Background
The circuit board can be divided into a hard circuit board and a flexible circuit board according to the material of the dielectric layer. Soft and hard composite boards have been developed, which are usually composed of a soft board and a hard board, so as to have the flexibility of the soft board and the strength of the hard board.
In the prior art, a cover plate is covered on the upper layer of the soft and hard composite board to serve as a protection circuit board. To expose the flexible printed circuit, a laser is used to cut out the region to be removed on the cover plate, and then the partial cover plate is manually removed. However, the removal of the cover plate by manual force is time-consuming and labor-consuming. Therefore, there is a need for improvement in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of one embodiment of the present disclosure is to provide a device for removing a partial cover, so as to achieve an effect of automatically removing the partial cover.
One embodiment of the present disclosure provides an apparatus for removing a partial cover, which includes a lower platform, an upper platform, a cover plate fixture, a discharging roller, a receiving roller, and a glue film. The upper platform is arranged on the lower platform relatively and moves vertically in a reciprocating manner, the upper platform comprises a plurality of convex blocks, and each convex block extends towards the direction of the lower platform. The cover plate jig is arranged between the lower platform and the upper platform and comprises a plurality of through holes, and each through hole is arranged on each lug oppositely so that each lug can be arranged in each through hole in a penetrating manner. The discharging roller is adjacent to the upper platform. The material receiving roller is oppositely arranged on one side of the upper platform, which is adjacent to the discharging roller. One end of the viscose film is connected to the discharging roller, the other end of the viscose film is connected to the material receiving roller, the viscose film between the two ends is located between the upper platform and the cover plate jig, and the viscose film has viscosity towards one side of the cover plate jig.

Another embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for removing a partial cover, including providing the apparatus for removing a partial cover as described above; providing a substrate with a cover body; placing the substrate on a lower platform; moving the cover plate jig to the substrate; pressing the upper platform downwards, and bonding the part of the adhesive film between the two ends with the part of the cover body of the substrate after the lugs penetrate through the through holes of the cover plate jig; lifting the upper platform; the lower platform, the cover plate jig and the adhesive film simultaneously move horizontally towards the receiving roller, and the receiving roller rolls simultaneously, so that the partial cover body is removed from the substrate, and the adhesive film adhered with the partial cover body is rolled up by the receiving roller; moving the lower platform, the cover plate jig and the substrate with the local cover removed back to the lower part of the upper platform; and lifting the cover plate jig to remove the substrate with the partial cover body removed.

Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an apparatus for removing a partial cover, which can remove the partial cover automatically and save labor and time. Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating an apparatus for removing a partial cover according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, an apparatus 1 for removing partial covers according to the present disclosure includes a lower platform 10, an upper platform 20, a cover plate fixture 30, a discharging roller 40, a receiving roller 50, an adhesive film 60, a pressing wheel 70, and a guide wheel 80. Other structures/elements between the above various components are not shown for simplicity.
The lower platform 10 includes a non-slip pad 11, and the non-slip pad 11 is disposed on a surface of the lower platform 10 facing the upper platform 20. In one embodiment, the lower platen 10 may be moved back and forth horizontally as desired.
The upper platform 20 is disposed opposite to the lower platform 10 and vertically reciprocates, the upper platform 20 includes a plurality of bumps 21, and each bump 21 extends toward the lower platform 10. In one embodiment, the bump 21 is a soft material, wherein the soft material includes, but is not limited to, silicone, sponge, or a combination thereof.
The cover jig 30 is disposed between the lower platform 10 and the upper platform 20, the cover jig 30 includes a plurality of through holes 31, each through hole 31 is disposed opposite to each bump 21, and each bump 21 can be disposed through each through hole 31. In one embodiment, the material of the cover fixture 30 includes, but is not limited to, metal, resin, glass fiber, polymer composite material, or a combination thereof. In one embodiment, a release material is coated on a surface of the cover jig 30 facing the upper platen, so that the adhesive film 60 can be smoothly removed without adhesive residue after being adhered to the cover jig 30.
The discharging roller 40 is adjacent to the upper platform 20, and the receiving roller 50 is oppositely disposed on one side of the upper platform 20 adjacent to the discharging roller 40. In one embodiment, the discharge roller 40 is disposed on the left side of the upper platform 20, and the receiving roller 50 is disposed on the right side of the upper platform 20.
One end of the adhesive film 60 is connected to the discharging roller 40, the other end is connected to the receiving roller 50, and the adhesive film 60 between the two ends is located between the upper platform 20 and the cover plate jig 30, wherein one surface of the adhesive film 60 facing the cover plate jig 30 has viscosity. In one embodiment, the adhesive film 60 has high viscosity and high strength to adhere to the lid to be removed, and the adhesive film 60 is not easily broken during the adhesion and pulling process. In one embodiment, the adhesive film 60 has a tacky side facing downward.
When the number of the pressing wheels 70 is one, the pressing wheels are disposed adjacent to one side of the cover jig 30 and configured to press the adhesive film 60. In one embodiment, when the number of the pressing wheels 70 is two, each pressing wheel 70 is disposed adjacent to two opposite sides of the cover jig 30, and configured to press the adhesive film 60 between the two ends.
The number of the guide wheels 80 is one or more, and the guide wheels 80 are sequentially disposed above the cover plate jig 30 and adjacent to the material receiving roller 50.
Although the methods disclosed herein are illustrated below as a series of acts or steps, the order in which the acts or steps are presented should not be construed as a limitation of the present invention. For example, certain operations or steps may be performed in a different order and/or concurrently with other steps. Moreover, not all illustrated operations, steps and/or features may be required to implement an embodiment of the present invention. Further, each operation or step described herein may comprise several sub-steps or actions.
Some embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a method for removing a partial cover, which can automatically remove the partial cover and save labor and time. Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method of removing a partial cap according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and fig. 3-5 are cross-sectional views illustrating various stages in methods of removing a partial cap according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the method 100 includes steps S110 to S190.
As shown in fig. 3, in step S110, the apparatus 1 for removing the partial cover as described above is provided. In step S120, a substrate having a cover is provided. In step S130, the substrate is placed on the lower stage 10. In one embodiment, the substrate is placed on the anti-slip pad 11 of the lower stage 10 to prevent the substrate from slipping. In one embodiment, the lower platen 10 is moved horizontally out of the take-off roller 40 before the substrate is placed on the lower platen 10. In one embodiment, after the substrate is placed on the lower stage 10, the lower stage 10 is horizontally moved back to below the upper stage 20.
As shown in fig. 4, in step S140, the cover fixture 30 is moved onto the substrate. In step S150, the upper platform 20 is pressed down, and the bumps 21 penetrate through the through holes 31 of the cover jig 30, so that the adhesive film 60 between the two ends is adhered to the cover portion of the substrate.
As shown in fig. 5, in step S160, the upper stage 20 is lifted. In step S170, the lower platform 10, the cover plate jig 30 and the adhesive film 60 move horizontally toward the receiving roller 50, and the receiving roller 50 rolls simultaneously, so that the partial cover is removed from the substrate, and the adhesive film 60 with the partial cover is wound by the receiving roller 50. In step S180, the lower platform 10, the cover plate fixture 30 and the substrate with the partial cover removed are moved back to the lower side of the upper platform 20. In step S190, the cover plate fixture 30 is lifted up to remove the substrate with the partial cover removed. In one embodiment, after the cover plate jig 30 is lifted up, the lower platform 10 is horizontally moved out of the discharging roller 40 to remove the substrate with the partial cover removed.
In some embodiments, the bumps 21 of the upper platform 20 and the through holes 31 of the cover fixture 30 may be molded corresponding to the areas of the substrate where the partial cover needs to be removed, so as to meet the requirements of the different substrates where the cover needs to be removed.
In some embodiments, the anti-slip pad 11 is used to inhibit the substrate from slipping, and the pressing wheel 70 alone or in combination with the guide wheel 80 is used to inhibit the substrate from deforming, such as waving, when the adhesive film 60 is adhered and the cover is pulled up.

Claims (8)

1. An apparatus for removing a partial cover, comprising:
a lower platform;
the upper platform is arranged on the lower platform relatively and vertically reciprocates, and comprises a plurality of convex blocks, and each convex block extends towards the direction of the lower platform;
the cover plate jig is arranged between the lower platform and the upper platform and comprises a plurality of through holes, and each through hole is arranged on each lug oppositely so that each lug can be arranged in each through hole in a penetrating way;
a discharge roller adjacent to the upper platform;
the material receiving roller is oppositely arranged on one side of the upper platform, which is adjacent to the discharging roller;
one end of the adhesive film is connected to the discharging roller, the other end of the adhesive film is connected to the material receiving roller, and the adhesive film between the two ends is located between the upper platform and the cover plate jig, wherein one surface, facing the cover plate jig, of the adhesive film has viscosity;
two pressing wheels, each of which is arranged adjacent to the two opposite sides of the cover plate jig and configured to press the adhesive film between the two ends; and
at least one guide wheel, which is arranged above the cover plate jig and is adjacent to the material receiving roller;
the lower platform comprises an anti-slip pad, and the anti-slip pad is arranged on one surface of the lower platform facing the upper platform.
2. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the bumps are made of soft material.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the soft material comprises silicone, sponge, or a combination thereof.
4. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cover fixture is made of metal, resin, glass fiber, polymer composite material or a combination thereof.
5. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a release material is coated on a surface of the cover fixture facing the upper platen.
6. A method of removing a partial cap, comprising:
providing a means for removing a partial cover as claimed in claim 1;
providing a substrate with a cover body;
placing the substrate on the anti-slip pad of the lower platform;
moving the cover plate fixture to the substrate;
pressing the upper platform downwards, and bonding the adhesive film between the two ends and the local part of the cover body of the substrate after the bumps penetrate through the through holes of the cover plate jig;
lifting the upper platform;
the lower platform, the cover plate jig and the adhesive film horizontally move towards the receiving roller at the same time, and the receiving roller rolls at the same time, so that the local cover body is removed from the substrate, and the adhesive film adhered with the local cover body is rolled up by the receiving roller; the pressing wheels are used alone or matched with the guide wheels to inhibit the deformation of the substrate when the adhesive film is adhered and the cover body is removed after being pulled up;
moving the lower platform, the cover plate jig and the substrate with the local cover removed back to the lower part of the upper platform; and
and lifting the cover plate jig to remove the substrate with the partial cover body removed.
7. The method of removing a partial cap of claim 6,
wherein before the substrate is placed on the lower platen, the method further comprises horizontally moving the lower platen out of the discharge roller,
wherein after the substrate is placed on the lower platen, the method further comprises horizontally translating the lower platen back below the upper platen.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein after lifting the lid fixture, the method further comprises moving the lower platen horizontally out of the take-off roller to remove the substrate with the partial lid removed.
