Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to examples and accompanying drawings, and the exemplary embodiments and descriptions thereof are only used for explaining the present invention and are not meant to limit the present invention.
Embodiments of the method, system and computer-readable storage medium for global metering asset tuning provided by the present invention are described below.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a global metering asset tuning method, as shown in fig. 1, including:
the method comprises the following steps: acquiring the equipment number of metering equipment stored in a warehouse;
the storeroom is used for storing metering equipment, and the metering equipment comprises electrical measuring equipment such as an electric energy meter (such as a single three-phase electric energy meter); the length measuring device is, for example, a tape measure or the like. Under the same province, storehouses corresponding to different levels of units are provided, for example, the storehouses comprise storehouses of city companies, storehouses of county companies, storehouses of metering centers and the like. Wherein, different storehouses under each level unit store a kind of metering equipment appointed in advance. For example, the warehouse A0 under the city company a is used for storing the single-three phase electric energy meter, that is, in practice, the warehouse A0 under the city company a stores the single-three phase electric energy meter, the city company a represents a unit name, the warehouse A0 represents a warehouse name, and the single-three phase electric energy meter represents that the device type of the metering device is the electric energy meter.
Specifically, the metering equipment of the corresponding type of the warehouse storage corresponding to each level unit of the province is appointed in advance, the monitoring equipment is used for monitoring the equipment data of the metering equipment in each warehouse in real time, the monitored equipment data is associated with the unit name, the warehouse name and the equipment type, and the equipment number of the metering equipment stored in a certain warehouse of each level unit can be obtained by calling the unit name, the warehouse name and the equipment type.
Step two: determining inventory early warning information of the storeroom based on the number of the devices;
the specific acquisition method of the inventory early warning information of the storeroom comprises the following steps:
determining whether the number of the current equipment in the storeroom is greater than a preset upper number limit or less than a preset lower number limit;
determining that the inventory early warning information is inventory redundancy under the condition that the number of the devices is larger than the upper limit of the preset number;
and under the condition that the number of the devices is smaller than the preset number lower limit, determining that the inventory early warning information is insufficient.
The metering equipment stored in the warehouse can also be understood as the stock in the warehouse, and the stock early warning information comprises stock redundancy, stock shortage and stock expiration. The inventory redundancy can be understood as that metering equipment stored in a warehouse exceeds the maximum limit, namely the inventory exceeds the limit; insufficient inventory may be understood as too few metering devices stored in the warehouse. The stock expiration may be understood as that the storage time of the metering device in the warehouse is too long, and exceeds the regular storage time, for example, the specified storage time is 30 days, and the actual storage time is 35 days, which indicates the stock expiration.
The method comprises the steps that upper and lower limit quantity thresholds of warehouse storage metering equipment are set in advance, namely, a preset quantity upper limit or a preset quantity lower limit, and warehouse storage early warning information is shown through the comparison relation between the obtained equipment quantity and the preset quantity upper limit or the preset quantity lower limit. Specifically, whether the number of the devices is greater than a preset number upper limit or a preset number lower limit is determined; determining the inventory early warning information to be inventory redundancy under the condition that the equipment number is larger than the preset number upper limit; and determining that the inventory early warning information is insufficient inventory when the number of the equipment is less than the preset number lower limit.
It should be understood that if it is determined that the number of the devices is greater than the preset upper number limit, it indicates that the metering devices stored in the warehouse exceed the maximum limit, that is, it is determined that the inventory early warning information is inventory redundancy; and if the quantity of the equipment is smaller than the preset quantity lower limit, the metering equipment stored in the warehouse is too few, and the inventory early warning information is determined to be insufficient.
Step three: and determining a target disposal scheme of the metering equipment according to the inventory early warning information, and adjusting the metering equipment of the warehouse according to the target disposal scheme.
If the inventory early warning information is determined to be inventory redundancy, namely, the metering devices stored in the storeroom are too many, a scheme capable of reducing the number of the devices is obtained to serve as a target disposal scheme, so that the target disposal scheme is executed to determine a designated unit, and the redundant metering devices are discharged from the storeroom and recovered to the storeroom under the designated unit, so that the number of the devices is reduced, the number of the devices of the metering devices stored in the storeroom is kept within a preset number lower limit and a preset number upper limit, and the inventory of the metering devices in the storeroom is favorably reduced.
If it is determined that the inventory early warning information is insufficient, that is, the number of the metering devices stored in the warehouse is too small, a scheme capable of increasing the number of the devices is obtained to serve as a target disposal scheme, so that the target disposal scheme is executed, the designated unit is determined, and the metering devices are instructed to be distributed to the warehouse by the designated unit, so that the number of the metering devices in the warehouse is increased, the number of the metering devices stored in the warehouse is kept within a preset number lower limit and a preset number upper limit, the reasonable utilization of the idle warehouse is facilitated, and the waste of storage resources of the idle warehouse is avoided.
The technical means that the equipment quantity of the metering equipment stored in the warehouse is obtained, the inventory early warning information of the warehouse is determined according to the equipment quantity, the target disposal scheme of the metering equipment is determined according to the inventory early warning information, and the equipment quantity is adjusted according to the target disposal scheme are adopted, so that the real-time monitoring and early warning of the metering equipment assets in the warehouse are realized, the decision-making efficiency and the allocation efficiency of the metering equipment asset management work are improved, the backlog of the metering equipment inventory in the warehouse is reduced, the waste of idle warehouse storage resources is avoided, and the lean management level of the metering equipment assets in the whole province is further improved.
For the adjustment of the number of devices of the metering device in the warehouse, it is necessary to implement the adjustment of the number of devices of the metering device in the warehouse by matching a plurality of systems, for example, by matching a provincial level metering center production scheduling platform, a warehousing integrated system, a mobile phone national i network APP (Application), and a professional warehouse/marketing system.
Example 2
Based on embodiment 1, the process of determining a target disposal scheme of the metering device according to the inventory early warning information and adjusting the metering device in the warehouse according to the target disposal scheme in this embodiment is as follows:
when the inventory early warning information of the current storehouse is determined to be inventory redundancy, determining equipment asset details of a target recovery unit and target metering equipment to be recovered out of the storehouse;
generating a recovery task scheme according to the target recovery unit and the equipment asset detail;
the current warehouse is taken out of the target metering equipment according to the recovery task scheme, and the target recovery unit signs for the target metering equipment taken out of the warehouse; and updating the delivery record of the metering equipment in the current storehouse, and reducing the quantity of the equipment according to the equipment asset detail.
Exemplarily, fig. 2 shows a flow chart of the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, when the inventory precaution information is inventory redundancy, the unit corresponding to the warehouse may be a first-level company or a second-level company, where the level of the first-level company is higher than that of the second-level company. For example, the first level company is a city company and the second level company is a county company. And checking the inventory early warning information by the warehousing integrated system under the first-level company or the second-level company to determine the inventory early warning information as inventory redundancy and then determine the target recovery unit and the equipment asset detail of the target metering equipment to be recovered out of the warehouse. The target recovery unit is a unit with certification authority, such as a metering center. The target metering equipment quantity to be recovered after being delivered out of the warehouse can be understood as the metering equipment which is separated from the warehouse of the first-level company or the second-level company, namely after the target metering equipment quantity is delivered out of the warehouse corresponding to the first-level company or the second-level company, the equipment quantity of the metering equipment stored in the warehouse corresponding to the first-level company or the second-level company is reduced, and redundancy is not needed. The equipment asset detail comprises the equipment number of the metering equipment separated from the warehouse of the first-level company or the second-level company, namely the equipment number of the target metering equipment, the unit of the target metering equipment and the target recovery unit, wherein the unit of the target metering equipment is the first-level company or the second-level company.
Furthermore, after the warehousing integrated system under the first-level company or the second-level company obtains the target recovery unit, the equipment asset detail of the target metering equipment to be recycled and the unit of the target metering equipment, a recovery task scheme is generated through the target recovery unit, the equipment asset detail of the target metering equipment to be recycled and the unit of the target metering equipment to be recycled, then the recovery task scheme is issued to the mobile phone i country network APP, after the first-level company or the second-level company determines to be recycled and is exported through the mobile phone i country network APP, the subsequent execution is carried out according to the recovery task scheme, so that the target recovery unit signs the operation of the target metering equipment, meanwhile, the first-level company or the second-level company synchronizes the export record of the metering equipment in the warehouse through a professional warehouse/marketing system, and reduces the equipment quantity according to the equipment asset detail, namely the equipment quantity of the warehouse which is exported, and the original equipment quantity is correspondingly reduced by corresponding numerical values, so that the latest asset file of the metering equipment is obtained, and the asset file synchronization of the assets is realized. The ex-warehouse record comprises the name, model, time, quantity and the like of ex-warehouse metering equipment.
After receiving the target metering equipment which is out of the warehouse through the provincial metering center production scheduling platform, the target recovery unit signs the target metering equipment, meanwhile, the warehousing integrated system under the target recovery unit receives the recovery task scheme state information sent by the provincial metering center production scheduling platform under the target recovery unit, and the provincial metering center production scheduling platform under the target recovery unit can determine whether the target recovery unit signs the target metering equipment for warehousing or not through the recovery task scheme state information, so that the reduction of the backlog of the metering equipment in the warehouse under the first-level company or the second-level company is facilitated.
Example 3
Based on embodiment 1, the process of determining a target disposal scheme of the metering device according to the inventory early warning information and adjusting the metering device in the warehouse according to the target disposal scheme in this embodiment is as follows:
when the inventory early warning information of the current warehouse is determined to be inventory redundancy, determining a target receiving unit and equipment asset details of target metering equipment to be dispatched from the warehouse, wherein the target receiving unit and a unit corresponding to the current warehouse have the same grade;
generating a transfer task scheme according to the target receiving unit and the equipment asset detail;
the current warehouse leaves the target metering equipment according to the transfer task scheme, and enables the target receiving unit to sign for the target metering equipment leaving the warehouse and update the warehousing records and the inventory quantity; and updating the delivery record of the metering equipment in the current storehouse, and reducing the quantity of the equipment according to the equipment asset details.
Exemplarily, fig. 3 shows a flow chart of the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, when the inventory precaution information is inventory redundancy, the unit corresponding to the warehouse may be a first-level company or a second-level company, where the level of the first-level company is higher than that of the second-level company, for example, the first-level company is a city company, the second-level company is a county company, and the level of the unit corresponding to the target receiving unit and the unit corresponding to the warehouse are the same and are not the same unit. For example, the unit corresponding to the storehouse is a county company a, and the target receiving unit is a county company B. The second-level company is taken as an example of a unit corresponding to the warehouse and a target receiving unit.
And checking the inventory early warning information by the storage integrated system in the unit corresponding to the warehouse to determine the inventory early warning information as inventory redundancy and then determining equipment asset details of the target receiving unit and the target metering equipment to be dispatched and allocated to the warehouse. Wherein, the target receiving unit has the same level as the unit corresponding to the storehouse. The target metering device amount to be dispatched from the warehouse can be understood as the metering device which is separated from the warehouse of the unit corresponding to the warehouse, namely, after the target metering device amount is dispatched from the warehouse corresponding to the unit corresponding to the warehouse, the device amount of the metering device stored in the warehouse corresponding to the unit corresponding to the warehouse is reduced. The equipment asset detail comprises the equipment number of the metering equipment separated from the warehouse of the unit corresponding to the warehouse, namely the equipment number of the target metering equipment, the unit where the target metering equipment is located and the target receiving unit, wherein the unit where the target metering equipment is located is the unit corresponding to the warehouse.
And then, after the warehousing integrated system in the unit corresponding to the warehouse obtains the target receiving unit, the equipment asset details of the target metering equipment to be dispatched from the warehouse and the unit where the target metering equipment is located, a dispatching task scheme is generated through the target receiving unit, the equipment asset details of the target metering equipment to be dispatched from the warehouse and the unit where the target metering equipment is located, then the dispatching task scheme is issued to a mobile phone i country network APP in the unit corresponding to the warehouse, after the unit corresponding to the warehouse determines to dispatch from the warehouse through the mobile phone i country network APP, the target metering equipment is dispatched from the warehouse according to the dispatching task scheme, so that the target receiving unit signs the target metering equipment, and the warehousing records and the inventory quantity are updated. Meanwhile, the professional warehouse/marketing system in the corresponding unit of the warehouse synchronizes the warehouse-out records of the metering devices in the warehouse, and reduces the number of the devices according to the device asset details, namely, the number of the devices which are warehouse-out, the number of the original devices is correspondingly reduced by corresponding numerical values, so that the latest asset file of the metering devices is obtained, and the asset file synchronization is realized. Correspondingly, the mobile phone i country network APP under the target receiving unit signs the target metering equipment, meanwhile, the warehousing integrated system under the target receiving unit receives the transfer task scheme state information sent by the mobile phone i country network APP under the target receiving unit, and the warehousing integrated system under the target receiving unit can determine whether the sign-in and warehousing of the target metering equipment by the target receiving unit are finished through the transfer task scheme state information, so that the reduction of the backlog of the metering equipment inventory in the warehouse under the unit corresponding to the warehouse is facilitated.
