Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.
The embodiment of the multifunctional patient limb rehabilitation training device disclosed by the invention as shown in fig. 1-10 comprises the following components: the training leg lifting mechanism comprises an underframe 1, a seat assembly 2 arranged on the underframe 1, training legs 3 symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the seat assembly 2, a backrest assembly 4 rotatably connected at the rear side of the seat assembly 2 and a training leg lifting mechanism 5. when the lower limb rehabilitation training device needs to be changed to the bed posture, the thigh mechanism 31 and the lower leg mechanism 32 are adjusted in angle so as to be parallel to the seat plate 21. The thigh bearing plate 10 and the calf bearing plate 11 are inserted from the upper parts of the first insertion groove 71 and the second insertion groove 81 respectively, the thigh bearing plate 10 is supported below the first extension plate 22, the calf bearing plate 11 is supported below the second extension plate 23, and the lower surfaces of the thigh bearing plate and the calf bearing plate 11 are both planes, so that the first extension plate 22 and the second extension plate 23 are supported by the planes, and the first extension plate 22 and the second extension plate 23 can be supported more stably.

The thigh shell 311 has a notch for installing the lapping plate 312, wherein the two sides of the notch have sliding grooves, the lapping plate 312 is connected in the sliding grooves in a sliding manner, the lapping plate 312 is slid to the upper part of the sickbed when the rehabilitation training device is lapped with the sickbed, and the proximity switch 313 is exposed at the same time, and the proximity switch 313 monitors the distance from the sickbed in real time in the descending process of the thigh mechanism 31.
The rehabilitation training device further comprises a backrest push rod 41 arranged on the base frame 1, the backrest assembly 4 comprises a backrest frame body 42 and a backrest cushion 43, the output end of the backrest push rod 41 is connected to the backrest frame body 42, and the base frame 1 of the backrest frame body 42 is rotatably connected through a rotating shaft; a proximity sensor 44 is also mounted on the back frame body 42 or the back pad 43. The passive training and the active training of the waist of the patient can be realized through the backrest push rod 41.
After the rehabilitation training device is changed into a bed posture, a patient can also lie down as a bed for rest or the patient lies down for transportation, referring to fig. 6 and 7, a headrest assembly 6 is further mounted on the backrest assembly 4, and the headboard 61 is of a circular arc curved surface structure with a concave middle part; the headrest assembly 6 is fixed on the height-adjusting rod 62, the headrest assembly 6 comprises a headboard 61 which is rotatably arranged at the upper end of the backrest assembly 4, and the headboard 61 is of a circular arc curved surface structure with a concave middle part; the headrest assembly 6 is fixed on the height-adjusting rod 62, a guide block 63 which enables the height-adjusting rod 62 to slide through is fixed behind a backrest frame of the backrest assembly 4, and a positioning bolt 64 penetrates through the guide block 63 to fix the height-adjusting rod 62 and the guide block 63 so as to realize height positioning; a guide block 63 for the height adjusting rod 62 to slide through is fixed behind the backrest frame of the backrest component 4, and a positioning bolt 64 passes through the guide block 63 to fix the height adjusting rod 62 and the guide block 63 so as to realize height positioning; the upper end of the heightening rod 62 is rotatably connected with a stopper 65 for positioning the headboard 61. The interesting waist training mode is as follows: the patient sits on the seat, the controller 13 is burned with the mini game, the patient applies different pressures to the six-dimensional force sensor 25 through the left-right and front-back inclination of the upper half body, the pressure changes in different directions detected by the six-dimensional force sensor 25 are sent to the controller 13, the controller 13 transmits signals to the mini game, and the front-back and left-right movement of characters or objects in the mini game is simulated, for example, the small characters in the game hide the item game.
