物。将测试植物置于温度为24±2℃和相对湿度为100%气候室中培养24小时,然后移入温室培养(温度为24±2℃,相对湿度为50±5%),6天后目测叶片上病菌侵染的发展程度。各单独的活性组分及本发明组合物防治黄瓜霜霉病的活性数据结果见表9和表10。组合物的观察效力值均大于计算效力值,组合物在试验配比范围内表现为增效作用。

实施例6防治小麦锈病(Puccinia recondita tritici)试验
将品种为“辽春10”的盆栽两叶期小麦幼苗用活性组分的水溶液(浓度如下所述)喷雾处理,24小时后,用小麦锈病菌的孢子悬浮液接种于测试植物。将测试植物置于22~24℃和相对湿度为85~90%气候室中培养20小时,然后移入温室培养(温度为24±2℃,相对湿度为50±5%),7天后目测叶片上病菌侵染的发展程度。各单独的活性组分及本发明组合物防治小麦锈病的活性数据结果见表11和表12。组合物的观察效力值均大于计算效力值,组合物在试验配比范围内表现为增效作用。

实施例7防治番茄早疫病试验
选择温室盆栽番茄幼苗(品种:L-402)长至三叶期时,按设计剂量在作物喷雾机上进行叶面喷雾处理,另设不加药剂的空白对照。24小时后接种病原菌,接种后放置人工气候室调节培养,7天后进行结果调查。调查每张叶片病菌侵染的发展程度。各单独的活性组分及本发明组合物防治番茄早疫病的活性数据结果见表13和表14。
组合物的观察效力值均大于计算效力值,组合物在试验配比范围内表现为增效作用。

实施例8防治大豆锈病试验
选择生长整齐一致盆栽大豆幼苗(品种:辽豆10),剪下生长点保留2片真叶,按供试药剂所设浓度在作物喷雾机上进行喷雾处理,另设不施药剂的空白对照,喷雾后放置通风厨中晾干。24小时后接种大豆锈病孢子悬浮液(1×106个/ml),接种后放置人工气候室(温度:昼25℃、夜20℃,相对湿度:95~100%)培养1天,然后移至温室正常管理,培养条件(温度:昼23-28℃,夜18-20℃),培养10天后调查每张叶片病菌侵染的发展程度。
各单独的活性组分及本发明组合物防治大豆锈病的活性数据结果见表15和表16。
组合物的观察效力值均大于计算效力值,组合物在试验配比范围内表现为增效作用。

实施例9防治大豆灰霉病试验
选择生长整齐一致盆栽大豆幼苗(品种:辽豆10),剪下生长点保留2片真叶,按供试药剂所设浓度在作物喷雾机上进行喷雾处理,另设不施药剂的空白对照,喷雾后放置通风厨中晾干。24小时后接种大豆灰霉病孢子悬浮液(1×106个/ml),接种后放置人工气候室(温度:昼25℃、夜20℃,相对湿度:95~100%)培养1天,然后移至温室正常管理,培养条件(温度:昼23-28℃,夜18-20℃),培养10天后调查每张叶片病菌侵染的发展程度。
各单独的活性组分及本发明组合物防治大豆灰霉病的活性数据结果见表17和表18。
组合物的观察效力值均大于计算效力值,组合物在试验配比范围内表现为增效作用。

通过上述所述实施例,发现在分别降低活性组分A和活性组分B的喷施浓度时,其混合物对靶标病害的观察效力为增效作用,表明本发明具有降低药剂的施用量,可以延缓病原菌抗药性的产生,从而延长药剂的使用寿命的作用;
本发明是将具有不同作用的杀菌剂组合使用,协同增效作用明显,对多种病原真菌引起的病害具有很好的防治效果如油菜菌核病、苹果树腐烂病、稻瘟病、番茄叶霉病、番茄炭疽病、苹果轮纹病、小麦白粉病、小麦纹枯病、黄瓜灰霉病、苹果白粉病、葡萄白粉病、草莓白粉病、稻曲病、玉米大斑病、草莓灰霉病、葡萄灰霉病等病害。明显拓展了药剂的使用范围,具有扩大药剂的杀菌谱的作用。

Claims (9)

1.一种杀真菌组合物,其特征在于:杀真菌组合物为A、B两种活性组分,活性组分A和活性组分B两组分之间的重量比为1:99~99:1;
组分A选自如下通式I所示的化合物:

式中:
R1选自氢或甲基;
R2选自甲基、乙基、正丙基或异丙基;
活性组分B至少一种杀菌剂;其中,活性组分B选自唑类杀菌剂、羧酰胺类杀菌剂、氨基甲酸盐类杀菌剂、胍类杀菌剂、杂环化合物杀菌剂或其它化合物杀菌剂的一种或几种。
2.按权利要求1所述的杀真菌组合物,其特征在于:所述活性组分B中,B1唑类,选自双糠菌唑、氧唑菌、喹唑菌酮、腈苯唑、丙氯灵、稻瘟灵、烯菌灵、氰霜唑、苯菌灵、多菌灵、涕必灵、麦穗宁、噻唑菌胺、噻菌灵、土菌消、氟菌唑中的一种或几种;
B2羧酰胺类,选自莠锈灵、苯霜灵、啶酰菌胺、环酰菌胺、氟酰胺、甲呋酰胺、噁霜灵、氧化莠锈灵、吡噻菌胺、溴氟唑菌、噻呋酰胺、烯酰吗啉、氟吗琳、氟吡菌酰胺、苯酰菌胺、联苯吡菌胺、氟唑菌酰胺、吡唑萘菌胺、氟唑菌苯胺、呋吡菌胺中的一种或几种;
B3杂环化合物,选自咪鲜胺、啶斑肟、磺嘧菌灵、环丙嘧啶、异嘧菌醇、嘧菌腙、嘧菌胺、氟苯嘧啶醇、二甲嘧菌胺,嗪氨灵、拌种咯、氟噁菌、吗菌灵、丁苯吗琳、苯锈啶,异丙定、杀菌利、烯菌酮、噁唑酮菌、咪唑菌酮、异噻菌酮、噻菌灵、敌菌灵、哒菌清、咯喹酮、丙氧喹啉、三环唑、噻二唑素、敌菌丹、克菌丹、灭菌丹、氰菌胺、喹氧灵中的一种或几种;
B4氨基甲酸盐类,选自代森锰锌、代森锰、代森联、丙森锌、福美双、代森锌、福美锌、乙霉威、异丙菌胺、苯噻菌胺中的一种或几种;
B5胍类杀菌剂:多果定、双胍辛醋酸盐、双胍盐;
B6其它化合物杀菌剂:二噻农、稻瘟灵、克瘟散、异稻瘟净、藻菌磷、乙膦铝、百菌清、抑菌灵、磺菌胺、六氯苯、四氯苯酞、戊菌隆、五氯硝基苯、甲基托布津波尔多液、醋酸铜、氢氧化铜、王铜、碱式硫酸铜或硫。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的杀真菌组合物,其特征在于:所述活性组分A和活性组分B两组分之间的重量比为1:50~50:1;活性组分B中B1唑类,选自喹唑菌酮、腈苯唑、稻瘟灵、氰霜唑、苯菌灵、多菌灵、噻唑菌胺、噻菌灵、土菌消中一种或几种,
B2羧酰胺类,选自苯霜灵、啶酰菌胺、环酰菌胺、氟酰胺、甲呋酰胺、噁霜灵、氧化莠锈灵、吡噻菌胺、噻呋酰胺、烯酰吗啉、氟吗琳、氟吡菌酰胺、苯酰菌胺、联苯吡菌胺、氟唑菌酰胺、吡唑萘菌胺、氟唑菌苯胺、呋吡菌胺中一种或几种,
B3杂环化合物,选自咪鲜胺、啶斑肟、嘧菌胺、氟苯嘧啶醇、嗪氨灵、丁苯吗琳、苯锈啶、噁唑酮菌、咪唑菌酮、异噻菌酮、噻菌灵、敌菌灵、哒菌清、咯喹酮、三环唑、敌菌丹、克菌丹、灭菌丹中一种或几种,
B4氨基甲酸盐类,选自代森锰锌、代森联、福美双、代森锌、丙森锌、乙霉威、异丙菌胺中一种或几种,
B5胍类:选自多果定和/或双胍盐;
B6其他杀真菌剂:选自克瘟散、异稻瘟净、乙膦铝、百菌清、四氯苯酞、戊菌隆、五氯硝基苯、甲基托布津、波尔多液、氢氧化铜、王铜中一种或几种。
4.按权利要求3所述的杀真菌组合物,其特征在于:所述活性组分A和活性组分B两组分之间的重量比为1:20~20:1;活性组分B中,B1唑类,选自喹唑菌酮、腈苯唑、稻瘟灵、氰霜唑、苯菌灵、多菌灵、土菌消、氟菌唑中一种或几种,
B2羧酰胺类,选自苯霜灵、啶酰菌胺、环酰菌胺、氟酰胺、甲呋酰胺、噁霜灵、吡噻菌胺、噻呋酰菌胺、氟吡菌酰胺、苯酰菌胺、联苯吡菌胺、氟唑菌酰胺、吡唑萘菌胺、氟唑菌苯胺、呋吡菌胺中一种或几种,
B3杂环化合物,选自咪鲜胺、啶斑肟、氟苯嘧啶醇、嗪氨灵、丁苯吗琳、苯锈啶、噁唑酮菌、敌菌灵、咯喹酮、三环唑、敌菌丹、克菌丹、灭菌丹中一种或几种,
B4氨基甲酸盐类,选自代森锰锌、代森联、福美双、代森锌、丙森锌、乙霉威、异丙菌胺中一种或几种,
B6其他杀真菌剂:选自克瘟散、异稻瘟净、乙膦铝、百菌清、四氯苯酞、五氯硝基苯、甲基托布津、敌磺钠中一种或几种。
5.一种权利要求1所述的组合物的应用,其特征在于:所述组合物用于制备防治植物病原性真菌病害的药物。
6.一种杀真菌剂,包括液体或和固体载体和权利要求1所述的组合物;其中,所述组合物的添加质量为0.1-95%。
7.一种权利要求6所述的杀真菌剂的应用,其特征在于:所述杀真菌剂用于制备防治植物病原性真菌病害的药物。
8.一种防治植物病原性有害真菌的方法,其特征在于:包括用有效量的所述权利要求1所述组合物或权利要求5所述杀菌剂施用于种子、土壤或植物,进而对真菌、其栖息地或防止真菌的侵染。
9.按权利要求8所述的防治植物病原性有害真菌的方法,其特征在于:所述组合物以5-2000g/hm2的量施用。
