Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a nursery pot production apparatus 100, which includes a supporting frame 10, a hopper device 20 disposed on the supporting frame 10, a conveying pipe 40 connected to the hopper device 20, a forming pipe 50 disposed at one end of the conveying pipe 40, and a material suction device 60, wherein the material suction device 60 is mounted on the supporting frame 10.
The seedling pot production equipment 100 provided by the embodiment of the application is a paper pot machine adopting non-woven fabrics to package seedling substrates. It is understood that in other embodiments, the seedling pot production equipment 100 provided by the present application may also use other outer packaging materials to package other contents, for example, the non-woven fabric may be replaced by special seedling raising cloth, mesh bags, plastics, other fabrics, etc.; the substrate may be replaced by soil, peat, sand, etc.
The nursery pot production equipment 100 further comprises a dragging device 70 and a cutting device 80. In use, the substrate is fed into the hopper device 20, the nonwoven fabric is taken out from the fabric guide device 30 and formed into a cylindrical raw paper bowl by the forming tube 50, and the raw paper bowl is further fixed and formed by heat sealing. The formed raw paper bowl is sleeved on the conveying pipe fitting 40 and moved into the material suction device 60 under the action of the dragging device 70. The suction device 60 sucks the substrate from the hopper device 20 into the suction device 60, and fills the paper bowl green compact. The filled raw paper bowl is pulled out of the material suction device 60 by the dragging device 70, and then cut into finished paper bowl products with preset length by the cutting device 80.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, a material suction device 60 for material transportation according to an embodiment of the present application is provided with an inlet and an outlet, and includes:
a base 61, wherein the base 61 is provided with a through ventilation hole 611;
the movable cover 62 is movably arranged on the base 61, a sealing part 63 matched with the base 61 is arranged on the movable cover 62, the sealing part 63 and the base 61 are in sealing fit to form a cavity between the sealing part 63 and the base 61, and through holes for conveying materials are formed at two ends of the cavity;
the power unit 64 is connected with the movable cover 62 and used for driving the movable cover 62 to be in sealing connection with or separated from the base 61;
and a blower 65 connected to the cavity through a vent hole 611.
During the use, the alms bowl unburned bricks are dragged to the cavity in preparation for being filled from the entry, and fan 65 is through the lateral wall of alms bowl unburned bricks, continuously takes out the negative pressure to the cavity via ventilation hole 611. And therefore the outer packaging material should have a certain air permeability. Referring to fig. 5, when the movable cover 62 is closed on the base 61, the sealing portion 63 forms a sealing fit with the base 61, the substrate in the hopper device 20 is sucked by the negative pressure under the guidance of the base 61, the sealing portion 63 and the conveying pipe 40, and the substrate enters the material suction device 60 to be filled with the raw paper bowl. When the paper bowl is filled with the raw paper bowl, the power unit 64 drives the movable cover 62 according to a preset frequency to drive the sealing part 63 to be separated from the base 61, as shown in fig. 6, at this time, the negative pressure extracted by the fan 65 is dissipated to the periphery, and the substrate is not sucked into the raw paper bowl. The filled raw paper bowl is pulled away from the material suction device 60 by the dragging device 70, and simultaneously, a new unfilled raw paper bowl is driven to be dragged into the material suction device 60 to prepare for the material suction of the next period. The motive device 64 may be any of a variety of devices capable of effecting displacement of the movable cover 62, including, but not limited to, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric devices. The blower 65 may be any of a variety of devices capable of achieving negative pressure extraction, including but not limited to blowers, vacuum pumps, compressors.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the base 61 includes a first base 612, a first mounting block 613 disposed on the first base 612 and near the inlet, a second mounting block 614 disposed on the first base 612 and near the outlet, and first forming portions 615 spaced along an inner wall of the first base 612. The first base 612 is a rectangular base with a concave inner portion, the first mounting block 613 and the second mounting block 614 are respectively arranged at the inlet and the outlet, the first mounting block 613 and the second mounting block 614 are both detachable, and when the specification of the paper bowl to be produced is changed, the mounting blocks with corresponding specifications need to be replaced, so that the quality of a finished product is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the maintenance and replacement of parts after being worn are facilitated.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the sealing portion 63 includes a second base 631, a third mounting block 632 disposed on the second base 631 and adjacent to the inlet, a fourth mounting block 633 disposed on the second base 631 and adjacent to the outlet, and a second molding portion 634 disposed at intervals along an inner wall of the second base 631. The second base 631 is a rectangular base with a recessed inner portion, the third mounting block 632 and the fourth mounting block 633 are respectively disposed at the inlet and the outlet, and both the third mounting block 632 and the fourth mounting block 633 can be detached, so that maintenance and replacement of components after being worn are facilitated. While the number of third mounting blocks 632 is equal to the first mounting blocks 613 and the number of fourth mounting blocks 633 is equal to the second mounting blocks 614. In this embodiment, the number of the first and third mounting blocks is three pairs, and the number of the second and fourth mounting blocks is one pair, because the outlet of the suction device 60 is more likely to cause the backflow of the substrate due to suction than the inlet, so the frictional force required for holding the paper bowl blank filled with the substrate is greater than the frictional force required for holding the paper bowl blank at the inlet.
Referring to fig. 4 and 7, the first forming portion 615 and the second forming portion 634 are disposed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the entire cavity, and the first forming portion 615 and the second forming portion 634 are both cylinders with the same specification and are used for maintaining the shape of the paper bowl green body and preventing the paper bowl green body from deforming or even breaking during the process of filling the paper bowl with the suction material. The same specification is convenient for processing and maintenance, and the production and maintenance cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, a first groove 6131 is disposed on the first mounting block 613, and a second groove 6141 is disposed on the second mounting block 614. The sealing strips are arranged at the peripheries of the first groove 6131 and the second groove 6141, so that the sealing effect during contact can be improved, the negative pressure extraction effect is further improved, the material conveying efficiency is improved, and the energy loss is reduced.
A third groove 6321 is provided on the third mounting block 632, and a fourth groove 6331 is provided on the fourth mounting block 633. The base 61 is provided with fifth grooves 616 on both sides thereof, the sealing portion 63 is provided with sixth grooves 635 on both sides thereof, and when the movable cover 62 is connected to the base 61, the surfaces of the fifth grooves 616 and the sixth grooves 635 are overlapped. Sealing strips are arranged in the fifth groove 616 and the sixth groove 635 and are used for improving the sealing effect when the base 61 is in contact with the sealing blocks, so that the negative pressure extraction effect is improved, the material conveying efficiency is improved, and the energy loss is reduced.
The sealing strips are round strips, so that the sealing strips can be replaced quickly and the workload of equipment maintenance is reduced. In the embodiment, the sealing strip with the universal specification is adopted, so that the universality of spare parts is improved, and the maintainability of equipment is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the base 61 is installed on a machine, a connecting member 67 is disposed on the machine, and the connecting member 67 is connected to an end of the movable cover 62 away from the power unit 64. The machine platform can be the support frame 10 of the seedling pot production equipment 100, and the connecting piece 67 is rotatably connected with the movable cover 62. The movable cover 62 and the power unit 64 can be disconnected, and the movable cover 62 can be manually opened along the connecting piece 67 in the other direction, so that the connection mode of the components is convenient for observing and maintaining the sealing part 63 and the inside of the base 61.
In an embodiment, the ventilation hole 611 is further provided with an opening/closing device for switching the conduction or the closing of the ventilation hole 611. The suction device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sealing portion includes a second base, a third mounting block provided on the second base and adjacent to the inlet, a fourth mounting block provided on the second base and adjacent to the outlet, and second forming portions provided at intervals along an inner wall of the second base.
4. The suction device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first mounting block is provided with a first groove, and the second mounting block is provided with a second groove.
5. The suction device as claimed in claim 3, wherein a third groove is provided on the third mounting block, and a fourth groove is provided on the fourth mounting block.
6. The suction device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sealing portion is provided with fifth grooves on both sides thereof, and the base is provided with sixth grooves on both sides thereof, the fifth grooves coinciding with surfaces of the sixth grooves when the movable member is coupled to the base.
7. The suction device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base is mounted on a machine table, and a connecting member is provided on the machine table and connected to an end of the movable cover remote from the power unit.
8. The suction device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ventilation hole is further provided with an opening/closing device for switching the ventilation hole to be opened or closed.
9. The suction device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a dust box disposed between the ventilation hole and the blower.
10. A seedling raising pot production device comprises a support frame, a hopper device arranged on the support frame, a conveying pipe fitting connected with the hopper device, a forming pipe fitting arranged at one end of the conveying pipe fitting, and the material suction device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the material suction device is arranged on the support frame.
