The specification provides a multifunctional bracket and a face recognition device assembly.
One aspect of the present specification provides a cradle that may be used to hold an electronic product and connect an external device, the cradle including a support that may be used to hold the electronic product, a base connected to the support, a first circuit board assembled to the support, a second circuit board, a first connector soldered to the first circuit board, and a second connector soldered to the second circuit board, the second connector being usable to connect to the electronic product, the first connector being usable to connect to the external device.
Furthermore, the support member includes a connecting portion connected to the base, a supporting portion extending obliquely from the connecting portion, and an assembling portion extending from the supporting portion, the connecting portion includes a socket disposed corresponding to the first connector, and the second connector is disposed in the assembling portion.
Further, the bracket includes a plurality of the first connectors soldered to the first circuit board and a connection line connecting the first circuit board and the second circuit board.
Further, the connecting part and the base are connected together through a rotating shaft, and the supporting part can rotate relative to the base to convert between an opening state and a folding state.
Further, the base comprises an accommodating space and a first hole communicated with the accommodating space, the connecting portion comprises a main body portion located in the accommodating space and a second hole formed in the main body portion, the rotating shaft is assembled to the first hole and the second hole, and the supporting piece drives the rotating shaft to rotate.
Further, the base includes an accommodating groove communicated with the first hole, the bracket includes a ball, a limiting member and an elastic member assembled to the accommodating groove, the elastic member is located between the ball and the limiting member, an elastic force of the elastic member abuts against the ball, and the ball abuts against the rotating shaft.
Further, the rotation shaft includes a groove to be engaged with the ball to restrict rotation of the support.
Further, the bracket includes a locking member, and when the supporting member is in the open state, the locking member may be used to fix the supporting member to the base so as to prevent the supporting member from rotating relative to the base.
Further, the base includes a first hole, the support includes a second hole, and the locking member is assembled to the first hole and the second hole.
Further, the locking piece comprises a first holding piece arranged on the support piece and a second holding piece arranged on the base, and the first holding piece and the second holding piece are attracted by magnetic force.
Another aspect of the present specification provides a face recognition device assembly comprising the above-described stand and a face recognition device assembled to the stand, the face recognition device including a third connector connected to the second connector.
Further, the second connector and the third connector are contact connectors.
The support of the specification is provided with the first connector and the second connector on the support, the second connector is connected to the electronic product, the first connector is connected to external equipment, so that the electronic product is connected to the external equipment, the support can be used for fixing the electronic product and connecting the electronic product to the external equipment, and functions are diversified.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the bracket of the present disclosure may be used for holding an electronic product. In the illustrated embodiment, the holder is used to hold a face recognition device. The bracket includes a base 1, a support member 2 connected to the base 1, a ball 10 assembled to the base 1, a limiting member 11, an elastic member 12 located between the ball 10 and the limiting member 11, a rotating shaft 3 assembled to the base 1 and the support member 2, a disc spring 31 assembled to the rotating shaft 3, a plurality of spacers 32 and a locking member 33, a first circuit board 4 assembled to the support member 2, a connecting wire 5 and a second circuit board 6, a plurality of first connectors 41 connected to the first circuit board 4, a second connector 61 connected to the second circuit board 6, and a locking member 7 locking the support member 2 and the base 1.
The present specification also provides a face recognition device assembly comprising a cradle and a face recognition device (not shown) assembled to the cradle. The face recognition apparatus includes a third connector (not shown) connected to the second connector 61. In the illustrated embodiment, the second connector 61 and the third connector are contact connectors, but the present application is not limited thereto. The second connector 61 and the third connector may be any connector Type, such as Type C connector.
In the illustrated embodiment, the locking member 7 is a screw, to which the present application is not limited. The locking piece 7 can also be a bolt or a snap hook. In the illustrated embodiment, the locking member 33 is a nut. The gasket 32 is provided with a groove for storing lubricant, but the present application is not limited thereto. The gasket 32 may also be a conventional gasket. In the illustrated embodiment, the limiting member 11 is a screw, which is screwed with the base 1 to be fixed to the base 1.

The base 1 comprises an accommodating space 13, first lug parts 14 positioned at two opposite sides of the accommodating space 13, a first through hole 15 communicated with the accommodating space 13 and an accommodating groove 16 communicated with the first through hole 15. The support 2 includes a connection portion 21, a support portion 22 extending obliquely from the connection portion 21, and an assembly portion 23 extending from the support portion 22. The connecting portion 21 is assembled to the receiving space 13 of the base 1. The connecting portion 21 includes a main body portion 210 received in the receiving space 13, second ears 211 extending from two opposite ends of the main body portion 210, a plurality of sockets 212 disposed on the main body portion 210, second holes 213 disposed on the second ears 211, and second through holes 214 disposed corresponding to the first through holes 15. The socket 212 is provided corresponding to the first connector 41, so that the first connector 41 can be connected to an external device, such as a cash register, a keyboard, and the like. When the supporting member 2 is in the open state, the locking member 7 is assembled to the first hole 140 and the second hole 213 to fix the supporting member 2 to the base 1, and the supporting member 2 cannot rotate to firmly hold the electronic product. When the support needs to be folded, the locking piece 7 is taken down, and then the support piece 2 can be selected.
The assembling portion 23 is disposed in parallel with the connecting portion 21. The second circuit board 6 is assembled to the assembly portion 23, and the second connector 61 is used for connecting to the electronic product. The connecting wire 5 is disposed on the supporting portion 22 to connect the first circuit board 4 and the second circuit board 6, so that the electronic product can be connected to an external device, power can be supplied to the external device, or a power source can be connected to charge the electronic device. The connecting wire 5 can be an electronic wire, a coaxial wire, an FFC, an FPC and other wires.
The rotating shaft 3 passes through the first through hole 15 of the base 1 and the second through hole 214 of the connecting portion 21 of the supporting member 2 and is assembled and fixed with the locking member 33 to fix the supporting member 2 to the base 1. In the illustrated embodiment, the bracket includes four spacers 32 respectively disposed between the rotating shaft 3 and the base 1, between the base 1 and the connecting portion 21 of the supporting member 2, and between the locking member 33 and the base 1, so as to prevent the base 1 and the supporting member 2 from being worn. The disc spring 31 is located between the locking member 33 and the spacer 32, and provides damping during movement of the base 1 and the support 2.
The ball 10, the limiting member 11 and the elastic member 12 are assembled to the receiving groove 16 of the base 1. The ball 10 abuts against the rotary shaft 3. The rotating shaft 3 comprises a plurality of grooves 34 matched with the balls 10, and when the supporting piece 2 rotates relative to the base 1, the rotating shaft 3 is driven to rotate, so that the balls 10 move among the grooves 34. When the ball 10 is located in the groove 34, the elastic member 12 abuts against the ball 10, so that the ball 10 blocks the locking of the support 2, and the support 2 is prevented from rotating without external force.
In the illustrated embodiment, the locking member 7 passes through the first hole 140 and the second hole 213 to fix the supporting member 2 to the base 1, but the present application is not limited thereto. Referring to fig. 7, the locking member includes a first retainer 81 disposed on the support 2 and a second retainer 82 disposed on the base 1, and the support 2 is fixed to the base 1 by an attractive force of the first retainer 81 and the second retainer 82. One of the first holding member 81 and the second holding member 82 may be a magnetic member, and the other may be attracted to the magnetic member, for example, a magnetic member or an object including iron, cobalt, or nickel.
The support 2 and the base 1 include a receiving portion 141. The receiving portion 141 can be used for receiving the first retainer 81 or the second retainer 82. The first holding member 81 and the second holding member 82 are further fixed to the support 2 or the base 1 by integral molding, snap or screw locking, etc.
The support of the specification is provided with a first connector 41 and a second connector 61 on the support 2, the second connector 61 is connected to the electronic product, the first connector 41 is connected to an external device to connect the electronic product to the external device, and the support can be used for holding the electronic product and connecting the electronic product to the external device, so that the functions are diversified; meanwhile, no additional plug cable is needed, the space is saved, the space is neat, and moreover, a plurality of plug ports are not needed to be arranged on the electronic product, so that the development trend of miniaturization of the electronic product is met; the supporting piece 2 of the support can rotate relative to the base 1 to be folded, so that the space is saved, and the storage and the transportation are convenient; when the support 2 of the support is in an open state, the support 2 and the base 1 are locked by a locking piece, so that the support 2 is prevented from being stressed to rotate, and the electronic product is firmly fixed; the rotating shaft 3 of the support in this specification includes the groove 34 that cooperates with the ball 10, when the support 2 rotates relative to the base 1, the rotating shaft 3 is driven to rotate, so that the ball 10 moves between the grooves 34, and when the ball 10 is located in the groove 34, the elastic member 12 abuts against the ball 10, so that the ball 10 prevents the rotating shaft 3 from rotating to lock the support 2, thereby preventing the support 2 from rotating without external force, and further ensuring the stability of the support 2.
