The multifunctional steel rail abrasive belt grinding machine according to claim 2, wherein the angle deflection assembly (3) comprises a second driving member (31), a sliding rod (32) and a locking plate (33), an arc-shaped sliding groove (331) is formed in the locking plate (33), one end of the sliding rod (32) is slidably disposed in the arc-shaped sliding groove (331) and can be locked at any position in the arc-shaped sliding groove (331), the locking plate (33) is connected with the lifting assembly (4), the second driving member (31) is in transmission connection with the sliding rod (32), and the sliding rod (32) can be driven to drive the locking plate (33) so as to drive the lifting assembly (4) to rotate relative to the transverse adjusting assembly (2) so as to adjust the included angle of the grinding assembly (5) relative to the horizontal plane.

A multifunctional steel rail abrasive belt sander as set forth in claim 4, characterized in that said lifting assembly (4) comprises a support (41), a second threaded shaft (42), a second moving member (43), and a third driving member (44), said support (41) is hinged to said first moving member (23) and fixedly connected to said locking plate (33), said second threaded shaft (42) is rotatably disposed on said support (41), said second moving member (43) is in threaded connection with said second threaded shaft (42), said third driving member (44) is in transmission connection with said second threaded shaft (42), and said sanding assembly (5) is disposed on said second moving member (43).

A multifunctional steel rail abrasive belt sander as set forth in claim 5, wherein said sanding assembly (5) comprises a driving motor (51) and an abrasive belt mounting disc (52), said driving motor (51) is disposed on said second moving member (43), said abrasive belt mounting disc (52) is rotatably disposed on said second moving member (43), an output end of said driving motor (51) and said abrasive belt mounting disc (52) are connected by a belt transmission, and said abrasive belt (6) is detachably attached on said abrasive belt mounting disc (52).

A multifunctional steel rail abrasive belt sander as set forth in claim 6, wherein said sanding assembly (5) further comprises a pressing block (53), said pressing block (53) is disposed on said abrasive belt mounting disc (52), said abrasive belt (6) is sandwiched between said pressing block (53) and said abrasive belt mounting disc (52), and an outer surface of said abrasive belt (6) is higher than an outer surface of said pressing block (53).
8. A multifunction rail belt sander as set forth in claim 6, wherein said belt mounting disks (52) comprise half profile belt mounting disk (521) and full profile belt mounting disk (522) and cylindrical belt mounting disk (523).
9. A multifunction rail belt sander as set forth in claim 6, characterized in that said sanding assembly (5) further comprises a protective hood (54), said protective hood (54) being disposed on said second moving member (43) and covering over said belt mounting disc (52).
10. A multifunctional steel rail abrasive belt sander as set forth in claim 1, wherein said traveling frame (1) comprises a traveling frame body (11) and traveling wheels (12), said traveling wheels (12) being provided at a lower end of said traveling frame body (11), said traveling wheels (12) being provided rolling on two of said steel rails.
