Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical care equipment, in particular to a bed-chair butt joint structure of a care bed.
Background
At present, a common nursing bed and a wheelchair are mutually independent, when an old person or a patient is transferred to the wheelchair from the bed in the use process, the old person or the patient needs to be transferred under the help of nursing staff or family members, most of the old person or the patient does not have self-care capability, the old person or the patient is completely transferred to the wheelchair from the bed by the nursing staff or the family members, the transfer is very difficult, and the old person or the patient can be secondarily injured by shearing force of the bed surface to the skin in the transfer process. Therefore, the wheelchair and the bed are integrated into a whole, and the development trend of the future nursing bed is formed.
At present, the integrated nursing bed of the bed and chair in the market is mainly divided into two types: the structure of the wheelchair in the middle of the bed and the structure of the wheelchair on one side of the bed. The wheelchair is arranged in the middle of the bed, the wheelchair and the bed need to be separated and are mutually independent, the bed parts on two sides of the wheelchair are designed in a fixed mode, all actions can only be integrated on the wheelchair, and actions corresponding to required functions cannot be realized; due to the structural limitation of the wheelchair, the wheelchair only has the functions of lifting the back and bending the legs up and down. The wheelchair and the fixed part of the bed respectively occupy half of the total bed in the structure of one side of the bed, and although the wheelchair can be directly separated from the side surface, the space required by separating the bed and the chair is reduced, but a person needs to be in the middle of the bed when lying in bed normally, and the wheelchair and the bed need to be separated, and the structures of the wheelchair and the bed need to be mutually independent, so that the functions of lifting the back, turning over and the like of the wheelchair cannot be realized.
For a bedridden patient or an old person, a nursing staff or a parent person needs to clean the body of the old person or the patient regularly, when the body is cleaned, the nursing staff or the parent person can be tired particularly when the body is bent for a long time due to the low bed ratio, and particularly for nursing staff for one-to-many care, the nursing bed needs to have a lifting function; for institutions such as nursing homes and hospitals, the old people need to be transferred to other instrument products, the height of the bed needs to be adjusted to correspond to different instrument products, and the nursing bed also needs to have a lifting function; for the above two types of existing nursing bed products, the bed and chair mechanisms need to be independent from each other, and the lifting function of the bed cannot be realized.
Therefore, the inventor of the application proposes a structure of a nursing bed, the wheelchair is arranged in a mode that a back plate 1 ' and a leg cushion plate 2 ' are respectively connected with the front side and the rear side of a seat plate 3 ' in a rotating mode (as shown in figure 3), and when the back plate 1 ' and the leg cushion plate 2 ' rotate to the horizontal position, the back plate and the leg cushion plate 2 ' can form a bed plate together with the seat plate 3 '; while the bed is provided in a structure comprising a fixed frame 4 ' and an elevating frame 5 ' (as shown in fig. 2), wherein the wheelchair is attachable to the elevating frame 5 ' and the attachment is detachable. When a user needs to lie in bed, the wheelchair is connected with the lifting bed frame 5 ', the back plate 1' and the leg cushion plate 2 'are rotated to the horizontal position to form a bed plate with the bed plate 3', the lifting bed frame 5 'can be controlled to lift to realize the lifting when the bed plate is required to lift, when the user needs to sit up, the back plate 1' and the leg cushion plate 2 'are directly reversely rotated to form the wheelchair, and then the wheelchair is separated from the lifting bed frame 5', so that the wheelchair is convenient to use.
Since the wheelchair is required to be lifted along with the lifting frame 5 ', it is necessary to provide a docking structure of the bed and the chair to prevent the wheelchair from falling off the lifting frame 5' during the lifting.
