Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemical cleaning, in particular to an exfoliating preparation prepared based on a peony extract.
Background
Peony is a perennial deciduous shrub belonging to the genus Paeoniaceae, the class Dicotyledoneae. Peony has the effects of nourishing blood and liver, lowering blood pressure and relieving pain. The peony can be used for treating symptoms of irregular menstruation, menstrual abdominal pain, amenorrhea, facial chloasma, skin aging and the like of a human body. Although the traditional peony has extremely wide application in the field of medical care, the traditional peony has very little application in the field of daily chemical cleaning.
Moreover, some daily chemical cleaners containing peony extracts on the market have the problems of high active substance loss, poor extract solubility, solvent residue and the like, and after the daily chemical cleaners are used by users, the daily chemical cleaners cannot remove skin cutin and the cleaners remain on the surface layer of the skin to cause skin problems such as acne, acne or dark red and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an exfoliating preparation prepared based on a peony extract, and the exfoliating preparation has the advantages of less loss of active substances and less solvent residue.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

Preferably, the exfoliating preparation further comprises at least one of an aqueous extract of rubus biflorus, an aqueous extract of pachyrhizus, an aqueous extract of leopard and an aqueous extract of gleditsia sinensis.
Preferably, the cutin removing preparation comprises, by weight, 20-40 parts of peony active extract, 15-30 parts of entada phaseoloides aqueous extract, 10-20 parts of viola drumstick aqueous extract, 10-15 parts of wild pea aqueous extract, 6-12 parts of rubus corchorifolius aqueous extract, 5-10 parts of cephalous aqueous extract, 1-5 parts of leopard aqueous extract and 1-3 parts of gleditsia sinensis aqueous extract.
Preferably, the exfoliating preparation comprises, by weight, 30 parts of a peony active extract, 25 parts of an entada phaseoloides aqueous extract, 15 parts of a viola drumstick aqueous extract, 13 parts of a vetch aqueous extract, 8 parts of a rubus corchorifolius aqueous extract, 8 parts of a cephalo aqueous extract, 3 parts of a leopard aqueous extract and 2 parts of a gleditsia sinensis aqueous extract.
Preferably, the preparation method of the peony active extract comprises the following steps:
s01, selecting the whole peony seedling of 2-3 years old, cleaning, drying, removing the main stem, and reserving peony leaves, peony roots and peony lateral branches, which are used as raw materials.
S02, crushing the raw materials to 20-40 meshes to obtain raw material powder.
S03, placing the obtained raw material powder and the obtained extracting solution in an extracting container according to the material-liquid ratio of 1:8-1:15, and carrying out high-speed shearing on the raw materials for 3-5min by adopting a high-speed shearing machine to obtain a material mixture.
S04, performing solid-liquid separation on the material mixture by vacuum filtration equipment to obtain filtrate and residue.
S05, placing the filtrate in a stainless steel container, freezing for 10-15 h at the temperature of-8 to-12 ℃, thawing at room temperature after freezing, performing vacuum filtration by adopting medium-speed qualitative filter paper, and removing precipitates to obtain a filtrate.
And S06, concentrating the obtained suction filtration liquid by adopting membrane concentration equipment to obtain 1/3-1/4 of the original volume, further obtaining concentrated liquid, and freeze-drying the concentrated liquid at low temperature to obtain a finished product.
The traditional preparation method of the peony extract comprises the following steps: the problems of more active substance loss, poor extract solubility, solvent residue and the like exist in hot water extraction, solvent extraction and the like, and the application in the field of cleaning daily chemicals is inconvenient. The method provided by the scheme has the following advantages:
1) said method comprises extracting at room temperature or a temperature below room temperature;
2) the above method does not employ organic solvent for extraction;
3) the method adopts freeze thawing method to remove the components unfavorable for dissolution.
4) The obtained product has high retention of active ingredients and no solvent residue, greatly improves the solubility, and can increase the use amount and make the efficacy of the product more easily exerted when applied to the field of cleaning daily chemicals.
5) The method adopts unstable acidic oxidation potential water as an extraction solvent, combines a high-speed shearing rapid extraction method, keeps the pH (2-3) of the extracting solution at a low value in a short time, and simultaneously recovers the pH of the extracting solution to be neutral in a subsequent longer working section, thereby avoiding the damage to membrane concentration equipment during the subsequent membrane concentration.
Of course, the pH can be adjusted by other inorganic acids, and after extraction, the pH can be adjusted to neutral by alkali liquor, but corresponding inorganic salts are formed, and if the product contains high inorganic salts, the product has a large influence on the stability of daily chemical products when added as daily chemical products. The process can avoid the phenomenon.
The characteristics of the peony active extract are as follows:
1) the total phenol content is 250-320mg/g
2) The content of total flavone is 65-90mg/g
3) The reduction amount of iron ions is 25-35 mu mol.
Has no solvent residue and good solubility, and is suitable for application in the field of daily chemicals, especially for products with lower pH (4-5.5), such as exfoliating cream, etc.
Preferably, in step S02, the ratio of the feed to the liquid is 1: 12.
Preferably, in step S04, the temperature condition is-10 ℃.
Preferably, in step S04, the frozen food is frozen for 12 hours.
Preferably, in step S05, the concentrated volume is 1/3 of the original volume.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
in the invention, the cutin removing preparation is prepared by adding the peony active extract, the Entada phaseoloides aqueous extract, the viola coptidis aqueous extract and the vetch aqueous extract into the components, so that cutin on the skin of a user can be removed, and the viola coptidis aqueous extract and the vetch aqueous extract have the functions of detoxifying, inhibiting bacteria, relieving pain and diminishing swelling, can reduce the risk of further infection after the cutin of the skin is damaged, and have the functions of cleaning, inhibiting bacteria and preventing infection.
