In addition, the speech recognition module 110 and the tour communication module 120 are used for being carried by the tourist during the tourist's tour.
Specifically, the voice recognition module 110 can be in close range communication with the travel communication module 120, such as a Bluetooth connection. The travel communication module 120 may have more modes of communication, such as remote communication, for interacting with the server 130.
In some cases, the tour communication module may be a scenic spot specific device, such as a scenic spot customized PAD, that may establish a communication connection with the server when powered on. In other cases, the tour communication module may be a general purpose device, i.e. a mobile terminal such as a smart phone, which may enable a communication connection with the server by downloading or installing the scenic spot service APP.
During the specific operation of the platform, one or more speech recognition modules 110 can be stored in the scenic equipment rental cabinet. Here, the scenic spot equipment renting cabinet is suitable for being deployed near the scenic spot passageway, so that tourists can conveniently rent the equipment when entering the scenic spot, and return the renting equipment in time when leaving the scenic spot, other tourists can also use the renting equipment in a circulating mode, and the utilization rate of accompanying equipment can be guaranteed.
Specifically, the user can operate the scenic spot equipment rental cabinet to determine corresponding user input information, and the scenic spot equipment rental cabinet can further send the received user input information to the server. Furthermore, the server can verify the input information of the user, and when the verification is passed, the server sends the unlocking code to the equipment rental cabinet in the scenic spot, so that the user can take out the voice recognition module 110 from the unlocked equipment rental cabinet in the scenic spot. In this way, the guest can retrieve the speech recognition module 110 needed during the travel companion by interacting with the rental equipment.
Further, the voice recognition module 110 may monitor whether a wake-up keyword exists in the voice content corresponding to the user voice. In some cases, the speech recognition module 110 may be designed as a headset with a microphone that can be bluetooth connected to the mobile terminal so that guests can wear the speech recognition module 110 and can monitor wake-up keywords, such as waking up the speech recognition function of the headset when "rich" is recognized.

In some cases, the headset may re-enter the sleep state, assuming that the headset does not detect voice information within 20 seconds after waking up.
Further, the tour communication module 120 may obtain the device location information of itself and send the device location information and the question voice data to the server.
The server can determine answer data corresponding to the questioning voice data according to the scenic spot position knowledge base and the equipment positioning information. Here, the scenic spot location knowledge base prestores a plurality of scenic spot area locations and corresponding knowledge sets. For example, the server may match a corresponding knowledge set from a scenic region corresponding to the device location information and from a scenic location knowledge base, and answer the user question using knowledge points in the knowledge set.
Specifically, the server may query the scenic spot location knowledge base based on the device location information to obtain a corresponding target knowledge set. And further, determining a target knowledge point matched with the questioning voice data based on the target knowledge set, and generating audio data aiming at the target knowledge point based on a preset natural language generation model to serve as corresponding answer data.
For example, a scenic spot may be "octave park" in which there are multiple scenic spot areas, such as "buddhist tower", "buddhist tower old address", "temple", and so on. When the user is located at the "old site of the kennel tower" and asks "what its history is", the server can directly call the knowledge point set for the "old site of the kennel tower" and find the corresponding historical knowledge point, for example, answer data "the history of the old site of the kennel tower" can be replied to the user: two saint teeth after the arrival of Sakyamuni at the Miss, one passed to the teacher's republic (Ceylon, Stilan Ka of today), one passed to Wu Chang (in the Sovata river basin, northern India), and then to be full of. Until the south of the fifth century brought the West tour to be full of by the monk, the West tour was brought back to the city of construction (Nanjing), the Shandong was unified all over the world, the Buddha teeth were sent to Changan, the five generations were in disorder of the original source, and rolled to Yanjing (Beijing) in Liao, the Shandong shali of the Liaodao Bengzhouguangyue (Gongyuan 1071 year) provided the Buddha teeth to the Libanta in the Bijing eight century of Western Yuan.
Further, the travel communication module 120 may receive answer data from the server, thereby enabling interaction with the user.
In some cases, the answer data may be reply audio data and may be played directly on the travel communication module 120 or may be played on the travel communication module 120. In other cases, the voice recognition module 110 may be a bluetooth headset and the tour communication module 120 may send the answer data to the bluetooth headset and play it in the bluetooth headset.
Optionally, a plurality of speech recognition modules 110 can be housed in the rental cabinet. Accordingly, the user can rent the voice recognition module 110 in the scenic spot equipment rental cabinet, and can run the corresponding scenic spot APP on his/her mobile phone as the corresponding tourism communication module 120, and the voice recognition module 110 can be connected with the tourism communication module 120 through bluetooth.
Optionally, a plurality of speech recognition modules 110 and corresponding tour communication modules 120 are housed in the rental cabinets of scenic equipment. Correspondingly, the visitor can lease complete sets in scenic spot equipment lease cabinet, for example bluetooth headset and scenic spot customization PAD, need not the visitor and downloads scenic spot APP, has optimized visitor's scenic spot companion's experience.
