本发明涉及服装布料技术领域,具体为一种抗菌性能好的服装布料。
背景技术
服装是由款式、色彩和布料三要素组成的,其中布料是服装的重要生产原料,服装布料的优劣直接决定着消费者穿着的舒适程度,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对服装布料的要求也越来越高,从而促进服装布料生产技术的进步。
但是现有的服装布料抗菌性能较差,服装布料抗菌性能差会导致服装上滋生霉菌,人们长期穿着滋生霉菌的服装易对身体健康造成影响,且服装上可能产生异味,影响人们的穿着舒适度,且现有的服装布料抗皱和防静电效果较差,服装易皱使得服装的穿着品质降低,且服装易起静电会改变体表的正常电位差,造成人体色素沉着、皮肤瘙痒、胸闷头晕等不适症状,因此,需要一种抗菌性能好的服装布料,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌性能好的服装布料,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有的服装布料抗菌性能较差且抗皱和防静电效果较差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗菌性能好的服装布料,包括外防护层,所述外防护层一侧设置有抑菌层,所述抑菌层一侧连接有抗皱层,所述抗皱层一侧设置有保暖层,所述保暖层一侧连接有防静电层,所述防静电层一侧连接有亲肤层。
进一步的,所述外防护层采用聚酯纤维材料纺织而成,且外防护层设置于服装布料的最外侧。
进一步的,所述抑菌层由氯甲基和甲基异噻酮混合制备而成,且抑菌层中的氯甲基和甲基异噻酮的混合比例为3:1。
进一步的,所述抗皱层由聚酯纤维材料与竹炭纤维材料混纺而成,且聚酯纤维材料与竹炭纤维材料混合的质量比为2:1。
进一步的,所述保暖层采用棉花植物纤维编织而成,且保暖层设置于服装布料的中间位置。
进一步的,所述防静电层采用聚苯胺和聚吡咯高分子材料混合纺丝而成,且聚苯胺和聚吡咯的混合质量比为3:2。
进一步的,所述亲肤层采用莫代尔纤维纺织制成,且亲肤层设置于服装布料的最内侧。

S2:通过称取适量的氯甲基和甲基异噻酮原料,将其加入反应容器中进行常温搅拌混合,混合完成后将氯甲基和甲基异噻酮混合物过模具拉伸,从而形成抑菌纤维,将抑菌纤维纺织即可形成抑菌层;
S3:通过取适当聚酯纤维材料与竹炭纤维材料,将聚酯纤维材料与竹炭纤维材料按照2:1加入混合机内进行搅拌混合5~8min,搅拌速度为1000~1200r/min,通过精梳机除杂清除纤维中的棉结、杂质和纤维疵点,再将混合纤维加入到进行交织成抗皱层;
S4:通过取适量棉花植物纤维,将其加入到梳棉机中将棉花植物纤维混合成棉条,再将棉条进行并合,并合后通过梭织机织造成保暖层;

S7:按照顺序将外防护层、抑菌层、抗皱层、保暖层、防静电层和亲肤层进行叠层放置,通过棉线将所述外防护层、抑菌层、抗皱层、保暖层、防静电层和亲肤层进行针织固定,从而得到抗菌性能好的服装布料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该抗菌性能好的服装布料能便于提高服装布料的抗菌性能,从而使得人们穿着该布料的服装更加健康舒适,且能便于提高服装布料的抗皱和防静电效果,从而提高了服装的保型性和防止服装静电给穿着人员的身体带来不适。
1、通过氯甲基和甲基异噻酮混合制备而成的抑菌层能够有效的对服装布料上的微生物的生长有很好的抑制作用,其可以抑制细菌、真菌及霉菌的生长,通过抑菌层一侧设置的抗皱层内添加的竹炭纤维材料能够提高服装布料的吸湿透气性能,能够防止服装内存在较大湿气导致各种细菌的滋生,从而进一步提高了该服装布料的抗菌性能,使得人们穿着该布料的服装更加健康舒适;
2、通过聚酯纤维材料与竹炭纤维材料混纺形成抗皱层,抗皱层能够使得服装布料坚牢耐用、抗皱免烫、不粘毛,提高了服装的保型性,通过采用聚苯胺和聚吡咯高分子材料混合纺丝形成防静电层,该防静电层能够有效的将服装摩擦产生的静电进行导出,防止服装静电给穿着人员的身体带来不适,从而能便于使得该布料的抗皱和防静电效果效果提高。

1.一种抗菌性能好的服装布料,其特征在于,包括外防护层(1),所述外防护层(1)一侧设置有抑菌层(2),所述抑菌层(2)一侧连接有抗皱层(3),所述抗皱层(3)一侧设置有保暖层(4),所述保暖层(4)一侧连接有防静电层(5),所述防静电层(5)一侧连接有亲肤层(6),所述外防护层(1)采用聚酯纤维材料纺织而成,且外防护层(1)设置于服装布料的最外侧,所述抑菌层(2)由氯甲基和甲基异噻酮混合制备而成,且抑菌层(4)中的氯甲基和甲基异噻酮的混合比例为3:1,所述抗皱层(3)由聚酯纤维材料与竹炭纤维材料混纺而成,且聚酯纤维材料与竹炭纤维材料混合的质量比为2:1,所述保暖层(4)采用棉花植物纤维编织而成,且保暖层(4)设置于服装布料的中间位置,所述防静电层(5)采用聚苯胺和聚吡咯高分子材料混合纺丝而成,且聚苯胺和聚吡咯的混合质量比为3:2,所述亲肤层(6)采用莫代尔纤维纺织制成,且亲肤层(6)设置于服装布料的最内侧,所述外防护层(1)重量份取10~15份、抑菌层(2)重量份取5~10份、抗皱层(3)重量份取3~8份、保暖层(4)重量份取20~30份、防静电层(5)重量份取2~6份、亲肤层(6)重量份取8~12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌性能好的服装布料,其特征在于,其是由以下几个步骤制成的:
S1:通过取适量的聚酯纤维,通过对聚酯纤维进行分梳、除杂、混合成棉条入筒,用6~8根棉条进行并合,改善棉条长片段不匀,再对并条合成的熟条经过牵伸、加捻,使纱条具有一定的强力,通过梭织机将经轴在梭织机上织成外防护层(1);
S2:通过称取适量的氯甲基和甲基异噻酮原料,将其加入反应容器中进行常温搅拌混合,混合完成后将氯甲基和甲基异噻酮混合物过模具拉伸,从而形成抑菌纤维,将抑菌纤维纺织即可形成抑菌层(2);
S3:通过取适当聚酯纤维材料与竹炭纤维材料,将聚酯纤维材料与竹炭纤维材料按照2:1加入混合机内进行搅拌混合5~8min,搅拌速度为1000~1200r/min,通过精梳机除杂清除纤维中的棉结、杂质和纤维疵点,再将混合纤维加入到进行交织成抗皱层(3);
S4:通过取适量棉花植物纤维,将其加入到梳棉机中将棉花植物纤维混合成棉条,再将棉条进行并合,并合后通过梭织机织造成保暖层(4);
S5:通过称取适量聚苯胺和聚吡咯高分子材料,将其加入到混合搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌容器内温度设置为50~60℃,混合完成后将混合物通过过模具拉伸,从而形成防静电纤维,将防静电纤维纺织即可形成防静电层(5);
S6:通过称取适量莫代尔纤维,将其加入到梳棉机中将莫代尔纤维混合成莫代尔纤维条,再将纤维条进行并合,并合后通过梭织机织造成亲肤层(6);
S7:按照顺序将外防护层(1)、抑菌层(2)、抗皱层(3)、保暖层(4)、防静电层(5)和亲肤层(6)进行叠层放置,通过棉线将所述外防护层(1)、抑菌层(2)、抗皱层(3)、保暖层(4)、防静电层(5)和亲肤层(6)进行针织固定,从而得到抗菌性能好的服装布料。
