A cooking apparatus 100 according to some embodiments of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
Example one
According to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, and 4, the present invention provides a cooking apparatus 100, including: cup 110, stirring assembly 120, and base 130.
Specifically, at least a portion of the stirring assembly 120 is disposed in the cup body 110, and the stirring assembly 120 includes a stirring member 121 and a first magnetic member 122 disposed on the stirring member 121; the base 130 is used for supporting the cup body 110, a second magnetic member 131 is disposed in the base 130, the second magnetic member 131 is disposed opposite to the first magnetic member 122, and the second magnetic member 131 is used for driving the first magnetic member 122 to rotate so as to drive the stirring member 121 to rotate.
The present invention provides a cooking apparatus 100 including a cup 110, a whipper assembly 120, and a base 130. The cup body 110 is used for containing food materials, and the stirring assembly 120 is at least partially arranged in the cup body 110. Specifically, the stirring assembly 120 includes a stirring part 121, and the stirring assembly 120 stirs the food material in the cup body 110 through the stirring part 121. The cooking apparatus 100 further includes a base 130, the cup body 110 is placed on the base 130, and the base 130 supports the cup body 110.
Further, the stirring assembly 120 further includes a first magnetic member 122, a second magnetic member 131 is disposed in the base 130, and an interaction magnetic force exists between the first magnetic member 122 and the second magnetic member 131. The first magnetic member 122 is disposed opposite to the second magnetic member 131, and specifically, since the second magnetic member 131 generates an acting force on the first magnetic member 122, the second magnetic member 131 is disposed opposite to the first magnetic member 122, and when the second magnetic member 131 rotates, the first magnetic member 122 rotates simultaneously with the second magnetic member 131 under the action of the magnetic force of the second magnetic member 131. Because the first magnetic member 122 is disposed in the stirring assembly 120, the first magnetic member 122 drives the stirring assembly 120 to rotate synchronously during the rotation process, and further drives the stirring member 121 to rotate synchronously.

Example two
As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, according to an embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the above embodiment, the stirring assembly 120 further includes: and a handle 123, one end of the handle 123 is connected with the stirring piece 121, and the other end of the handle 123 extends to the direction away from the stirring piece 121.
In this design, the stirring assembly 120 further includes a handle 123, and in particular, the handle 123 is a rod-shaped structure. One end of the handle 123 is connected to the stirring member 121, and the other end of the handle 123 extends in a direction away from the stirring member 121. Specifically, the handle 123 has two ends that are spaced from the bottom wall of the cup 110 by different distances, i.e., one end is closer to the bottom wall of the cup 110 and the other end is farther from the bottom wall of the cup 110. Through setting up handle 123 in stirring subassembly 120, make one end of handle 123 link to each other with stirring piece 121, the other end extends to the direction that is kept away from stirring piece 121, makes the user accessible handle 123 take out stirring subassembly 120 from cup 110, has avoided the direct contact with food, makes the operation more sanitary, convenient. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, according to an embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the above embodiment, further, the stirring member 121 includes: a connecting portion 1211, wherein the connecting portion 1211 is connected with the handle 123, and the first magnetic member 122 is arranged on the connecting portion 1211; and a plurality of blades 1212, the plurality of blades 1212 being distributed along a circumferential direction of the connecting portion 1211.
In this design, the stirring element 121 includes a connection portion 1211, the connection portion 1211 is connected to the handle 123, the first magnetic element 122 is disposed on the connection portion 1211, and when the first magnetic element 122 is driven by the second magnetic element 131 to rotate, the first magnetic element 122 directly drives the connection portion 1211 to rotate synchronously. Further, the stirring member 121 further includes a plurality of blades 1212, and the plurality of blades 1212 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the connecting portion 1211. The blade 1212 is used for stirring the food material, and as can be understood, the blade 1212 is arranged in the stirring part 121 and contacts with the food material through the blade 1212, so that the contact area between the stirring part 121 and the food material is increased, and the stirring part 121 can stir the food material more uniformly. The first magnetic member 122 drives the connecting portion 1211 to rotate, and the connecting portion 1211 drives the blades 1212 to rotate, so that the food material stirring function is realized, the plurality of blades 1212 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the connecting portion 1211, the stirring range of the stirring member 121 during rotation is enlarged, and the stirring efficiency is improved.
By providing the connecting portion 1211 and the plurality of blades 1212 in the stirring member 121, the first magnetic member 122 is provided on the connecting portion 1211, and the plurality of blades 1212 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the connecting portion 1211, so that the contact area between the stirring member 121 and the food material is increased. When the first magnetic member 122 drives the connecting portion 1211 to rotate and the connecting portion 1211 drives the blades 1212 distributed in the circumferential direction to rotate, the stirring range of the stirring member 121 during rotation is increased, and the stirring efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, in a possible design, the connection portion 1211 is further coated on the outer side of the first magnetic member 122.
In this design, the connection portion 1211 covers the outside of the first magnetic member 122, that is, the first magnetic member 122 is completely disposed inside the connection portion 1211, and there is no contact between the first magnetic member 122 and the space outside the connection portion 1211.
By covering the connection portion 1211 on the outer side of the first magnetic member 122, the space where the first magnetic member 122 is located is in a sealed structure, and the first magnetic member 122 is not in contact with the space outside the connection portion 1211, that is, the first magnetic member 122 does not contact with the food material during the stirring process, and the first magnetic member 122 does not contact with water during the cleaning process. The protection performance of the stirring assembly 120 to the first magnetic member 122 is improved, so that the stirring assembly 120 can be directly cleaned, and the cleaning is convenient.
In one possible design, as shown in fig. 5, the connecting portion 1211 is further formed in a circular disk shape.
In this design, the connecting portion 1211 has a circular shape, and it is understood that the circular shape has an axisymmetric pattern, and the connecting portion 1211 can maintain a stationary state when rotated around the axis.
By providing the connection portion 1211 as a circular disk, the connection portion 1211 can be smoothly rotated without any other design while being rotated about the axis, thereby preventing the occurrence of instability.
As shown in fig. 5, in a possible design, further, in the direction of the rotation axis of the stirring member 121, a plurality of blades 1212 are symmetrically distributed along the circumferential direction of the connecting portion 1211.
In this design, the plurality of blades 1212 are symmetrically distributed along the circumferential direction of the joint 1211 along the rotational axis direction of the stirring member 121, and it is understood that the plurality of blades 1212 are symmetrically distributed along the circumferential direction of the joint 1211 to keep the joint 1211 in a stable state when the joint 1211 rotates around the axis.
By symmetrically distributing the plurality of blades 1212 along the circumferential direction of the connection portion 1211, the connection portion 1211 maintains a stable state while rotating about the axis, and a destabilization phenomenon is prevented.
Example four
As shown in fig. 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the above embodiment, further, the cooking apparatus 100 further includes a first limiting member 124, the first limiting member 124 is disposed on a side of the stirring member 121 facing the bottom wall of the cup body 110; the second limiting member 111, the second limiting member 111 is disposed on the bottom wall of the cup body 110, and the first limiting member 124 is detachably connected to the second limiting member 111.
In this design, the cooking apparatus 100 further includes a first stopper 124 and a second stopper 111, and the first stopper 124 and the second stopper 111 are used to connect the stirring member 121 and the cup body 110. The first limiting member 124 is disposed on one side of the stirring member 121 facing the bottom wall of the cup body 110, the second limiting member 111 is disposed on the bottom wall of the cup body 110, and the first limiting member 124 and the second limiting member 111 are detachably connected. Specifically, the stirring element 121 is detachably connected to the bottom wall of the cup body 110 through the first retaining member 124 and the second retaining member 111, that is, in the stirring assembly 120, the stirring element 121 faces the side of the bottom wall of the cup body 110, and the handle 123 faces the side facing away from the bottom wall of the cup body 110. The first retaining member 124 and the second retaining member 111 cooperate with each other to allow the stirring member 121 to rotate around the axis, but not move in other directions relative to the cup body 110.

As shown in fig. 4, in a possible design, one of the first limiting member 124 and the second limiting member 111 is a protrusion, and the other is a groove.
In this design, one of the first limiting member 124 and the second limiting member 111 is a protrusion, and the other is a groove. The protrusion is matched with the groove, specifically, when the stirring part 121 and the cup body 110 are in a connection state, the groove is sleeved on the outer side of the protrusion, so that the limiting function of the stirring part 121 is realized through the matching of the protrusion and the groove.
Through designing one of first locating part 124 and second locating part 111 as protruding, the other is designed as the recess, makes stirring piece 121 and cup 110 accessible protruding and recess's cooperation realize detachably being connected, and then through locating the protruding outside with the recess cover, makes the removal of protruding restriction groove structure to realize the limit function to stirring piece 121. Moreover, the protrusion and the groove are simple in structure and easy to process, the production cost of the product is reduced, and the manufacturability of production and processing of the product is improved.
In a possible design, further, the protrusion includes a first arc-shaped surface, and the groove includes a second arc-shaped surface, and the first arc-shaped surface is matched with the second arc-shaped surface.
In this design, protruding including first arcwall face, the recess includes second arcwall face, first arcwall face and second arcwall face looks adaptation, can understand, protruding fitting surface with the recess is the arcwall face, promptly, protruding and recess are at the in-process of relative rotation, owing to be the cooperation between arcwall face and the arcwall face, consequently do not have rotation between the two and hinder.
Through setting up first arcwall face in the arch, set up the second arcwall face in the recess to make first arcwall face and second arcwall face looks adaptation, realized the arcwall face cooperation of arch with the recess, make and do not have the edges and corners between arch and the recess, and then make arch and recess rotate the in-process relatively and do not exist and rotate the hindrance, do not exist when making stirring piece 121 rotate for cup 110 and hinder, avoid causing the damage to stirring piece 121, prolonged cooking device 100's life.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, further, the cooking apparatus 100 further includes a motor 140 disposed in the base 130, the motor 140 is connected to the second magnetic member 131, and the motor 140 is configured to drive the second magnetic member 131 to rotate.
In this design, the cooking apparatus 100 further includes a motor 140, the motor 140 is disposed in the base 130, the second magnetic member 131 is connected to the motor 140, and the motor 140 is configured to drive the second magnetic member 131 to rotate. In one design, the motor 140 is disposed at the bottom of the second magnetic member 131, the motor 140 is provided with an output shaft, the output shaft is directly connected to the second magnetic member 131, when the motor 140 operates, the output shaft is driven to rotate, and the output shaft further drives the second magnetic member 131 to rotate.
In another design, the motor 140 is disposed at the side of the second magnetic member 131, the motor 140 is provided with a motor body, a first output shaft and a second output shaft, the first output shaft is directly connected with the motor body, the second output shaft is connected with the second magnetic member 131, a certain angle is formed between the first output shaft and the second output shaft, a steering gear is disposed between the first output shaft and the second output shaft, and the steering gear is used for connecting the first output shaft and the second output shaft and transmitting the driving torque from the first output shaft to the second output shaft. Specifically, the motor 140 drives the first output shaft to rotate, the first output shaft drives the second output shaft to rotate through the steering gear, and transmits the driving torque to the second output shaft, the second output shaft is connected to the second magnetic member 131, and the second magnetic member 131 rotates along with the second output shaft.
The motor 140 is arranged in the base 130, so that the motor 140 is connected with the second magnetic part 131, the motor 140 plays a driving role for the second magnetic part 131, the second magnetic part 131 is driven by the motor 140 to rotate, the second magnetic part 131 drives the first magnetic part 122, the stirring part 121 is driven to rotate, and the stirring action is completed.
EXAMPLE seven
Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first magnetic member 122 is a permanent magnet; the second magnetic member 131 is a permanent magnet, or the second magnetic member 131 is an electromagnet.
In this design, the first magnetic member 122 and the second magnetic member 131 are both permanent magnets, that is, the first magnetic member 122 and the second magnetic member 131 have magnetic attraction therebetween in any state, and no other auxiliary device is needed, so that the second magnetic member 131 and the first magnetic member 122 can have an interaction force therebetween. It can be understood that in the on and off states of the cooking apparatus 100, there is a magnetic attraction force between the first magnetic member 122 and the second magnetic member 131.
In another design, the first magnetic member 122 is a permanent magnet, and the second magnetic member 131 is an electromagnet, specifically, the second magnetic member 131 has magnetism only in the energized state, and has no magnetism in other states. It can be understood that when the cooking apparatus 100 is stopped and in a state where the second magnetic member 131 is not energized, there is no magnetic attraction between the first magnetic member 122 and the second magnetic member 131.
By designing the second magnetic member 131 as a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, the operating modes of the cooking apparatus 100 can be more varied, and various requirements of users under different conditions can be satisfied.
Example eight
Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the cooking apparatus 100 further includes a heating assembly disposed in the base 130, and the heating assembly is used for heating the cup body 110.
In this design, the cooking device 100 further comprises a heating assembly disposed within the base 130 for heating the cup 110. Specifically, inside base 130 was located to the heating element, on base 130 was located to cup 110 seat, cup 110 did not link to each other with the heating element is direct, and when the heating element during operation, the heat transfer that the heating element sent was to the upper surface of base 130 with cup 110 contact, and then with heat transfer to cup 110, heat the edible material in the cup 110.

When heating element includes the heating source of different grade type, then can realize hybrid heating through different heating sources for cooking device 100's heating methods is diversified, thereby can avoid single heating methods's limitation, also can make cooking device 100's heating more homogenization simultaneously, thereby can further promote cooking device 100's heating efficiency.
Heating the cup body 110 by arranging the heating assembly in the cooking device 100, so that the cooking device 100 has a heating function, a user can heat food materials while stirring the food materials, and can also heat the food materials independently, so that the cooking mode is more diversified, and different use requirements of the user are met. Meanwhile, the heating assembly is disposed in the base 130, so that the external structure of the cooking apparatus 100 is more concise, and the user can clean the cooking apparatus 100 conveniently.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cooking apparatus 100 includes a base 130, and the base 130 includes a heating assembly, and particularly, the heating assembly is an annular infrared heating unit. The base 130 further comprises a second magnetic member 131, a motor 140, a temperature control system, an electric control system and a microcrystalline panel. Cooking device 100 further includes cup 110 and stirring assembly 120, and cooking device 100 has the following advantages: the cooking device 100 has an automatic stirring function and an automatic temperature control heating function, the cup body 110 is very convenient to take and place, and no connecting shaft is arranged between the stirring assembly 120 and the second magnetic part 131, so that shaftless driving is realized. Cooking device 100 has simple structure, gets and puts the convenience, characteristics such as clean convenient, and stirring component 120's drive mode is shaftless magnetic drive, does not establish the connecting axle between stirring component 120 and the base 130 promptly, and stirring component 120 easily takes out easily from cup 110, easily cleans. In addition, the cup body 110 is an open structure, so that materials can be added conveniently and randomly in the midway according to requirements.
The cooking device 100 of the present invention adopts a shaftless magnetic driving manner, there is no physical mechanical structure between the cup body 110 and the stirring assembly 120 and the base 130, the second magnetic member 131 and the motor 140 for driving the stirring assembly 120 are all hidden in the base 130, and there is no protruding and physical transmission structure outside the base 130. The driving magnetic field can penetrate through the cup body 110 to drive the stirring part 121 in the stirring assembly 120 at the bottom of the cup body 110, so that no hole is required to be formed at the bottom of the cup body 110 or other auxiliary transmission structures are arranged, the inner wall of the cup body 110 can form a smooth continuous curved surface, and the food in the cup body 110 can be poured out or the cup body 110 can be cleaned conveniently. Stirring subassembly 120 is made by high temperature resistant, self-lubricating's teflon material or other high temperature resistant food grade materials, and inside stirring 121 was located to first magnetic part 122, stirring 121 cladding in first magnetic part 122 outside, stirring subassembly 120 is whole can be waterproof completely, convenient cleanness.
The blending component 120 further includes a handle 123 to facilitate access to the blending component 120. The stirring assembly 120 further includes a stirring member 121, the stirring member 121 includes a connecting portion 1211 and two blades 1212, the number of the blades 1212 is two, and the two blades 1212 are symmetrically distributed on the connecting portion 1211 to form a symmetrically distributed double-blade structure. The blades 1212 may be left-handed or right-handed depending on the actual mixing rotation direction. A first limiting member 124 is disposed at a center of the connecting portion 1211 facing the bottom wall 112 of the cup body 110, the first limiting member 124 is a spherical groove, a second limiting member 111 is disposed at a center of the bottom wall 112 of the cup body 110, the second limiting member 111 is a spherical small protrusion, the first limiting member 124 and the second limiting member 111 cooperate to perform a positioning function, and the problem of eccentricity caused by magnetic coupling instability during rotation of the stirring assembly 120 is prevented. The driving method of the second magnetic member 131 to the first magnetic member 122 is transverse magnetic field coupling driving, that is, the second magnetic member 131 is a constant magnet, or the driving method of the second magnetic member 131 to the first magnetic member 122 is electromagnetic field coupling driving, that is, the second magnetic member 131 is an electromagnet.

a cup body;
at least one part of the stirring assembly is arranged in the cup body, and the stirring assembly comprises a stirring piece and a first magnetic piece arranged on the stirring piece;
the base, the base is used for supporting the cup, be equipped with second magnetism spare in the base, second magnetism spare with first magnetism spare sets up relatively, second magnetism spare is used for the drive first magnetism spare rotates, in order to drive stirring spare rotates.
2. The cooking device of claim 1, wherein the stirring assembly further comprises:
