The cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rotary shaft assembly is provided on the stand, the rotary shaft assembly is connected to a side wall of the swing housing, and the first rotary driving mechanism is connected to the rotary shaft assembly to adjust an inclination angle of the swing housing with respect to a horizontal plane;
the second rotation driving mechanism is arranged on the swing shell and connected with the heating bin to drive the heating bin to rotate relative to the swing shell.

The cooker as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotation shaft assembly includes a first rotation shaft and a second rotation shaft disposed at opposite sides of the swing case, the first rotation shaft and the second rotation shaft being on the same horizontal line, the first rotation shaft and the second rotation shaft being respectively connected to sidewalls of the swing case;
the first rotation driving mechanism is connected with the first rotating shaft or the second rotating shaft.
4. The cooking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heating compartment is connected to one end of a third rotating shaft, and the other end of the third rotating shaft is connected to the second rotation driving mechanism.

The cooker as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first rotary driving mechanism comprises a motor, the motor is directly connected to the rotary shaft assembly, or the motor is indirectly connected to the rotary shaft assembly through a driving pulley, a synchronous belt and a driven pulley which are connected in sequence.
6. The cooker as claimed in claim 4 wherein the second rotary drive mechanism comprises a motor, the motor is directly connected to the rotary shaft assembly, or the motor is indirectly connected to the heating chamber through a driving pulley, a synchronous belt and a driven pulley which are connected in sequence.
7. The cooker of claim 1, wherein the heating chamber is provided with spot heating tubes and/or electromagnetic heating assemblies.
8. A fryer system, comprising a meal box and a fryer according to any one of claims 1-7;
the lunch box is obliquely or vertically arranged in the heating bin.
9. The fryer system according to claim 8,
the box body of the lunch box is of an open structure;
and/or a stirring strip is arranged in the box body, the stirring strip protrudes inwards relative to the side wall of the box body, and the stirring strip extends from the bottom of the box body to the open end of the box body;
and/or a bulge is arranged at the center of the bottom of the box body;
and/or a plurality of grooves are formed in the bottom of the box body;
and/or a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged on the side wall of the box body, and the reinforcing ribs are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the side wall of the box body;
and/or a plurality of exhaust holes are formed in the box cover of the lunch box.
10. A fryer system control method according to claim 8 or 9,
fixing the lunch box in the heating bin;
controlling the first rotating mechanism to rotate the swinging shell so as to enable the lunch box to be arranged obliquely;
starting the heating bin to heat;
and controlling the second rotating mechanism to drive the heating bin to rotate so as to stir and fry the food in the lunch box.
