The invention discloses a rail material transportation system in a solid wood furniture production and processing area; the device comprises two parallel rails laid on the ground of a processing area, wherein each rail comprises a station conveying rail, one end of each station conveying rail extends to processing equipment, the other end of each station conveying rail is connected with a material conveying rail through a turnout switching device, and a plurality of material storage roller lines are arranged on material storage areas on two sides of each material conveying rail at intervals; the track is provided with a track car, and the track car is provided with a track-variable adjusting component; and a turnout changeover switch is arranged at the position adjacent to the turnout changeover device and is electrically connected with the turnout changeover device. The material storage roller line is easy to pave, is widely used, can be connected with the material storage roller line in the material storage area in series, directly pushes the material to the material storage roller line horizontally, and has the advantages of time and labor saving, convenience in operation and the like.

The turnout conversion device comprises a bidirectional cylinder positioned between two rails, the telescopic directions of two cylinder rods of the bidirectional cylinder are opposite, and the end parts of the two cylinder rods are connected with a straight track plate and a steering track plate; and the air inlet pipeline of the bidirectional cylinder is provided with an electromagnetic valve, and the turnout switch is used for controlling the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve.

Preferably, the material conveying track is a closed-loop track, and when the material conveying track is a closed loop, a plurality of the rail cars are arranged on the material conveying track, so that the material transfer and storage in the peripheral processing area are met.
