The power plug of claim 1, wherein the mounting base comprises a first housing and a second housing, the first housing is detachably connected with the second housing, the first housing and the second housing enclose to form a receiving cavity, and the first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft and the linkage assembly are disposed in the receiving cavity.

The power plug of claim 1, wherein the mounting base has a first receiving slot and a second receiving slot, the first pin being rotatable adjacent the mounting base for receipt in the first receiving slot, the second pin being rotatable adjacent the mounting base for receipt in the second receiving slot.
4. A patch panel comprising the power plug of any one of claims 1-3, a power cord, and a patch panel body, wherein one end of the power cord is connected to the power plug, and the other end is connected to the patch panel body.
5. An electrical appliance comprising the power plug of any one of claims 1 to 3, a power cord and an electrical appliance body, wherein one end of the power cord is connected to the power plug and the other end is connected to the electrical appliance body.
