Abstract

一种射芯机射砂板密封垫固定方法改进的结构,射芯机射砂板底面与模具接触一面粘接一层密封垫以保持射砂时对芯砂密封,密封垫是用胶水粘接在射砂板底面,更换时必须拆下射砂板,将旧密封垫拆卸清理干净,再换上新的密封垫,必须等胶水干固后方能装上砂斗使用,即费时又烦事。现在将射砂板改成上下两块,中间用鸠尾槽连接,上体用螺钉固定在砂斗底部,下体的密封垫用压板压在下体两侧。更换时,只须将下体从鸠尾槽中抽出,松开压板,就可更换密封垫,换好后将下体装入上体鸠尾槽就可以使用,不必花费等待胶水干固的时间。

铸造工业制芯设备射砂板与模具密封垫粘接改为机械固定。
背景技术
我公司铸造部门广泛使用的Z955型射芯机上,射砂斗是通过射砂板将 芯砂射入模具型腔热固成型,射砂板上开有若干射砂孔。其位置和大小是和 模具相配合的,射砂板在射砂时,和模具接触表面,如果有泄漏,就会有型 砂在射砂时飞出,不仅使模具等磨损,还会伤人。因此在射砂板底部用胶水 粘接一层密封垫,以防止射砂泄漏。密封垫一般是用胶水粘接在射砂板与模 具接触的底面,每逢密封垫损坏,就要将射砂板的螺钉松开,取下射砂板, 清理旧的密封垫,再粘接新的密封垫,粘好后还要等胶水干透,再装上砂斗 使用。每遇到射砂板密封垫损坏,射芯机就要停机等待更换新密封垫的过程 结束。
发明内容
主要是使射芯机在射砂板密封垫损坏更换时,方法简便易行,不须等待 胶水干结,可修好就能使用。
技术方案是将射砂板制成上下两块,用鸠尾槽连接成一体,上体与砂斗 用螺钉固定,下体的密封垫不用胶水粘接,而用两块压板将密封垫压在下体 的两侧,可以与下体一同从鸠尾槽中抽出。
本专利显著效果是在更换密封垫,不必拆卸射砂板螺钉,只须将射砂板 下体从上体的鸠尾槽中抽出,松开下体两侧压板,就可拆除损坏的密封垫, 再将新的密封垫用压板压好,将下体装入上体的鸠尾槽,就完成密封垫的更 换,不必将射砂板从砂斗拆下,换好密封垫,还要等待密封胶水干固方能使 用,不仅大大减少更换时间,也使过程得到简化。

具体实施方式
射砂板制成上体1及下体2两块,用鸠尾槽连接成一体。上体1与砂斗 7用螺钉5固定,下体2的密封垫4不用胶水粘接,而用两块压板3和螺纹 6,将密封垫4压在下体2的两侧,可以与下体2一同从鸠尾槽中抽出。射 砂时砂斗7下降将射砂板上下体1、2连同密封垫4压住模具8,芯砂从射砂 孔9中射入模具8芯腔成型。

1.射芯机射砂板密封垫固定方法改进的结构,其特征是:射砂板制成上下两块,用鸠尾槽连接成一体,上体用螺钉固定在砂斗下端面,下体的密封垫不用胶水粘接,而用两块压板将密封垫压在下体的两侧,可以与下体一同从鸠尾槽中抽出。
