Background
The seed guide pipe is a working part of the seeding machine and is mainly used for uniformly and orderly sowing seeds discharged by the seed sowing device into soil. The existing seed guide pipe is mostly of a tubular structure without auxiliary seed sowing and comprises a hose and a hard pipe. During operation, seeds discharged by the seed sowing device fall into the upper pipe orifice of the seed guiding pipe, then the seeds slide along the pipe orifice only by the self gravity of the seeds, and fall into a seed ditch opened by the furrow opener of the seeding machine through the lower pipe orifice of the seed guiding pipe. The structure has the problems that seeds collide and rub with the pipe wall in the falling seed conveying process, the seed guiding speed is low, the falling seed bouncing is large, the current high-speed seeding and precision seeding operation requirements cannot be met, and the operation efficiency, the seeding qualification rate and the plant spacing consistency are influenced. In order to solve the above problems, a seed sowing device using an air flow to feed seeds has been studied, but due to the design deficiencies and defects of a seed feeding structure and an air flow structure, the phenomena of friction and collision between seeds and the inner wall surface of a seed guiding pipe are not eliminated, the problems are not completely solved, and the sowing operation efficiency and the operation quality still need to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and combines the practical requirements of agricultural high-speed and precise sowing operation, researches and designs a positive pressure air flow forced seed conveying and guiding pipe with a new structure, so as to achieve the purposes of eliminating the collision and friction phenomena of seeds with the inner wall surface of the pipe guiding pipe in the seed conveying process, improving the seed conveying speed and the operation efficiency, avoiding the bounce of the seeds on seed bed soil when the seeds fall, ensuring the operation quality and realizing the high-speed and precise sowing operation.
The invention aims to realize the purposes that a cylindrical outer shell is sleeved on the outer part of a cylindrical inner shell, an annular air chamber is arranged between the outer side of the cylindrical inner shell and the inner side of the cylindrical outer shell, an annular air passage is arranged between the upper end of the cylindrical inner shell and the upper end of the cylindrical outer shell, the annular air chamber is communicated with the inner cavity of the cylindrical inner shell through the annular air passage, and the lower end of the annular air chamber is sealed; a pressure gas inlet communicated with the annular gas chamber is formed in the side wall of the cylindrical shell, and the funnel-shaped inoculation cover is buckled on the upper end part of the cylindrical shell; the lower part of the cylindrical inner shell is hermetically provided with a seed guide pipe, the side wall of the seed guide pipe is provided with a plurality of air inlet holes communicated with the hole of the seed guide pipe from top to bottom, and the outer wall surface at the bottom end of the seed guide pipe is rotatably provided with a water nozzle through an inclination angle adjusting locking bolt group, thus forming the positive pressure air flow forced seed conveying seed guide pipe.
The invention adopts positive pressure air flow to carry seeds forcibly, improves the seed carrying speed and efficiency of seeds in the seed carrying pipe, simultaneously sucks air into the pipe hole of the seed carrying pipe from the air inlet through negative pressure generated by the rapid flow of the positive pressure air flow in the seed carrying pipe, separates and blocks the seeds at an air film layer formed at the inner wall surface of the seed carrying pipe in the process of flowing down along the pipe hole of the seed carrying pipe by utilizing the negative pressure air flow, eliminates the collision and friction between the seeds and the inner wall surface of the seed carrying pipe, and the water spray head with adjustable inclination angle firstly sprays water to wet the soil, thereby avoiding the bounce of the seeds on the soil of a seed bed and playing a role of seed sticking. The pipe has novel, unique, reasonable and simple structure, high seed conveying efficiency, high seed conveying precision, reliable use, simple and convenient regulation and control, and can especially meet the requirement of high-speed precision seeding operation.

The following detailed description of the inventive embodiments is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. A positive pressure air flow forced seed delivery pipe is characterized in that a cylindrical outer shell 3 is sleeved on the outer portion of a cylindrical inner shell 5, an annular air chamber 4 is arranged between the outer side of the cylindrical inner shell 5 and the inner side of the cylindrical outer shell 3, an annular air passage 2 is arranged between the upper end of the cylindrical inner shell 5 and the upper end of the cylindrical outer shell 3, the annular air chamber 4 is communicated with the inner cavity of the cylindrical inner shell 5 through the annular air passage 2, and the lower end of the annular air chamber 4 is sealed; a pressure gas inlet 12 communicated with the annular gas chamber 4 is formed in the side wall of the cylindrical shell 3, and the funnel-shaped inoculation hood 1 is buckled on the upper end part of the cylindrical shell 3; the lower part of the cylindrical inner shell 5 is hermetically provided with a seed guide pipe 6, the side wall of the seed guide pipe 6 is provided with a plurality of air inlet holes 11 communicated with the pipe hole of the seed guide pipe 6 from top to bottom, and the outer wall surface at the bottom end of the seed guide pipe 6 is rotatably provided with a water spray head 9 through an inclination angle adjusting locking bolt group 10. During operation, the tube is installed on a seeding machine by utilizing an upper installation seat 7 and a lower installation seat 8, pressure gas enters a barrel-type inner shell 5 and a seed guide tube 6 from a pressure gas inlet 12 through an annular gas chamber 4 and an annular gas passage 2, air is sucked into the tube hole of the seed guide tube 6 from a gas inlet 11 by negative pressure generated in the seed guide tube 6 in the downward flowing process of positive pressure gas flow, a 'gas film layer' is formed on the inner wall surface of the seed guide tube 6 in the downward flowing process of the sucked gas, seeds discharged by a seed sowing device on the seeding machine enter the barrel-type inner shell 5 from a funnel-shaped inoculation cover 1, and under the dual functions of self weight of the seeds and the blowing of the positive pressure gas flow, the seeds are quickly discharged from the seed guide tube 6 and fall to be adhered to seed bed soil which is sprayed with water by a water nozzle 9, so that no; due to the formation and existence of the 'air film layer', the collision and friction between the seeds and the inner wall surface of the seed guide pipe 6 are avoided and eliminated, and the seed conveying precision and the operation efficiency are ensured.
