the center of the connecting rod (7) is provided with an arc cover (8);
the other ends of the two rotating rods (6) are provided with limiting rods (9);
the fixing device comprises fixing pins (10), wherein the fixing pins (10) are arranged on one sides of the two side plates (2), and the two fixing pins (10) are matched with the two limiting rods (9).
