Description

Shoe structure for luminous shoes
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a shoe structure for a luminous shoe of the type comprising a connection unit for connection to an external electronic device, and to a connection unit of the above-mentioned type.
The invention also relates to a luminous shoe comprising the shoe structure.
Background
Luminous shoes for enhancing the visibility of the wearer of the luminous shoe or for entertainment purposes are known today.
The luminous shoe provided in the known art essentially comprises an upper, a sole and an electronic lighting system, which generally comprises a luminous display or luminous strip, a battery, a control unit and a connection unit connected to the control unit and/or the battery by means of suitable connection lines.
The connection unit may easily charge the battery and/or serve as a port for data exchange between the control unit and the external electronic device, for example allowing to put a predetermined message to be displayed into the electronic lighting system.
In the known light-emitting shoe, the connection unit comprises a connection port, for example a USB port, and said connection cord, wherein the connection port and the connection cord are arranged opposite and in alignment with each other.
In such a connection unit, in fact, the connection lines have an orientation corresponding/coinciding with the access direction of the connection ports at the junction points provided for the contact of the connection lines at their ends located near the connection ports.
The connection unit of the above-mentioned type is usually combined with the luminous shoe at the vamp or tongue of the luminous shoe, which tongue can be made in one piece with the vamp or can be combined with the vamp by sewing or gluing, and in particular it can be arranged between the vamp or tongue and the lining of the luminous shoe combined with the vamp or tongue, or between different layers of the vamp or tongue.
In particular, the known art provides solutions in which the connection unit faces the inside of the luminous shoe, for example at the collar of the luminous shoe, and solutions in which the connection unit faces the outside of the luminous shoe, for example at the tongue of the luminous shoe.
However, the connection unit facing the inside of the luminous shoe is particularly uncomfortable for the wearer, since this involves in particular an obstruction at the throat of the luminous shoe, giving the wearer the sensation of an undesired foreign body being present inside the luminous shoe.
For the attachment unit located at the tongue facing the outside of the light-emitting shoe, it may also be uncomfortable for the wearer even if it does not give the wearer the feeling of an undesirable foreign object being present inside the shoe.
In this case, in fact, it should be noted that, in order to allow the wearer to easily access the connection port of the connection unit also while wearing the luminous shoe, said connection unit is associated with the luminous shoe in such a way that the connection port faces a cut provided on the outer upper portion of the tongue, wherein the cut extends in an intermediate position and substantially horizontally (i.e. laterally) on the tongue.
In practice, the connecting unit with the associated connecting lines extends substantially longitudinally on the tongue, i.e. from the upper part towards the lower part of the tongue.
As mentioned above, the presence of the attachment unit at the tongue inconveniently determines an increase in the dimensions of the tongue itself, in particular in terms of its thickness.
Disadvantageously, the thick tongue undesirably presses against the wearer's gaiter, thereby causing discomfort to the wearer.
It is also disadvantageous that a thick tongue constitutes an aesthetic limitation of the entire lighted shoe, and is therefore limited in the realization of aesthetic variants of the lighted shoe.
It should also be noted that, as mentioned above, in the solution of providing a connecting unit in combination with the tongue, the luminous shoe generally comprises an appendage or strip made in a portion integral with the tongue and the lining, respectively, or with a different layer, and which extends between the tongue itself towards the connecting portion connecting the vamp and the sole, for housing the connecting line.
Such accessories or straps are disadvantageously related to increasing the wear resistance of the materials used to make the luminous shoe, and in particular make the assembly operations between the different layers of the tongue or between the tongue and the lining laborious, with consequent increase in costs.
Furthermore, said appendage or strip constitutes a "bridge" which houses/contains the connection line and extends inside the luminous shoe, which may be broken by the wearer accidentally but still easily, for example by tearing, for example when inserting the foot inside the luminous shoe, thus damaging the connection line.
Furthermore, in known luminous shoes, there are usually provided specific control buttons which act on the electronic luminous system to switch on and off the luminous display or luminous strip.
In some solutions provided in the known art, the control buttons are placed on the plate/surface of the connection unit.
In this solution, in fact, the control button is interposed between the connection port and said junction of the connection lines.
The connection ports of the connection unit, the control buttons and the connection lines at the junction point are substantially aligned with each other.
Therefore, the attachment unit including the control button is larger in size relative to the attachment unit without the control button, and therefore, in the above-described solution of incorporating the attachment unit with the tongue of the luminous shoe, the thickness of the tongue is inconveniently further increased or in any case the thickness of the tongue portion is increased.
Furthermore, in the above solution, the control button is located in the vicinity of the laces or closing bands normally provided on the luminous shoe, and therefore, during use of the luminous shoe, whenever the tongue is lowered (also including a modest lowering), the control button is depressed and may be accidentally pressed by the laces or closing bands.
In order to partially solve the above drawbacks, a further solution is known, described in the prior art JP 3210703U, in which, in a luminous shoe, a connecting unit of the above type comprising a control button is combined with a strip of the tear-open closure strip type, movable and reversible on the tongue.
In detail, unlike the solution described above, in the embodiment of JP 3210703U comprising the strip, the connecting unit extends substantially transversely with respect to the tongue and longitudinally on the strip, when the strip itself is fixed, i.e. closed, above the latter.
In this case, however, the connecting line runs around the strap, extending along the side of the shoe which is more attached to the foot of the wearer, thus causing discomfort, i.e. annoyance and inconvenience to the wearer himself.
Furthermore, such a solution may involve problems with the sewing of the upper portion, with the risk of damaging the thread.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem underlying the present invention is that of providing a luminous shoe with structural and functional characteristics that overcome one or more of the drawbacks mentioned above with reference to the known art.
According to a first aspect of the invention, the above mentioned problem is solved by a connection unit, particularly but not exclusively for a luminous shoe, adapted to be coupled with an upper of a luminous shoe or with a tongue of a luminous shoe made in one piece with said upper or constrained thereto, for example by stitching or gluing, comprising a main body and connection lines extending from said main body for connecting said connection unit to a battery and/or a control unit of an electronic lighting system of a luminous shoe, wherein said main body is provided with a connection port for connecting said connection unit to an external electronic device and with a coupling point for contact of said connection lines at its end located near said connection port, wherein said connection port has an access direction and said connection lines have an extension direction at said coupling point, wherein the access direction and the extension direction are neither aligned nor parallel to each other, the access direction and the extension direction forming an angle different from 180 °.
Preferably, the access direction and the extension direction lie in the same plane or planes substantially parallel to each other.
Preferably, the access direction and the binding point are located in the same plane or planes substantially parallel to each other.
Preferably, the access direction, the extension direction and the binding point are located in the same plane or planes parallel to each other, wherein the same plane or the planes parallel to each other are parallel to the body.
In this way, the overall dimensions of the present attachment unit are advantageously reduced with respect to attachment units according to the known art, so that, whenever combined with the vamp or tongue of a luminous shoe, the extension of the vamp or tongue portion, which is increased in thickness due to the presence of the attachment unit, is reduced, thus improving the comfort of the wearer.
Furthermore, the reduction of the extension of the area of the vamp or tongue with increased thickness is advantageously positively reflected/reflected in the possibility of achieving aesthetic modifications of the luminous shoe.
Preferably, the access direction and the extension direction form an angle smaller than 180 °, and more preferably an angle equal to about 90 °, however, the possibility of providing angles of different values is not excluded.
Preferably, the body comprises a first length portion at which the connection port is arranged and a second length portion at which the junction is arranged, wherein more preferably, the second length portion extends from the first length portion.
Preferably, the access direction, the extension direction and the binding point are located in the same plane or in planes parallel to each other, wherein the same plane or the planes parallel to each other are parallel to the first length section and/or the second length section.
Preferably, said first length portion and said second length portion form an angle different from 180 ° with each other, more preferably equal to about 90 °, and therefore said body preferably has a "T" or "L" shape, without excluding the possibility of providing other forms (for example "V" shape).
Preferably, the width of the second length portion is less than the width of the first length portion.
Preferably, the connection unit comprises a flexible sleeve in which the connection line is at least partially accommodated.
Preferably, the sleeve is movable relative to the connection line, allowing relative sliding movement, such as translational and/or rotational movement, between the sleeve and the connection line.
Advantageously, the sleeve protects the connection line and at the same time ensures a relative movement between the sleeve and the connection line.
Thus, whenever the present connection unit is combined with the vamp or tongue of a luminous shoe, the sleeve protects the connection line from being glued on possible glue marks that may remain after certain processing steps of the luminous shoe, and thus the sleeve protects the connection line from being tangled or torn, thus preventing the risk of the connection line being damaged.
Still whenever the present connection unit is combined with the tongue of a luminous shoe, it should be said that the presence of the sleeve advantageously prevents the need to provide an attachment in the form of a strip of the tongue for housing the connection lines, thus allowing to save material when implementing the luminous shoe according to the invention and simplifying some assembly operations of the luminous shoe.
Advantageously, by avoiding the need for the strap/strap attachment to provide the tongue as described above, the presence of the sleeve also prevents the formation of a "bridge" for containing the connecting cord within the lighted shoe, which is easily broken by the wearer when inserting the foot into the lighted shoe, thereby damaging the connecting cord.
Preferably, the connection unit includes a wing combined with the main body, wherein the wing is more preferably disposed opposite to the connection port.
Preferably, the thickness of the wing is smaller relative to the thickness of the body.
Advantageously, whenever the present connection unit is combined with the vamp or tongue of a luminous shoe, the wing portions allow a particularly stable fixing of the connection unit on the vamp or tongue, increasing its contact surface, without however enlarging the extension of the portion of increased thickness due to the presence of the connection unit.
In addition, the wing portions may be made of a pierceable material to facilitate sewing thereof to the vamp or tongue.
Preferably, said connection unit comprises a control button, for example adapted to operate/act on said electronic lighting system to switch on and off an associated light emitting display.
Preferably, the control button is arranged on the main body and more preferably is not aligned with the extension direction of the connection line.
Preferably, said control button is arranged on a first side and said connection port is arranged on a second side opposite to said first side with respect to/with respect to a plane extending substantially along the extension direction of said connection line at said junction point.
In fact, with respect to said second length portion of said body, said control button and said connection port are preferably arranged on said first length portion on opposite sides.
Preferably, said connection port, which according to the invention may be a so-called male port or a so-called female port, is a female connection port, and more preferably a USB port or the like.
According to a second aspect of the invention, the problem is solved by a shoe structure for a light-emitting shoe, comprising an upper and a connecting unit of the type described in combination with the upper.
Preferably, the shoe construction comprises a tongue, wherein the tongue is made in one piece with the upper or is constrained to the upper, for example by stitching or gluing, wherein the body is integrated with the tongue.
Preferably, the tongue comprises a cut-out extending substantially vertically, i.e. in a longitudinal direction, on the tongue, wherein the connection port emerges/faces away from the cut-out.
Preferably, the cut extends outwardly on the tongue.
Preferably, on the tongue, the connection unit is oriented such that the connection port is disposed toward a lateral side of a foot of the footwear structure, and possibly such that the control button is disposed toward a medial side of the foot of the footwear structure.
Preferably, the control button is disposed on a side toward a medial side of the shoe structure with respect to a central axis extending longitudinally on the tongue.
Advantageously, the construction and arrangement of the connection unit allows the control button to be moved away from the closed area of the luminous shoe whenever, for example, from a lace or a closing strap that may be provided with the luminous shoe, so that accidental depression of the control button is prevented whenever the tongue should lower itself during wearing of the luminous shoe, thereby preventing accidental pressure on the lace or the closing strap.
Furthermore, the construction and arrangement of the connection unit advantageously reduces the possibility of the control button being accidentally depressed and therefore being pressed by the vamp whenever the tongue is moved towards the lateral side of the foot when the luminous shoe is worn.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the problem is solved by a light-emitting shoe comprising a sole, a battery, a light-emitting display, and a shoe structure of the above-mentioned type in combination with the sole.
