According to an invention patent of Chinese patent No. CN201711357841.8, the invention discloses an anti-aging moisturizing mask and a preparation method thereof, and the anti-aging moisturizing mask comprises the following raw materials: the anti-aging moisturizing facial mask is prepared by the steps of powder preparation, base material preparation, modification, sterilization, disinfection and the like, and can improve the SOD content and the killing rate of mites, so that the facial mask has excellent anti-aging effect.
According to an invention patent of Chinese patent No. CN202010402150.0, the invention discloses an anti-aging mask essence which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 7.5-8.6% of grape seed oil, 5.6-5.9% of stearic acid, 6.2-7.1% of glycerol, 14.3-15.2% of deep sea slime, 3.6-3.8% of melanin inhibitor, 0.2-0.3% of essence, 0.3-0.5% of triethanolamine, 2.1-2.3% of composite antioxidant and the balance of water. The melanin inhibitor, the grape seed oil and the composite antioxidant in the essence prepared by the invention have oxidation resistance, the oxidation resistance of the essence is enhanced through a synergistic effect, and meanwhile, the melanin inhibitor, the grape seed oil, the composite antioxidant and the deep sea slime have whitening effects, so that the overall whitening effect of the essence is improved through the synergistic effect.
According to an invention patent of Chinese patent No. CN201710257140.0, the invention discloses an anti-aging skin care composition, which is prepared from the following components, by weight, 0.110 part of saussurea involucrate extract, 120 parts of vaccinium myrtillus seed oil, 160 parts of polypeptide, 0.135 part of a skin anti-wrinkle agent, 0.010.5 parts of EDTA disodium, 1150 parts of a first moisturizing agent and 0.170 part of a second moisturizing agent.
When the existing anti-aging moisturizing mask is produced, various raw materials of the mask need to be fully mixed, but the mixing efficiency of the existing mixing mechanism is low, and the existing mixing mechanism cannot be adjusted adaptively according to the requirements of users, so that the anti-aging moisturizing mask and the preparation method thereof are needed to solve the problems in the background art.

first, the invention through setting up the spacing adjustment mechanism, while mixing solution, the spacing motor can drive the first toothed belt and second toothed belt to carry on the rotation at the same time through the toothed belt, and then make two groups of adjacent mixing mechanisms have sufficient power to rotate in the same direction, thus has improved the degree of consistency mixed to the internal production raw materials of locating the supporting mechanism effectively, while two groups of mixing mechanisms are rotating, the spacing adjustment mechanism can rotate under the combination drive of drive connecting gear and locating motor, and then cooperate the rotation of the mixing mechanism, can improve the efficiency that the follow-up facial mask raw materials are prepared to the greatest extent.
By arranging the limiting adjusting mechanism and the mixing mechanism, the supporting motor can provide enough power for the limiting toothed plate to rotate when adjusting, so that the limiting toothed plate can simultaneously drive six groups of limiting gears to rotate, and further six groups of threaded connecting rods can simultaneously drive the threaded sliding plate to perform centripetal or centrifugal displacement at the bottom of the connecting and supporting shell, so that the stirring radius of a subsequent mixing mechanism for adjusting is stable, the adaptability of a subsequent device is effectively improved, and the efficiency of subsequent mixing of facial mask raw materials is improved.

step one, crushing salvia miltiorrhiza, dried orange peel, motherwort, loquat leaves, scutellaria baicalensis, clove and licorice roots respectively, mixing the crushed materials together, performing reflux extraction by using an ethanol water solution with the volume content of 72%, filtering an extracting solution to remove impurities, and performing reduced pressure concentration to remove ethanol to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine extract;
weighing deionized water, glycerol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, trehalose, carbomer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, glyceryl caprylate, caprylyl hydroximic acid, propylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, ceteareth-20, aminomethyl propanol, polysorbate-20, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, protease and butanediol, adding the weighed raw materials into an emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 75 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution;
step three, cooling the mixed solution obtained in the step two to 45 ℃, then adding the traditional Chinese medicine extract, and continuing stirring;
step four, filtering the mixed liquid obtained in the step three by using a clean and dry filter screen, and standing at normal temperature after discharging to obtain essence;
fifthly, performing object detection on the content of the essence, after the detection is qualified, filling the folded silk mask into an aluminum foil bag, conveying the silk mask to a packaging production line, and filling the essence through a mask filling machine;
and step six, after filling, aseptic sealing and packaging are carried out by using a sealing machine, and then code spraying is carried out.

firstly, crushing salvia miltiorrhiza, dried orange peel, motherwort, loquat leaves, scutellaria baicalensis, clove and licorice roots respectively, mixing the crushed salvia miltiorrhiza, dried orange peel, motherwort, loquat leaves, scutellaria baicalensis, clove and licorice roots together, performing reflux extraction by using an ethanol water solution with the volume content of 70-75%, filtering an extracting solution to remove impurities, and performing reduced pressure concentration to remove ethanol to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine extract;
weighing deionized water, glycerol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, trehalose, carbomer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, glyceryl caprylate, caprylyl hydroximic acid, propylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, ceteareth-20, aminomethyl propanol, polysorbate-20, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, protease and butanediol, adding the weighed raw materials into an emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 70-80 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution;
step three, cooling the mixed solution obtained in the step two to 40-50 ℃, then adding the traditional Chinese medicine extract, and continuing stirring;
step four, filtering the mixed liquid obtained in the step three by using a clean and dry filter screen, and standing at normal temperature after discharging to obtain essence;
fifthly, performing object detection on the content of the essence, after the detection is qualified, filling the folded silk mask into an aluminum foil bag, conveying the silk mask to a packaging production line, and filling the essence through a mask filling machine;
