The processing method for bending and forming the conventional workpiece by the intelligent control system of the high-efficiency processing and forming unit of the heavy plate as claimed in claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) the electromagnetic chuck feeding system conveys the bent plates to the position of an intelligent lifting front supporting plate according to a feeding instruction sent by a main controller, the bent plates are pushed to the central line position of a lower die of a bending machine by stepping servo front feeding, and the stepping servo rear feeding starts to step feeding; (2) the upper die of the bending machine is set according to parameters of an operation interface of the industrial personal computer, the main controller sends out an instruction to stretch out a middle feeler of the upper die of the bending machine, the lower die of the bending machine moves to a middle position, feeding is carried out after stepping servo, a bending processing plate is pushed to the set position, and the main controller sends out a bending instruction; (3) after the bending processing is finished, starting the feeding processing of the next step, and so on until the bending forming processing of the workpiece is finished; (4) after the bending processing plate is bent, formed and processed, the workpiece is conveyed out by the electromagnetic chuck discharging system.

The processing method for the bending and forming of the special-shaped workpiece by the intelligent control system of the high-efficiency processing and forming unit of the heavy plate as claimed in claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) the electromagnetic chuck feeding system conveys the bent plates to the position of an intelligent lifting front supporting plate according to a feeding instruction sent by a main controller, the bent plates are pushed to the central line position of a lower die of a bending machine by stepping servo front feeding, and the stepping servo rear feeding starts to step feeding; (2) the upper die of the bending machine is set according to parameters of an operation interface of an industrial personal computer, a main controller sends out an instruction to retract a middle feeler of the upper die of the bending machine, a lower die of the bending machine moves to the front end or the rear end, when a bending processing plate is deformed, front and rear supporting materials automatically judge avoiding positions and move to the intelligent lifting front supporting material avoiding position or the intelligent lifting rear supporting material avoiding position, and the main controller sends out a bending instruction; (3) after the bending processing is finished, starting the feeding processing of the next step, and so on until the bending forming processing of the workpiece is finished; (4) after the bending processing plate is bent, formed and processed, the workpiece is conveyed out by the electromagnetic chuck discharging system.
