As shown, the dispensing cabinet 100 includes a cabinet body 110 and a plurality of drawers 120. Wherein, the cabinet body 110 comprises a plurality of openings, and a plurality of drawers 120 are arranged in the cabinet body 110 through the openings and can be used for placing traditional Chinese medicine. In some embodiments, the drawer 120 is a sealed drawer, which is advantageous to prevent the external air from entering into the drawer, so that the traditional Chinese medicine is exposed to the air. In some embodiments, when the drawers are closed, the interior of the drawers is in a low oxygen environment (e.g., oxygen content less than 17%) to facilitate storage of the traditional Chinese medicine. In some embodiments, when the drawer is closed, it is sealed from other drawers, and can be independently manipulated.
In some embodiments, the cabinet 110 may be a cube, which is hollow inside and may be used to accommodate drawers and other components of the dispensing cabinet. In some embodiments, the cabinet 110 may further include a plurality of casters 109, which may be disposed below the cabinet 110 to facilitate moving the dispensing cabinet. In some embodiments, the casters 109 may be casters, thereby facilitating movement of the dispensing cabinet. In some embodiments, the caster 109 may further comprise a stop member (not shown) which can prevent the caster from rotating, so that the Chinese medicine dispensing cabinet can be fixed at any position. In some embodiments, the casters 109 have locking and leveling functions, and can be made of a thickened steel plate and a nylon material, and the weight of a single caster can be not less than 250kg.
In some embodiments, the drawer 120 may include one or more stages of stretching mechanisms (not shown) to facilitate opening the drawer for accessing the traditional Chinese medicine. In some embodiments, the stretching mechanism is a push-pull rail. In some embodiments, the amount of rail stretch is not less than 60%. In some embodiments, the weight of the rail is 2-3 times of the sum of the weight of the drawer and the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine. In some embodiments, when the drawer 120 is closed on the cabinet 110, the drawer 120 needs to be hermetically connected to the cabinet 110 to ensure airtightness in the drawer 120, so as to facilitate storage, maintenance and the like of the drawer 120 for traditional Chinese medicine. In some embodiments, the opening of the drawer 120 is sealingly connected to the cabinet 110. In some embodiments, a panel (i.e., the open side) of the drawer 120 may be sealingly connected to the cabinet 110. The technical solution of the present application will be further illustrated by the following specific examples.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a drawer connection according to one embodiment of the present application. FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a drawer connection according to another embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 3, the drawer 120 includes a panel 201, a plurality of sidewalls 202 and a bottom 203, wherein the panel 201 is disposed at an opening of the cabinet, the plurality of sidewalls 202 are disposed inside the cabinet, the panel 201 and the plurality of sidewalls 202 are connected to each other, and the panel 201 and the bottom 203 enclose a space for accommodating the medicinal materials. In some embodiments, the height of the panel 301 is higher than the height of the plurality of sidewalls 302, and the panel may completely cover the opening of the cabinet 110 when the drawer is closed. In some embodiments, the contact portion of the panel 301 and the cabinet 110 includes a sealing strip 304, which may be used to make a sealing contact with the cabinet 110 when the drawer 120 is closed on the cabinet 110, so as to ensure the airtightness of the inside of the drawer 120 and prevent external air from entering into the drawer. In some embodiments, a seal bar 304 may be provided on the panel 301. In some embodiments, a sealing strip 304 may also be provided on the cabinet 110.
In some embodiments, the dispensing cabinet for traditional Chinese medicine may further include a pressing device 305, which may be used to press a sealing strip between the drawer 120 and the cabinet 110 when the drawer 120 is closed on the cabinet 110, so as to ensure airtightness inside the drawer 120. In some embodiments, the pressing device 305 may be made of magnet, which is respectively disposed on the cabinet 110 and the panel 301, and the sealing strip between the panel and the cabinet may be pressed by the magnetic force therebetween, thereby facilitating the air tightness inside the drawer. In some embodiments, the magnet needs to provide 70-100 newtons of force to facilitate compression of the seal strip and ensure hermeticity within the drawer. In some embodiments, the compression device 305 is disposed on the panel 301 or a portion of the cabinet 110. For example: the pressing means are provided only at several points of the panel 301 and the cabinet 110, so as to ensure that the pressing sealing strips can also open the drawer smoothly.
In some embodiments, the pressing device 305 may also be an electromagnet, which may be powered on/off to control the pressing or releasing between the panel and the cabinet, thereby facilitating the opening of the drawer. For example: the pull ring on the drawer panel can be connected with the electromagnet, and the electromagnet is controlled to be powered on or powered off through the pull ring. When the drawer is closed, the pull ring falls back to the drawer panel, the pull ring is connected with the electric connection point on the drawer panel, so that the electromagnet can be switched on, magnetic force is generated to compress the sealing strip, the pull ring is taken up when the drawer is required to be opened, and when the pull ring leaves the electric connection point on the drawer panel, the electromagnet is powered off, and the magnetic force disappears so as to open the drawer. Therefore, the sealing strips can be pressed after the drawer is closed, the air tightness of the drawer can be guaranteed, and the drawer can be opened conveniently.
