Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a warehouse inventory query method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes:
in step S11, a product serial code is acquired.
The product sequence code is SN (Serial Number) code, can be obtained in a bar code scanning mode, can be obtained in a two-dimensional code scanning mode, and can be obtained in a manual input mode.
In step S12, the product sequence codes are intercepted respectively according to a plurality of interception rules corresponding to the warehouse to obtain effective sequence codes corresponding to the plurality of interception rules, and commodity matching is performed to obtain matching results corresponding to the plurality of interception rules, wherein each interception rule in the plurality of interception rules corresponds to a cargo owner.
In step S13, commodity inventory information is obtained and displayed according to matching results corresponding to the plurality of interception rules, where the commodity inventory information includes attribute information of commodities matched according to the plurality of interception rules and owner information corresponding to the commodities.
Different interception rules can be set according to information of each cargo owner, priorities can be set for each rule, when commodity matching is carried out, product sequence codes can be intercepted in sequence according to the priority order, a plurality of intercepted effective sequence codes are obtained, matching results corresponding to each interception rule are obtained according to matching of the effective sequence codes and commodities, and corresponding commodity information is inquired and displayed according to the matching results.
Therefore, a plurality of interception rules are set according to the owner information, when commodity information is inquired, the product sequence codes of the commodities are intercepted through the plurality of interception rules, the corresponding commodity information is matched according to the plurality of intercepted effective sequence codes, all relevant commodity information in the warehouse inventory can be matched through one-time inquiry, the problem that the commodity information corresponding to the owner which can only be manually selected can be inquired at one time at present can be solved, the warehouse inventory inquiry efficiency is improved, and accordingly inventory planning and management are facilitated.
Optionally, for step S12, the embodiment may simultaneously use different interception rules to perform parallel query, please refer to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of a commodity information matching step provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the step may include:
in step S121, a start bit and a stop bit for intercepting the product sequence code specified by each interception rule are determined.
In step S122, a valid sequence code corresponding to each interception rule is intercepted from the product sequence codes based on the start bit and the end bit specified by each interception rule, respectively.
When the valid sequence code corresponding to each interception rule is intercepted from the product sequence codes based on the start bit and the end bit specified by each interception rule, the product sequence codes between the start bit and the end bit can be intercepted directly, and the product sequence codes between the first bit and the end bit can be intercepted.
In step S123, commodity matching is performed according to the valid sequence code corresponding to each interception rule, so as to obtain a matching result corresponding to each interception rule.
By way of example, priority setting is introduced, the 2 nd to 10 th interception rule of the intercepted product sequence code can be set as a first priority, the 6 th to 15 th interception rule of the intercepted product sequence code is set as a second priority, the 5 th to 12 th interception rule of the intercepted product sequence code is set as a third priority, when inventory inquiry is carried out, the product sequence code of the commodity is obtained, firstly, the product sequence code is intercepted according to the interception rule of the first priority to obtain the 2 nd to 10 th effective sequence code, inquiry is carried out in warehouse inventory according to the effective sequence code, corresponding commodity is matched, then the steps are repeated according to the interception rule of the second priority and the interception rule of the third priority in sequence, and all matched commodity information and corresponding goods owner information are displayed when inquiry is completed.
Therefore, the product sequence codes can be intercepted through a preset intercepting rule to obtain corresponding effective sequence codes, information matching is carried out from the commodities in the warehouse according to each effective sequence code, all matched commodity information and corresponding commodity owner information can be inquired through a plurality of effective sequence codes corresponding to a plurality of commodity owners, and accordingly inventory inquiry efficiency can be improved.
Optionally, for step S12, the present embodiment may further query one by one based on each interception rule to reduce the occupation of computing resources, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of another commodity information matching step provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the step may include:
in step S124, the start bit and the end bit specified by the current interception rule for intercepting the product sequence code are determined.
In step S125, a valid sequence code corresponding to the current interception rule in the product sequence codes is determined based on the start bit and the end bit.
In step S126, a valid sequence code corresponding to the current interception rule is intercepted.
In step S127, commodity matching is performed according to the valid sequence code corresponding to the current interception rule, so as to obtain a matching result corresponding to the current interception rule.
In step S128, when the matching result corresponding to the current interception rule indicates that there is a commodity matching the current interception rule, the matching result corresponding to the current interception rule is displayed.
In step S129, when the matching result corresponding to the current interception rule indicates that the matching fails, selecting a next interception rule according to the priorities of the plurality of interception rules, and executing the step of determining the start bit and the stop bit specified by the current interception rule and used for intercepting the product sequence code to the valid sequence code corresponding to the current interception rule for commodity matching again until the plurality of interception rules all complete commodity matching.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining an effective sequence code from a starting position to a final position from a product sequence code through a preset interception rule, carrying out information matching from commodities in warehouse stock according to a current effective sequence code, carrying out matching of a next-priority interception rule when the interception rule of the current priority is matched, and displaying commodity information of successful matching when a plurality of interception rules are matched with the commodities.
The steps are described by introducing priorities, by setting the intercepting rule of the 2 nd to 10 th bits of the intercepting product sequence code as a first priority, setting the intercepting rule of the 6 th to 15 th bits of the intercepting product sequence code as a second priority, setting the intercepting rule of the 5 th to 12 th bits of the intercepting product sequence code as a third priority, acquiring the product sequence code of the commodity when inventory inquiry is carried out, intercepting the product sequence code according to the first priority to obtain the first effective sequence code of the 2 nd to 10 th bits, inquiring in the inventory according to the first effective sequence code, matching the corresponding first commodity, obtaining the second effective sequence code of the 6 th to 15 th bits according to the second priority, inquiring in the inventory according to the second effective sequence code, obtaining the third effective sequence code of the 5 th to 12 th bits according to the third priority when no corresponding commodity is inquired, inquiring in the inventory according to the third effective sequence code, carrying out inquiry in the inventory according to the third effective sequence code, and finally carrying out the first-order commodity and the first-order commodity is matched.
It should be appreciated that the first through third priorities described above are exemplary, and that more or fewer priority levels may be provided, depending on the actual number of intercept rules.
It should be understood that the reference numerals of steps S121-S123 and steps S124-S129 in this embodiment do not indicate a sequential relationship, but are alternative implementations of the commodity information matching steps in parallel.
Therefore, the product sequence codes can be intercepted through the preset intercepting rule to obtain the corresponding effective sequence codes, so that the large resource burden caused by parallel inquiry can be avoided, meanwhile, the inquiry of commodity information of corresponding stores of a plurality of owners can be completed through one operation step, all matched commodity information and corresponding owner information are displayed, the stores of corresponding owners which can only be inquired manually at one time in the prior art are improved, and the stock inquiry efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the interception rule may include: and intercepting the corresponding start bit and the corresponding stop bit according to the position of the product information in the product sequence code and/or according to the special symbol rule in the product sequence code.
The method comprises the steps of determining a start bit and a stop bit corresponding to a interception rule according to the position of product information in a product sequence code, such as a production date, a letter or a number corresponding to a production place, such as an 8-bit number corresponding to the interception rule, wherein the start bit corresponding to the interception rule is the first bit of the production date, and the stop bit is the last bit of the production date; the start bit and the stop bit corresponding to the interception rule can also be determined according to special symbols such as punctuation marks or capital letters in the product sequence code; the corresponding start bit and end bit can also be determined by integrating the location of the product information and the special symbol, for example, the first bit of the date of production is determined as the start bit, and the punctuation mark is "end bit".
Therefore, the flexibility of interception is improved by intercepting the corresponding start bit and the corresponding end bit according to the position of the product information in the product sequence code and/or according to the special symbol specification in the product sequence code.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of another commodity information matching step provided in an embodiment of the present application, and before the step S12, the step may further include:
in step S1210, the product sequence codes of the full length are matched.
In step S1211, the capturing the product sequence code according to a plurality of capturing rules corresponding to the repository to obtain an effective sequence code corresponding to the plurality of capturing rules, includes:
when the matching of the product sequence codes with the complete length fails, the product sequence codes are intercepted according to a plurality of interception rules corresponding to a warehouse, so that effective sequence codes corresponding to the interception rules are obtained.
Therefore, before the product sequence codes are intercepted respectively according to a plurality of interception rules corresponding to the warehouse to obtain effective sequence codes corresponding to the plurality of interception rules and commodity matching is carried out, the product sequence codes with complete length are matched, so that the commodity can be more comprehensively inquired and the missing check is prevented.
In addition, after the plurality of interception rules all complete the matching of the commodity, the method may further include:
when all of the plurality of interception rules fail to match, an error report is sent, which may include: voice prompt information and/or text display information.
The method can prompt 'query error' through voice, and can display 'commodity bar code does not exist' prompt information through a display screen.
Therefore, the error report can be sent through voice or a text display mode, the prompting mode is enriched, and the operator can be prompted to inquire about failure conveniently, so that the next inquiry is carried out.
It should be noted that the commodity information may include a product serial code, an inventory position, a quantity, an inventory state, and corresponding owner information of the commodity, and may further include a quantity of inventory positions, a type of inventory positions, and inventory position occupation information.
When the queried commodity information is displayed, the commodity bar codes, the quantity, the commodity state and the corresponding commodity owner information can be displayed according to a commodity-based display mode, and each commodity bar code, the quantity, the commodity location information and the corresponding commodity owner can be displayed according to a commodity-based display mode, wherein the commodity location information can comprise the number of the commodity locations and the occupation amount.
Therefore, the condition that different owners have different codes and names of the same bar code can be avoided through different display modes, or owners corresponding to inventory goods on corresponding warehouse positions can be intuitively seen.
Based on the same inventive concept, a warehouse inventory query device 50 is further provided in the embodiments of the present application, please refer to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a warehouse inventory query device provided in the embodiments of the present application, and the device may include:
an acquisition module 51, configured to acquire a product sequence code.
And the inspection module 52 is configured to intercept the product sequence codes according to a plurality of interception rules corresponding to the warehouse, obtain valid sequence codes corresponding to the plurality of interception rules, perform commodity matching, and obtain matching results corresponding to the plurality of interception rules, where each interception rule in the plurality of interception rules corresponds to a cargo owner.
The display module 53 is configured to obtain and display commodity inventory information according to matching results corresponding to the plurality of interception rules, where the commodity inventory information includes attribute information of a commodity matched according to the plurality of interception rules and owner information of the commodity corresponding to the commodity.
Therefore, a plurality of interception rules can be set according to the owner information through the device, when commodity information is inquired, the product sequence codes of the commodities are intercepted through the plurality of interception rules, the corresponding commodity information is matched according to the plurality of intercepted effective sequence codes, all relevant commodity information in the warehouse inventory can be matched through one-time inquiry, the problem that the commodity information corresponding to the owner which can only be selected manually can be inquired at one time at present can be solved, warehouse inventory inquiry efficiency is improved, and inventory planning and management are facilitated.
In addition, the inspection module 52 may further include:
and the determining submodule is used for determining a start bit and a stop bit which are defined by each interception rule and used for intercepting the product sequence code.
And the interception sub-module is used for intercepting the valid sequence code corresponding to each interception rule from the product sequence code based on the start bit and the stop bit specified by each interception rule.
And the matching sub-module is used for carrying out commodity matching according to the effective sequence code corresponding to each interception rule to obtain a matching result corresponding to each interception rule.
Taking one matching of the commodity in the inquiring step as an example, a determining submodule determines a start bit and a stop bit which are defined by the current intercepting rule and are used for intercepting the product sequence code.
And determining an effective sequence code corresponding to the current interception rule in the product sequence code based on the start bit and the stop bit by an interception sub-module, and intercepting the effective sequence code corresponding to the current interception rule.
And carrying out commodity matching according to the effective sequence code corresponding to the current interception rule by a matching sub-module to obtain a matching result corresponding to the current interception rule.
And when the matching result corresponding to the current interception rule indicates that the commodity matched with the current interception rule exists, displaying the matching result corresponding to the current interception rule through the display module 53.
And when the matching result corresponding to the current interception rule indicates that matching fails, selecting the next interception rule according to the priority of the plurality of interception rules, and executing the step of determining the starting bit and the ending bit which are specified by the current interception rule and used for intercepting the product sequence code to the effective sequence code corresponding to the current interception rule for commodity matching again until the plurality of interception rules all complete commodity matching.
Therefore, the above steps are realized by the warehouse inventory inquiry device 50, and all relevant commodity information in the warehouse inventory can be inquired and matched at one time, so that the problem that only commodity information corresponding to a manually selected owner can be inquired at one time at present can be solved, the warehouse inventory inquiry efficiency is improved, and the inventory planning and management are facilitated.
