The invention discloses a dynamic information display system and a method thereof.A main control device receives a plurality of service data from a server, converts the service data into a plurality of target data and transmits the target data to a billboard device, so that each display area of the billboard device displays the corresponding target data in a general display mode; and when the first time condition set by the main control device is effective, the main control device outputs a first switching instruction to the billboard device, so that at least one display area corresponding to the first time condition displays the corresponding target data in a highlight mode. The data processing module 122 may be configured to convert the plurality of service data into a plurality of target data, where the plurality of target data corresponds to the plurality of display areas one to one. In other words, the data processing module 122 can arrange and analyze the plurality of service data to generate target data to be displayed in each display area. In this embodiment, the data processing module 122 can count the number of people arriving at school, the number of people leaving behind, and the number of people getting away from illness on each class, and further calculate the ratio of the number of people arriving at school on the same day (because the number of people all school is a known value), so as to generate the target data to be displayed in the display area 50a (i.e., the ratio of the number of people arriving at school on the same day, the number of people leaving behind, and the number of people getting away from illness); the data processing module 122 can count and sort the completed items and the incomplete items of each department on the current day to generate the target data to be displayed in the display area 50b (i.e. the number of incomplete items to be processed on the current day and the department to which the incomplete items belong) and the target data to be displayed in the display area 50c (i.e. the statistics of the workload on the current day); the data processing module 122 can count the number of messages posted on the current day, obtain the historical data (i.e. the total number of posted messages in the previous week) stored in the storage module (not drawn), and graphically draw the change of the total number of messages posted on the current day compared with the previous week to generate the target data (i.e. the total number of messages posted on the current day and the change of the total number of messages posted on the current day compared with the previous week) to be displayed in the display area 50 d.
The data transmission module 123 can be used to transmit the target data to the billboard device 110, so that each display region displays the corresponding target data in a general display mode. The setting module 124 is configured to set a first time condition and at least one corresponding display area. The first time condition may be set by the viewer transmitting a related request to the main control device 120 through the electronic device according to an actual requirement, that is, the viewer may set which target data or which target data is to be focused on at a certain time point or a certain time period according to the actual requirement. The second time condition can be set by the viewer transmitting a related request to the main control device 120 through the electronic device according to the actual requirement, that is, the viewer can set which target data or target data should be removed from the attention at a certain time point or time segment according to the actual requirement.
In this embodiment, a plurality of first time conditions and a plurality of second time conditions may be set. a billboard device (Dashboard) comprising a plurality of display areas; and
a master control device (Console) connected to the billboard device, comprising:

2. A dynamic information display system as recited in claim 1, wherein the highlight mode is selected from the group consisting of font transformation, font enlargement, border transformation, background map transformation, font color transformation, and combinations thereof.

The dynamic information display system of claim 1, wherein the setting module is further configured to set a second time condition and at least one corresponding display area; when the second time condition is valid, the display control module outputs a second switching instruction to the billboard device, so that the at least one display area corresponding to the second time condition displays the corresponding target data in the general display mode.
4. The dynamic information display system of claim 1, wherein the master device is periodically connected to the server according to a predetermined frequency, and the server periodically transmits the updated service data or new service data to the master device.
5. The dynamic information display system of claim 1, wherein the host device establishes a long connection with the server, and the server instantly transmits the updated service data or the new service data to the host device.

7. A method as recited in claim 6, wherein the highlighting mode is selected from the group consisting of font style conversion, font size enlargement, border conversion, background map conversion, font color conversion, and combinations thereof.

A dynamic information display method according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising the steps of: the setting module is also set with a second time condition and at least one corresponding display area; and when the second time condition is effective, the display control module outputs a second switching instruction to the billboard device, so that the at least one display area corresponding to the second time condition displays the corresponding target data in the general display mode.
