As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the household garbage treatment equipment provided by the invention comprises a shell 1, an upper mounting box 3, a lower mounting box 4, a dewatering roller set 8, a burner 10, an air inlet machine 11, an air outlet machine 12, a first filter box 13, a second filter box 14, a gas collecting tube 15, a condenser 16, a spray head 34 and an air outlet tube 35; the upper end of the shell 1 is provided with a feed hopper 2, the middle end is provided with a treatment channel 5, and the lower end is provided with a combustion chamber 28; the treatment channel 5 is of a waist-shaped structure, and a waste liquid collecting chamber 7 is formed between the treatment channel and the shell 1; a first filter screen 29 is arranged in the waste liquid collecting chamber 7 and is communicated with the air inlet end of the condenser 16 through a gas collecting pipe 15; the upper mounting box 3 and the lower mounting box 4 are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the inside of the processing channel 5, and a dewatering chamber 6 and a separation chamber 31 are reserved between the upper mounting box and the lower mounting box and between the upper mounting box and the processing channel 5; a crushing chamber 32 is arranged between the dewatering chamber 6 and the separation chamber 31; the dehydration chamber 6 is communicated with the waste liquid collecting chamber 7, and a dehydration roller set 8 is arranged in the dehydration chamber 6; the separation chamber 31 communicates with the combustion chamber 28; the burner 10 is disposed in the combustion chamber 28; the air inlet fan 11 and the air outlet fan 12 are respectively communicated with the combustion chamber; the air outlet fan 12 is simultaneously communicated with the first filter box 13; the spray nozzle 34 communicated with the water outlet end of the condenser 16 and the air outlet pipe 35 communicated with the first filter tank 13 are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the second filter tank 14; also comprises a processing component 9; a processing assembly 9 is disposed within the processing channel 5; the processing assembly 9 comprises a first driving motor 17, a transmission shaft 18, a crushing paddle 19, a first gear 20, a second gear 43, a rotating shaft 21, an electromagnetic roller 22, a pushing sheet 23, a lifting frame 24, a rack 25, a third gear 26 and a loosening plate 27; two ends of a transmission shaft 18 driven by a first driving motor 17 are respectively and rotatably connected with the upper mounting box 3 and the lower mounting box 4; the crushing paddle 19 is arranged on the transmission shaft 18 and is positioned in the crushing chamber 32; one end of the rotating shaft 21 is rotatably connected with the chamber wall of the separation chamber 31, and the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with the first gear 20 in a key manner; the second gear 43 is connected with the transmission shaft 18 in a key way and is connected with the first gear 20 in a meshing way; the electromagnetic roller 22 is rotatably arranged in the separation chamber 31 through the rotating shaft 21; the pushing sheet 23 is wound outside the electromagnetic roller 22; the lower end of the transmission shaft 18 is provided with a thread section; the upper end of the lifting frame 24 is in threaded connection with the transmission shaft 18, and the lower end of the lifting frame is provided with a rack 25; the third gear 26 is rotatably disposed above the combustion end of the burner 10 and is meshed with the rack 25; a stripper plate 27 is provided on the third gear 26.
In an alternative embodiment, the lifting frame 24 is an inverted U-shaped structure, and the lifting frame 24 is slidably disposed on the lower mounting case 4; the rack 25 is arranged outside the vertical section of the lifting frame 24.
In an alternative embodiment, the dewatering space 6 is of V-shaped configuration; the separation chamber 31 has an inverted V-shaped structure.
In an alternative embodiment, the dewatering roll sets 8 are arranged in multiple sets, and the gaps between the multiple sets of dewatering roll sets 8 for garbage to pass through gradually decrease from top to bottom.
In an alternative embodiment, the handling assembly 9 further comprises a bulk material station; the first gear 20 and the second gear 43 are arranged at the feed end of the separation chamber 31 and inside the bulk material table.
In an alternative embodiment, the heat conducting member 30 is further included; the lower end of the heat conducting member 30 extends into the combustion chamber 28 and up into the waste liquid collecting chamber 7.
In an alternative embodiment, the dewatering space 6 is provided with two sets of feed openings; a sealing component is arranged on the feed inlet; the sealing assembly includes a second driving motor 45, a fourth gear 44, a second rack 50, and a sealing plate 33; the fourth gear 44 is connected with the main shaft of the second driving motor 45 in a key way and is rotatably arranged between the two groups of feed inlets; two groups of sealing plates 33 are arranged in a reverse sliding way corresponding to the positions of the feed inlets; the second racks 50 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the sealing plates 33, two groups of second racks 50 slide reversely and are arranged on two sides of the fourth gear 44, one end of each group of second racks 50 is connected with the sealing plate 33 on the corresponding side, and the other end of each group of second racks 50 is meshed with the fourth gear 44.
In an alternative embodiment, the interior of the first filter box 13 is provided with a first filter assembly 46; the first filter assembly 46 includes a partition 48 and a second filter screen 49; the partition plate 48 is detachably arranged in the first filter box 13, the upper end of the partition plate is provided with a ventilation opening 47, and the two sides of the lower end of the partition plate are provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the second filter mesh 49 is disposed obliquely on both sides of the partition plate 48, and forms an inverted U-shaped air flow path.
In an alternative embodiment, second filter assembly 38 is disposed within second filter housing 14; the second filter assembly 38 includes a third driving motor, a rotating frame 36, a first stirring bar 37, a first push wheel 39, a second push wheel 40, a rotating bar 41, and a second stirring bar 42; the rotating frame 36 driven by the third driving motor is rotatably arranged between the spray head 34 and the air outlet pipe 35; the first stirring rod 37 is provided on the rotating frame 36; the first push wheel 39 is provided on the first stirring bar 37; the rotating lever 41 is rotatably provided at the periphery of the rotating frame 36; the second driving wheel 40 and the second stirring rod 42 are both provided on the rotating rod 41, and the position of the second driving wheel 40 overlaps with the rotation locus of the first driving wheel 39.
According to the invention, the dehydration roller group 8 with sequentially increased dehydration strength is arranged in the dehydration chamber 6, so that the separation of solid garbage and liquid garbage is realized, and the subsequent classification treatment is convenient; the treatment assembly 9 is arranged, so that on one hand, the separation of crushed aggregates of solid garbage and waste metals is realized, and on the other hand, the accumulated crushed aggregates are dispersed, so that the combustion is thorough and efficient, heat generated during the combustion is used for the transpiration disinfection of waste liquid, and then the water vapor is recycled, thereby saving energy and protecting the environment; the first filter assembly 46 and the second filter assembly 38 are matched, the flue gas is primarily purified by layer-by-layer filtration and adsorption through the second filter screen 49, the first stirring rod 37 and the second stirring rod 42 are rotated to mix gas and liquid in the second filter tank 14, dust in the flue gas is accelerated to settle, and air pollution is reduced.
Example 2
The invention also provides a household garbage treatment method, which comprises the following steps:
s1, putting garbage into a feed hopper 2;
s2, operating the sealing assembly, driving the fourth gear 44 to rotate through the transmission of the second driving motor 45, and synchronously moving the second rack 50 to drive the two groups of sealing plates 33 to reversely move, so that the feed inlet is opened;
s3, enabling the garbage to enter a dehydration chamber 6, extruding the garbage by a dehydration roller set 8, and performing preliminary crushing, and enabling waste liquid to flow into a waste liquid collecting chamber 7;
s4, enabling the garbage to enter a crushing chamber 32, operating a processing assembly 9, driving a first driving motor 17, rotating a transmission shaft 18, and crushing dehydrated and flattened garbage by a crushing paddle 19;
s5, enabling the crushed garbage to enter a separation channel, pushing the crushed garbage to a combustion chamber 28 by a pushing sheet 23, and adsorbing waste metals in the crushed garbage by an electromagnetic roller 22;
s6, starting the burner 10, burning the separated crushed aggregates, wherein the lifting frame 24 moves up and down in the burning process, the rack 25 pushes the third gear 26 to rotate, and the material loosening plate 27 is used for picking up the accumulated crushed aggregates;
s7, evaporating water vapor in the waste liquid by heat generated during combustion, condensing the water vapor by a condenser 16, and converting the water vapor into water;
s8, the air inlet machine 11 is matched with the air outlet machine 12, so that air circulation in the combustion chamber 28 is quickened, flue gas generated by combustion enters the first filter box 13, and is filtered and adsorbed layer by layer through the second filter screen 49, so that preliminary purification is completed;
s9, the flue gas enters the second filter tank 14, the second filter tank 14 is filled with purified liquid, meanwhile, the second filter assembly 38 acts, the rotating frame 36 drives the first stirring rod 37 and the first pushing wheel 39 to rotate, the second stirring rod 42 is pushed to deflect when the first pushing wheel 39 rotates, the gas and the liquid in the second filter tank 14 are mixed, and in addition, the spray head 34 sprays water in the condenser 16 to accelerate dust sedimentation in the flue gas.
The household garbage treatment method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, small in environmental pollution, high in recovery rate of waste metals, energy-saving and environment-friendly.

Claims (7)
1. The household garbage treatment equipment comprises a shell (1), an upper mounting box (3), a lower mounting box (4), a dewatering roller set (8), a burner (10), an air inlet machine (11), an air outlet machine (12), a first filter box (13), a second filter box (14), a gas collecting tube (15), a condenser (16), a spray head (34) and an air outlet tube (35); the upper end of the shell (1) is provided with a feed hopper (2), the middle end is provided with a treatment channel (5), and the lower end is provided with a combustion chamber (28); the treatment channel (5) is of a waist-shaped structure, and a waste liquid collecting chamber (7) is formed between the treatment channel and the shell (1); a first filter screen (29) is arranged in the waste liquid collecting chamber (7), and is communicated with the air inlet end of the condenser (16) through a gas collecting pipe (15); the upper mounting box (3) and the lower mounting box (4) are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the inside of the processing channel (5), and a dewatering chamber (6) and a separation chamber (31) are reserved between the upper mounting box and the lower mounting box and between the upper mounting box and the processing channel (5); a crushing chamber (32) is arranged between the dewatering chamber (6) and the separation chamber (31); the dewatering chamber (6) is communicated with the waste liquid collecting chamber (7), a dewatering roller set (8) is arranged in the dewatering chamber (6), and the dewatering chamber (6) is also provided with two sets of feed inlets; a sealing component is arranged on the feed inlet; the separation chamber (31) is communicated with the combustion chamber (28); the burner (10) is arranged in the combustion chamber (28); the air inlet fan (11) and the air outlet fan (12) are respectively communicated with the combustion chamber; the air outlet fan (12) is simultaneously communicated with the first filter box (13); a spray head (34) communicated with the water outlet end of the condenser (16) and an air outlet pipe (35) communicated with the first filter box (13) are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the second filter box (14); a first filter assembly (46) is arranged in the first filter box (13); a second filter assembly (38) is arranged inside the second filter box (14); characterized in that it also comprises a processing assembly (9); the processing component (9) is arranged in the processing channel (5);
the processing assembly (9) comprises a first driving motor (17), a transmission shaft (18), a crushing paddle (19), a first gear (20), a second gear (43), a rotating shaft (21), an electromagnetic roller (22), a pushing sheet (23), a lifting frame (24), a rack (25), a third gear (26) and a loosening plate (27); two ends of a transmission shaft (18) driven by a first driving motor (17) are respectively and rotatably connected with an upper mounting box (3) and a lower mounting box (4); the crushing paddles (19) are arranged on the transmission shaft (18) and are positioned in the crushing chamber (32); one end of the rotating shaft (21) is rotationally connected with the chamber wall of the separation chamber (31), and the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with the first gear (20) in a key way; the second gear (43) is connected with the transmission shaft (18) in a key way and is connected with the first gear (20) in a meshing way; the electromagnetic roller (22) is rotatably arranged in the separation chamber (31) through the rotating shaft (21); the pushing sheet (23) is coiled outside the electromagnetic roller (22); the lower end of the transmission shaft (18) is provided with a thread section; the upper end of the lifting frame (24) is connected with the transmission shaft (18) through threads, and the lower end of the lifting frame is provided with a rack (25); the third gear (26) is rotatably arranged above the combustion end of the combustor (10) and is meshed with the rack (25); the material loosening plate (27) is arranged on the third gear (26);
the sealing assembly comprises a second driving motor (45), a fourth gear (44), a second rack (50) and a sealing plate (33); the fourth gear (44) is connected with the main shaft of the second driving motor (45) in a key way and is rotatably arranged between the two groups of feed inlets; two groups of sealing plates (33) are arranged in a reverse sliding way corresponding to the positions of the feed inlets; the second racks (50) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the sealing plates (33), two groups of second racks (50) slide reversely and are arranged at two sides of the fourth gear (44), one end of each group of second racks (50) is connected with the sealing plate (33) at the corresponding side, and the other end is connected with the fourth gear (44) in a meshed manner;
the first filter assembly (46) comprises a partition plate (48) and a second filter screen (49); the partition plate (48) is detachably arranged in the first filter box (13), the upper end of the partition plate is provided with a vent (47), and the two sides of the lower end of the partition plate are provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the second filter screen (49) is obliquely arranged at two sides of the partition board (48) and forms an inverted U-shaped airflow passage;
the second filter assembly (38) comprises a third driving motor, a rotating frame (36), a first stirring rod (37), a first pushing wheel (39), a second pushing wheel (40), a rotating rod (41) and a second stirring rod (42); a rotating frame (36) driven by a third driving motor is rotatably arranged between the spray head (34) and the air outlet pipe (35); the first stirring rod (37) is arranged on the rotating frame (36); the first pushing wheel (39) is arranged on the first stirring rod (37); the rotating rod (41) is rotatably arranged at the periphery of the rotating frame (36); the second pushing wheel (40) and the second stirring rod (42) are arranged on the rotating rod (41), and the position of the second pushing wheel (40) is overlapped with the rotating track of the first pushing wheel (39).
2. A household garbage disposal apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the lifting frame (24) is of an inverted U-shaped structure, the lifting frame (24) being slidably arranged on the lower mounting bin (4); the rack (25) is arranged outside the vertical section of the lifting frame (24).
3. A household garbage disposal apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the dewatering chamber (6) is of V-shaped configuration; the separation chamber (31) is of inverted V-shaped configuration.
4. A household garbage disposal apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the dewatering roller sets (8) are provided in plural sets, and gaps of the plural sets of dewatering roller sets (8) through which garbage passes are gradually reduced from top to bottom.
5. A household waste disposal apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the disposal assembly (9) further comprises a bulk material station; the first gear (20) and the second gear (43) are arranged at the feeding end of the separation chamber (31) and are positioned inside the bulk material table.
6. A household garbage disposal apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a heat conducting member (30); the lower end of the heat conducting piece (30) extends into the combustion chamber (28), and the upper end extends into the waste liquid collecting chamber (7).
7. A method of treating household garbage comprising the household garbage treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, putting garbage into a feed hopper (2);
s2, operating the sealing assembly, driving the fourth gear (44) to rotate through a second driving motor (45), and synchronously moving the second racks (50) to drive the two groups of sealing plates (33) to reversely move so as to open a feed inlet;
s3, enabling the garbage to enter a dehydration chamber (6), extruding the garbage by a dehydration roller set (8) to perform preliminary crushing, and enabling waste liquid to flow into a waste liquid collecting chamber (7);
s4, enabling the garbage to enter a crushing chamber (32), operating a processing assembly (9), driving a first driving motor (17), rotating a transmission shaft (18), and crushing dehydrated and flattened garbage by a crushing paddle (19);
s5, enabling the crushed garbage to enter a separation channel, pushing the crushed garbage to a combustion chamber (28) by a pushing sheet (23), and adsorbing waste metals in the crushed garbage by an electromagnetic roller (22);
s6, starting a combustor (10), burning the separated crushed aggregates, wherein a lifting frame (24) moves up and down in the burning process, a rack (25) pushes a third gear (26) to rotate, and a loosening plate (27) is used for picking up the accumulated crushed aggregates;
s7, evaporating water vapor in the waste liquid by heat generated during combustion, condensing the water vapor by a condenser (16), and converting the water vapor into water;
s8, the air inlet machine (11) is matched with the air outlet machine (12), so that air circulation in the combustion chamber (28) is quickened, smoke generated by combustion enters the first filter box (13) and is filtered and adsorbed layer by layer through the second filter screen (49), and primary purification is completed;
s9, the flue gas enters a second filter tank (14), the second filter tank (14) is filled with purifying liquid, meanwhile, a second filter assembly (38) acts, a rotating frame (36) drives a first stirring rod (37) and a first pushing wheel (39) to rotate, a second stirring rod (42) is pushed to deflect when the first pushing wheel (39) rotates, gas and liquid in the second filter tank (14) are mixed, and in addition, a spray head (34) sprays water in a condenser (16) to accelerate dust sedimentation in the flue gas.
