Abstract

The invention discloses a pollution site peculiar smell control agent and a preparation method thereof. The raw materials of the control agent comprise chitosan, cyclodextrin, cellulose ether, polyamino acid and a cross-linking agent. The raw materials are dispersed in water according to a certain proportion, a cross-linking agent is added to react to prepare a control agent product, the control agent product is sprayed on the surface of a polluted site, and the components seep down along soil pores and form a bonding body with soil, so that peculiar smell substances in the soil are prevented from volatilizing into the atmosphere. The preparation method is simple, raw materials are easy to obtain, the cost is low, the effective action time for controlling the peculiar smell of the polluted soil is long, and the soil can be biodegraded without generating secondary pollution. The control agent of the invention is used for treating the peculiar smell of the polluted site by spraying, and the operation is convenient.

Description

Contaminated site odor control agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pollution site odor treatment and control, in particular to a pollution site odor control agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the needs of rapid urban development and industrial upgrading, industrial sites outside the range of the original city are gradually brought into urban planning, and polluted site soil left by enterprises such as petroleum refining, coking, organic chemical industry, pesticides and the like is rich in benzene series, chlorinated hydrocarbons, sulfur-containing substances, nitrogen-containing substances and other malodorous substances. These malodorous substances are released to the atmosphere continuously, and affect the air quality of the surrounding environment and the physical and psychological health of surrounding residents. The disturbing operation in the polluted site repairing process accelerates the release of the malodorous substances, and further aggravates the odor disturbing pollution to residents. Aiming at the problem of VOCs dissipation pollution in the repair construction process of the organic pollution site, particularly the problem that the odor diffusion is difficult to prevent through large-scale measures in the deep foundation pit excavation operation process, the scientific and effective odor control technology is the best means for cutting off the way of pollutants entering air. At present, the odor control agent is sprayed to effectively control the malodorous substances in the polluted site remediation.
Patent CN103484127A discloses a foam for treating contaminated soil and a treatment method thereof, which has the functions of adsorbing and eliminating pollutants in the soil, but not controlling soil odor. Patent CN111282987A discloses an inhibitor for treating the peculiar smell of polluted soil and a treatment method thereof, and prepares a peculiar smell inhibitor capable of quickly forming a film on the surface of the soil, but the effective control time is short and the spraying method is complex.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a pollution site odor control agent and a preparation method thereof. The control agent for the peculiar smell of the polluted soil has low cost and long effective action time, can be biologically degraded without generating secondary pollution, and the method for treating the peculiar smell of the polluted soil by using the control agent has simple operation and can realize the control of the peculiar smell of the polluted soil without complicated steps.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a pollution site odor control agent is prepared by reacting chitosan, cyclodextrin, cellulose ether and polyamino acid through a cross-linking agent, and comprises an uncrosslinked penetrating component and a fully crosslinked gel sealing component, and the method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) under the condition of continuous stirring, dispersing chitosan, cyclodextrin, cellulose ether and polyamino acid in water to obtain a mixed solution of chitosan, cyclodextrin, cellulose ether and polyamino acid;
(2) under the condition of continuous stirring, adding a cross-linking agent into the mixed solution in the step (1), heating to 40-80 ℃, and preserving heat for 1-5 hours to partially cross-link partial substances in the mixed solution to form the pollution site peculiar smell control agent.
The chitosan in the step (1) is one or more of chitin N-deacetylated products, acylated chitosan, hydroxylated chitosan and carboxymethyl chitosan, wherein carboxymethyl chitosan is preferred, and the concentration of chitosan in the solution is 0.1-5.0%.
The cyclodextrin in the step (1) is one or more of alpha cyclodextrin, beta cyclodextrin and gamma cyclodextrin, wherein the beta cyclodextrin is preferred, and the concentration of the cyclodextrin in the solution is 0.1-5.0%.
In the step (1), the cellulose ether is one or more of methyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, benzyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, cyanoethyl cellulose, benzyl cyanoethyl cellulose, carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose and phenyl cellulose and sodium salt, wherein the preferred cellulose is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and the concentration of the cellulose ether in the solution is 0.1-5.0%.
In the step (1), the polyamino acid is one or two of polyaspartic acid and polyglutamic acid, wherein the polyaspartic acid is preferred, and the concentration of the polyamino acid in the solution is 0.1-10.0%.
In the step (2), the cross-linking agent is one or two of glutaraldehyde and epichlorohydrin, wherein glutaraldehyde is preferred, and the concentration of the cross-linking agent in the solution is 0.01% -5.0%.
