技术领域
本公开涉及一种平衡轴支撑结构。更具体地,本公开涉及一种减弱由动态行为引起的振动的平衡轴支撑结构。
背景技术
在发动机开发中,由于客户的需求不仅扩展到基本的发动机耐久性和动力性能,而且还扩展到NVH性能,因此诸如噪声/振动的抑制性能以及耐久性和动力性能是重要的因素。
平衡轴与曲轴一起是发动机最重要的振动源之一。滚针轴承应用于一般的平衡轴,并且因此平衡轴的振动可直接传递到气缸体。
由于空间限制,设置在发动机内部的平衡轴被制造为细长形状,这可能导致由于径向变形引起的振动而产生嘎嘎的冲击声。气缸体的振动会通过激发气缸体的裙部(薄壁区域)和油底壳而引起噪声。
为了提高发动机的静音性,吸声和隔音材料可以被应用于产生噪声的部件,例如缸体和油底壳,但是这会导致成本/重量增加。

发明内容
本公开试图提供一种减弱由平衡轴动态行为引起的振动的平衡轴支撑结构。
根据本公开的示例性实施例的平衡轴支撑结构可以包括:轴承部,与气缸体联接;以及橡胶减震器,插设在轴承部和平衡轴轴颈之间以防止平衡轴的振动传递,其中轴承部可以包括:外部衬套,与气缸体连接;导向衬套,设置在外部衬套的内侧;以及辊部,插设在外部衬套和导向衬套之间,并且包括辊和辊保持架。
平衡轴支撑结构可以进一步包括在导向衬套的一端处形成的衬套凸缘,以通过支撑辊部的一端来防止辊部脱离。
平衡轴可以包括在径向方向上突出的轴凸缘,并且轴凸缘可以支撑辊部的另一端。
橡胶减震器可以通过硫化粘合剂而固定到平衡轴轴颈。

参照图1和图2,根据本公开的示例性实施例的平衡轴支撑结构可以包括:轴承部30,与气缸体10联接;以及橡胶减震器50,插设在轴承部30和平衡轴轴颈72之间以防止平衡轴70的振动传递。
轴承部30可以包括:外部衬套32,与气缸体10联接;导向衬套34,设置在外部衬套32的内侧;以及辊部40,插设在外部衬套32和导向衬套34之间,并且包括辊42和辊保持架(roller cage)44。
平衡轴支撑结构可以进一步包括在导向衬套34的一端处形成的衬套凸缘36,以通过支撑辊部40的一端来防止辊部40脱离。
换言之,根据本公开的示例性实施例的平衡轴支撑结构,外部衬套32联接到气缸体10,外部衬套32内侧设置有包括辊42和辊保持架44的辊部40,并且支撑辊部40的旋转并限制辊部40的轴向移动的导向衬套34设置在辊部40内侧。橡胶减震器50插设在导向衬套34和平衡轴轴颈72之间,以防止平衡轴70的振动传递。

橡胶减震器51被硫化粘合到平衡轴轴颈72,从而减少了部件数量。
根据本公开的一个或多个示例性实施例的平衡轴支撑结构可以通过减小平衡轴的振动幅度和对平衡轴缓冲来减小传递到气缸体的振动。
另外,应用硫化型橡胶形状可以在相同形状的情况下增加橡胶体积,从而进一步降低强度并提高隔振性能。
根据本公开的一个或多个示例性实施例的平衡轴支撑结构,可以通过减少安装在发动机外侧的吸声和隔音材料来减少NVH和成本。

Claims (12)

1.一种平衡轴支撑结构,包括:
轴承部,与气缸体联接;以及
橡胶减震器,插设在所述轴承部和平衡轴轴颈之间以防止所述平衡轴的振动传递;
其中,所述轴承部包括:
外部衬套,与所述气缸体连接;
导向衬套,设置在所述外部衬套的内侧;以及
辊部,插设在所述外部衬套和所述导向衬套之间,并且包括辊和辊保持架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平衡轴支撑结构,进一步包括:
衬套凸缘,所述衬套凸缘形成在所述导向衬套的一端处,以通过支撑所述辊部的一端来防止所述辊部脱离。
3.根据权利要求2所述的平衡轴支撑结构,其中,
所述平衡轴包括在径向方向上突出的轴凸缘,并且所述轴凸缘支撑所述辊部的另一端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的平衡轴支撑结构,其中,
所述橡胶减震器通过硫化粘合剂而固定到所述平衡轴轴颈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的平衡轴支撑结构,进一步包括:
基底衬套,所述基底衬套插设在所述橡胶减震器和所述平衡轴轴颈之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的平衡轴支撑结构,其中,
所述基底衬套被压入到所述平衡轴轴颈。
7.一种平衡轴支撑结构,包括:
外部衬套,与气缸体联接;
辊部,位于所述外部衬套内部并包括辊和辊保持架;
导向衬套,位于所述辊部的内部,以支撑所述辊部的旋转并限制所述辊部沿轴向的移动;以及
橡胶减震器,位于所述导向衬套和平衡轴轴颈之间以防止平衡轴的振动传递。
8.根据权利要求7所述的平衡轴支撑结构,进一步包括在所述导向衬套的一端处形成并支撑所述辊部的一端的衬套凸缘。

10.根据权利要求7所述的平衡轴支撑结构,其中,所述橡胶减震器通过硫化粘合剂而固定到所述平衡轴轴颈。
11.根据权利要求7所述的平衡轴支撑结构,进一步包括位于所述橡胶减震器和所述平衡轴轴颈之间的基底衬套。
