As shown in fig. 1-7, the household garbage disposal apparatus provided by the present invention comprises a housing 1, an upper installation box 3, a lower installation box 4, a dewatering roller set 8, a burner 10, an air inlet fan 11, an air outlet fan 12, a first filter box 13, a second filter box 14, a gas collecting pipe 15, a condenser 16, a nozzle 34 and an air outlet pipe 35; the upper end of the shell 1 is provided with a feed hopper 2, the middle end is provided with a processing channel 5, and the lower end is provided with a combustion chamber 28; the treatment channel 5 is of a waist-shaped structure, and a waste liquid collecting chamber 7 is formed between the treatment channel and the shell 1; a first filter screen 29 is arranged in the waste liquid collecting chamber 7 and is communicated with the air inlet end of the condenser 16 through an air collecting pipe 15; the upper installation box 3 and the lower installation box 4 are arranged at the upper end and the lower end in the processing channel 5, and a dehydration chamber 6 and a separation chamber 31 are reserved between the upper installation box and the processing channel 5; a crushing chamber 32 is arranged between the dehydration chamber 6 and the separation chamber 31; the dehydration chamber 6 is communicated with the waste liquid collection chamber 7, and a dehydration roller set 8 is arranged in the dehydration chamber 6; the separation chamber 31 communicates with the combustion chamber 28; the burner 10 is disposed in the combustion chamber 28; the air inlet machine 11 and the air outlet machine 12 are respectively communicated with the combustion chamber; the air outlet machine 12 is simultaneously communicated with a first filter box 13; a spray head 34 communicated with the water outlet end of the condenser 16 and an air outlet pipe 35 communicated with the first filter tank 13 are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the second filter tank 14; also included is a processing assembly 9; the processing assembly 9 is arranged in the processing channel 5; the processing assembly 9 comprises a first driving motor 17, a transmission shaft 18, a crushing paddle 19, a first gear 20, a second gear 43, a rotating shaft 21, an electromagnetic roller 22, a material pushing sheet 23, a lifting frame 24, a rack 25, a third gear 26 and a material loosening plate 27; two ends of a transmission shaft 18 driven by a first driving motor 17 are respectively and rotatably connected with the upper installation box 3 and the lower installation box 4; the crushing paddle 19 is arranged on the transmission shaft 18 and is positioned in the crushing chamber 32; one end of the rotating shaft 21 is rotatably connected with the chamber wall of the separation chamber 31, and the other end is in key connection with the first gear 20; the second gear 43 is keyed on the transmission shaft 18 and is in meshing connection with the first gear 20; the electromagnetic roller 22 is rotatably arranged in the separation chamber 31 through a rotating shaft 21; the material pushing sheet 23 is wound around the outside of the electromagnetic roller 22; the lower end of the transmission shaft 18 is provided with a threaded section; the upper end of the lifting frame 24 is in threaded connection with the transmission shaft 18, and the lower end is provided with a rack 25; the third gear 26 is rotatably arranged above the combustion end of the burner 10 and is meshed with the rack 25; a material loosening plate 27 is provided on the third gear 26.
In an alternative embodiment, the lifting frame 24 is an inverted U-shaped structure, and the lifting frame 24 is arranged on the lower installation box 4 in a sliding mode; the rack 25 is disposed outside the vertical section of the crane 24.
In an alternative embodiment, the dewatering chamber 6 is of a V-shaped configuration; the separation chamber 31 has an inverted V-shaped configuration.
In an alternative embodiment, the dewatering roll sets 8 are arranged in a plurality of groups, the groups of dewatering roll sets 8 are from top to bottom, and gaps for garbage to pass through are gradually reduced.
In an alternative embodiment, the processing assembly 9 further comprises a bulk station; the first gear 20 and the second gear 43 are arranged at the feed end of the separation chamber 31 and inside the bulk material table.
In an alternative embodiment, a heat-conducting member 30; the heat-conducting member 30 extends into the combustion chamber 28 at its lower end and into the waste liquid collecting chamber 7 at its upper end.
In an alternative embodiment, the dewatering chamber 6 is provided with two sets of feed inlets; a sealing component is arranged on the feeding hole; the sealing assembly comprises a second driving motor 45, a fourth gear 44, a second rack 50 and a sealing plate 33; the fourth gear 44 is in key connection with the main shaft of the second driving motor 45 and is rotatably arranged between the two groups of feed inlets; two groups of sealing plates 33 are arranged in a reverse sliding way corresponding to the positions of the feed inlets; the second racks 50 are arranged corresponding to the sealing plates 33 one by one, two sets of the second racks 50 slide in opposite directions and are arranged on two sides of the fourth gear 44, one end of each set of the second racks 50 is connected with the sealing plate 33 on the corresponding side, and the other end is meshed with the fourth gear 44.
In an alternative embodiment, the interior of the first filtering tank 13 is provided with a first filtering assembly 46; first filter assembly 46 includes a baffle 48 and a second filter 49; the partition plate 48 is detachably arranged in the first filter box 13, the upper end of the partition plate is provided with a vent 47, and the two sides of the lower end of the partition plate are provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the second filter 49 is obliquely disposed at both sides of the partition plate 48 and forms an inverted U-shaped air flow path.
In an alternative embodiment, a second filter assembly 38 is provided inside the second filter tank 14; the second filter assembly 38 comprises a third driving motor, a rotating frame 36, a first stirring rod 37, a first pushing wheel 39, a second pushing wheel 40, a rotating rod 41 and a second stirring rod 42; a rotating frame 36 driven by a third driving motor is rotatably arranged between the spray head 34 and the air outlet pipe 35; the first stirring rod 37 is arranged on the rotating frame 36; a first pushing wheel 39 is provided on the first agitating bar 37; the rotating rod 41 is rotatably arranged at the periphery of the rotating frame 36; the second push wheel 40 and the second agitating lever 42 are both provided on the rotating lever 41, and the position of the second push wheel 40 overlaps with the rotating trajectory of the first push wheel 39.
According to the invention, the dehydration roller sets 8 with sequentially increased dehydration strength are arranged in the dehydration chamber 6, so that the separation of solid garbage and liquid garbage is realized, and the subsequent classification treatment is convenient; the treatment assembly 9 is arranged, so that on one hand, the separation of the crushed materials of the solid garbage and the waste metal is realized, on the other hand, the accumulated crushed materials are dispersed, the combustion is thorough and efficient, the heat generated during the combustion is used for the transpiration sterilization of the waste liquid, and the water vapor is recycled, so that the energy is saved and the environment is protected; set up first filter component 46 and the cooperation of second filter component 38, utilize second filter screen 49 to filter, adsorb layer upon layer and carry out preliminary purification to the flue gas, rethread first puddler 37 and second puddler 42 rotate, mix gas, liquid in the second rose box 14 for the dust in the flue gas subsides, reduces air pollution.
Example 2
The invention also provides a domestic garbage treatment method, which comprises the following steps:
s1, throwing the garbage into a feed hopper 2;
s2, operating the sealing assembly, driving the sealing assembly through a second driving motor 45, rotating a fourth gear 44, synchronously moving a second rack 50, driving two groups of sealing plates 33 to move reversely, and opening a feeding hole;
s3, enabling the garbage to enter a dehydration chamber 6, extruding the garbage by a dehydration roller set 8, carrying out primary crushing, and enabling the waste liquid to flow into a waste liquid collection chamber 7;
s4, enabling the garbage to enter the crushing chamber 32, operating the processing assembly 9, driving the first driving motor 17 to rotate, enabling the transmission shaft 18 to rotate, and enabling the crushing paddle 19 to crush the dehydrated and crushed garbage;
s5, enabling the crushed garbage to enter a separation channel, pushing the crushed garbage to a combustion chamber 28 by a pushing sheet 23, and adsorbing the waste metal in the crushed garbage by an electromagnetic roller 22;
s6, starting the combustor 10, combusting the separated crushed aggregates, moving the lifting frame 24 up and down in the combustion process, pushing the third gear 26 to rotate by the rack 25, and opening the accumulated crushed aggregates by the loosening plate 27;
s7, evaporating water vapor in the waste liquid by heat generated during combustion, and condensing the water vapor by a condenser 16 to convert the water vapor into water;
s8, the air inlet machine 11 is matched with the air outlet machine 12 to accelerate air circulation in the combustion chamber 28, smoke generated by combustion enters the first filter box 13 and is filtered and adsorbed layer by the second filter screen 49 to finish primary purification;
s9, enabling the flue gas to enter the second filter box 14, enabling the second filter box 14 to be filled with the purifying liquid, enabling the second filter assembly 38 to act, enabling the rotating frame 36 to drive the first stirring rod 37 and the first pushing wheel 39 to rotate, enabling the second stirring rod 42 to be pushed and deflected when the first pushing wheel 39 rotates, mixing gas and liquid in the second filter box 14, and enabling the spray head 34 to spray water in the condenser 16 to accelerate dust settling in the flue gas.
The domestic garbage treatment method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, has small pollution to the environment, has a high recovery rate of waste metals, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly.

Claims (10)
1. A household garbage treatment device comprises a shell (1), an upper installation box (3), a lower installation box (4), a dehydration roller set (8), a burner (10), an air inlet machine (11), an air outlet machine (12), a first filter box (13), a second filter box (14), a gas collecting pipe (15), a condenser (16), a spray head (34) and an air outlet pipe (35); the upper end of the shell (1) is provided with a feed hopper (2), the middle end is provided with a processing channel (5), and the lower end is provided with a combustion chamber (28); the treatment channel (5) is of a waist-shaped structure, and a waste liquid collecting chamber (7) is formed between the treatment channel and the shell (1); a first filter screen (29) is arranged in the waste liquid collecting chamber (7) and is communicated with the air inlet end of the condenser (16) through an air collecting pipe (15); the upper mounting box (3) and the lower mounting box (4) are arranged at the upper end and the lower end in the processing channel (5), and a dehydration chamber (6) and a separation chamber (31) are reserved between the upper mounting box and the processing channel (5); a crushing chamber (32) is arranged between the dehydration chamber (6) and the separation chamber (31); the dewatering chamber (6) is communicated with the waste liquid collecting chamber (7), and a dewatering roller set (8) is arranged in the dewatering chamber (6); the separation chamber (31) is communicated with the combustion chamber (28); the burner (10) is arranged in the combustion chamber (28); the air inlet machine (11) and the air outlet machine (12) are respectively communicated with the combustion chamber; the air outlet machine (12) is simultaneously communicated with the first filter box (13); a spray head (34) communicated with the water outlet end of the condenser (16) and an air outlet pipe (35) communicated with the first filter tank (13) are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the second filter tank (14); characterized in that it also comprises a processing assembly (9); the processing assembly (9) is arranged in the processing channel (5);
the processing assembly (9) comprises a first driving motor (17), a transmission shaft (18), a crushing paddle (19), a first gear (20), a second gear (43), a rotating shaft (21), an electromagnetic roller (22), a material pushing sheet (23), a lifting frame (24), a rack (25), a third gear (26) and a material loosening plate (27); two ends of a transmission shaft (18) driven by a first driving motor (17) are respectively and rotatably connected with the upper installation box (3) and the lower installation box (4); the crushing paddle (19) is arranged on the transmission shaft (18) and is positioned in the crushing chamber (32); one end of the rotating shaft (21) is rotatably connected with the chamber wall of the separation chamber (31), and the other end of the rotating shaft is in key connection with the first gear (20); the second gear (43) is in key connection with the transmission shaft (18) and is in meshed connection with the first gear (20); the electromagnetic roller (22) is rotationally arranged in the separation chamber (31) through a rotating shaft (21); the material pushing sheet (23) is wound outside the electromagnetic roller (22); the lower end of the transmission shaft (18) is provided with a threaded section; the upper end of the lifting frame (24) is in threaded connection with the transmission shaft (18), and the lower end is provided with a rack (25); the third gear (26) is rotatably arranged above the combustion end of the combustor (10) and is meshed with the rack (25); the loosening plate (27) is arranged on the third gear (26).
2. The household garbage disposal apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the crane (24) is an inverted U-shaped structure, and the crane (24) is slidably disposed on the lower installation box (4); the rack (25) is arranged outside the vertical section of the lifting frame (24).
3. The household garbage disposal apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the dewatering chamber (6) has a V-shaped structure; the separation chamber (31) is of an inverted V-shaped structure.
4. The household garbage disposal apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of sets of dewatering rolls (8) are arranged, the plurality of sets of dewatering rolls (8) are arranged from top to bottom, and gaps for garbage to pass through are gradually reduced.
5. A household waste disposal apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein the disposal assembly (9) further comprises a bulk material station; the first gear (20) and the second gear (43) are arranged at the feeding end of the separation chamber (31) and are positioned inside the bulk material platform.
6. The household garbage disposal apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a heat conductive member (30); the lower end of the heat conducting piece (30) extends into the combustion chamber (28) and the upper end extends into the waste liquid collecting chamber (7).
7. An apparatus for treating household garbage according to claim 1, characterized in that the dewatering chamber (6) is provided with two sets of feed inlets; a sealing component is arranged on the feeding hole; the sealing assembly comprises a second driving motor (45), a fourth gear (44), a second rack (50) and a sealing plate (33); the fourth gear (44) is in key connection with a main shaft of a second driving motor (45) and is rotatably arranged between the two groups of feed inlets; the sealing plates (33) are arranged in two groups in a reverse sliding way corresponding to the positions of the feed inlets; the second racks (50) are arranged corresponding to the sealing plates (33) one by one, two groups of second racks (50) slide in opposite directions and are arranged on two sides of the fourth gear (44), one end of each group of second racks (50) is connected with the sealing plates (33) on the corresponding side, and the other end of each group of second racks (50) is meshed with the fourth gear (44).
8. A household waste disposal apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the first filter tank (13) is internally provided with a first filter assembly (46); the first filter assembly (46) comprises a baffle (48) and a second filter screen (49); the partition plate (48) is detachably arranged in the first filter box (13), the upper end of the partition plate is provided with a vent (47), and the two sides of the lower end of the partition plate are provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the second filter screens (49) are obliquely arranged on two sides of the partition board (48) and form an inverted U-shaped airflow passage.
9. A household waste disposal apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the second filter tank (14) is internally provided with a second filter assembly (38); the second filtering component (38) comprises a third driving motor, a rotating frame (36), a first stirring rod (37), a first pushing wheel (39), a second pushing wheel (40), a rotating rod (41) and a second stirring rod (42); a rotating frame (36) driven by a third driving motor is rotatably arranged between the spray head (34) and the air outlet pipe (35); the first stirring rod (37) is arranged on the rotating frame (36); the first pushing wheel (39) is arranged on the first stirring rod (37); the rotating rod (41) is rotatably arranged on the periphery of the rotating frame (36); the second pushing wheel (40) and the second stirring rod (42) are arranged on the rotating rod (41), and the position of the second pushing wheel (40) is overlapped with the rotating track of the first pushing wheel (39).
10. A domestic waste treatment process comprising any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the steps of:
s1, throwing the garbage into a feed hopper (2);
s2, operating the sealing assembly, driving the sealing assembly through a second driving motor (45), rotating a fourth gear (44), synchronously moving a second rack (50), driving two groups of sealing plates (33) to move reversely, and opening a feeding hole;
s3, enabling the garbage to enter a dewatering chamber (6), extruding the garbage by a dewatering roller set (8), carrying out primary crushing, and enabling waste liquid to flow into a waste liquid collecting chamber (7);
s4, enabling the garbage to enter a crushing chamber (32), operating a processing assembly (9), driving a first driving motor (17), rotating a transmission shaft (18), and crushing the dehydrated and crushed garbage by a crushing paddle (19);
s5, enabling the crushed garbage to enter a separation channel, pushing the crushed garbage to a combustion chamber (28) by a pushing sheet (23), and adsorbing the waste metal in the crushed garbage by an electromagnetic roller (22);
s6, starting a combustor (10), combusting the separated crushed aggregates, moving a lifting frame (24) up and down in the combustion process, pushing a third gear (26) to rotate by a rack (25), and opening the accumulated crushed aggregates by a material loosening plate (27);
s7, evaporating water vapor in the waste liquid by heat generated during combustion, and condensing the water vapor by a condenser (16) to convert the water vapor into water;
s8, the air inlet machine (11) is matched with the air outlet machine (12) to accelerate air circulation in the combustion chamber (28), smoke generated by combustion enters the first filter box (13), and is filtered and adsorbed layer by layer through the second filter screen (49) to finish primary purification;
s9, enabling the flue gas to enter a second filter box (14), enabling the second filter box (14) to be filled with purifying liquid, enabling a second filter assembly (38) to act, enabling a rotating frame (36) to drive a first stirring rod (37) and a first pushing wheel (39) to rotate, enabling a second stirring rod (42) to be pushed to deflect when the first pushing wheel (39) rotates, mixing gas and liquid in the second filter box (14), and enabling a spray head (34) to spray water in a condenser (16) to accelerate dust settling in the flue gas.
