Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of an apparatus replacement method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the device replacement method provided in this embodiment may be executed by the cloud server 11 and the local server 13 of the target replaced device 12, respectively. On the one hand, in the replacing process, the terminal device 14 may report the identification information of the target replaced device to the cloud server 11, and the cloud server 11 may determine whether the target replaced device 12 is an authorized device according to the reported identification information of the target replaced device, so as to implement monitoring and authorization management of the target replaced device 12 by the cloud server 11, and improve the security of the device replacing process. On the other hand, after determining that the target replaced device is an authorized device, the cloud server 11 may send device replacement information to the local server 13 of the target replaced device, so that the local server 13 sends corresponding attribute information of the target pre-replacement device to the target replaced device 12, thereby implementing automatic configuration of the target replaced device 12 and improving efficiency of the device replacement process. On the other hand, the device replacement method provided by the embodiment can realize automatic configuration of the target replaced device 12, thereby reducing complexity in the device replacement process, and only a service provider with relatively low labor cost needs to be sent to the customer to replace the device on the spot instead of sending a technician to the customer to replace the device on the spot, thereby reducing the cost of device replacement.
The device replacement method provided by the embodiment is described in detail in three aspects, namely, a process executed by the cloud server, a process executed by the local server of the device after the target is replaced, and a process of interaction between the cloud server and the local server.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of an apparatus replacement method according to the present invention. The embodiment is suitable for the scene of replacing the equipment with the fault on the client site. The present embodiment may be implemented by a device replacement apparatus, which may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and may be integrated in a cloud server. As shown in fig. 2, the apparatus replacing method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step 201: and receiving the identification information of the target replaced equipment reported by the terminal equipment.
Specifically, the cloud server in this embodiment may be a cloud server of a manufacturer of the device. The device in this embodiment may be an electronic device. Illustratively, the device in the present embodiment may be a display device, a video capture device, a call device, and the like. For convenience of description in this embodiment, in the ongoing device process, the device before replacement is referred to as a target device before replacement, and the device after replacement is referred to as a target device after replacement.
In one implementation, the identification information of the target replacement device is information obtained by the terminal device from the target replacement device after the hardware replacement of the target replacement device is completed.
The terminal device in this embodiment may be a terminal device of a service provider maintenance worker dispatched by a manufacturer. In this embodiment, the cloud server dispatches a service provider maintenance worker to a client site to replace the device when it is determined that the device corresponding to the target replaced device needs to be replaced before the current replacement.
And under the dispatch of a manufacturer, a service provider maintenance worker carries the target replaced equipment to a client site, replaces the target pre-replacement equipment corresponding to the target replaced equipment, and installs the target replaced equipment on the position of the current pre-replacement equipment to realize hardware replacement. And then, the service provider maintenance personnel can acquire the identification information of the target replaced equipment from the target replaced equipment through the terminal equipment. For example, the identification information of the target replaced device in this embodiment may be a serial number, a production number, and the like of the target replaced device, which can uniquely identify the device.
Optionally, the service provider service person may read the identification information of the target replaced device from a tag attached to the target replaced device, and input the read identification information into the terminal device. Alternatively, the service provider service person may scan an identification code (e.g., a two-dimensional code or a barcode) attached to the target post-replacement device using the terminal device to obtain identification information of the target post-replacement device.
In this implementation manner, after the hardware replacement of the target pre-replacement device is completed, the identification information of the target post-replacement device is obtained, and it can be ensured that the target post-replacement device has network connection with the local server in the local network where the target post-replacement device is located, so that after the subsequent step 203, when the local server of the target post-replacement device sends the attribute information of the target pre-replacement device to the target post-replacement device, the attribute information can be successfully sent once, and the device replacement efficiency is improved.
In another implementation manner, the time for the terminal device to obtain the identification information of the target replaced device is not limited. In this implementation, the terminal device may acquire the identification information of the target post-replacement device before the hardware replacement of the target pre-replacement device. After the subsequent step 203, when the local server of the target replacement device sends the attribute information of the target replacement device to the target replacement device, if the sending cannot be successful at one time, the local server may repeatedly send the attribute information of the target replacement device at a preset time interval until the target replacement device successfully receives the attribute information of the target replacement device after having network connection with the local server in the local network where the target replacement device is located.
In the device replacement method provided in this embodiment, the network where the target device is located before replacement may be a private network of the client. Therefore, the cloud server in this embodiment cannot be directly connected to the local server in the private network of the client and the target replaced device. Based on this, in step 201, the connection between the target replaced device and the cloud server is achieved by means of the terminal device. The terminal equipment can be connected with the target replaced equipment through the wireless local area network technology. The terminal equipment can be connected with the cloud server through public network technology.
After acquiring the identification information of the target replaced device, the terminal device sends the identification information of the target replaced device to the cloud server. The cloud server executes step 201, and receives the identification information of the target replaced device reported by the terminal device.
Step 202: and determining whether the target replaced equipment is authorized equipment or not according to the identification information of the target replaced equipment and the equipment replacement mapping relation in the pre-stored equipment database.
The device replacement mapping relation is used for indicating the mapping relation between the device before replacement and the authorized device for replacement.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, an apparatus database is stored in advance. The device database in this embodiment includes a device replacement mapping relationship. The device database in this embodiment is a database created after the device is sold. Every time a device is sold, the relevant information of the device is written in the device database. The device here is the pre-replacement device in this embodiment. It is to be understood that the pre-replacement device herein includes a target pre-replacement device. The process of how to build the device database will be described in detail in the next embodiment.
Optionally, before step 202, the apparatus replacing method provided in this embodiment further includes: when the target equipment needs to be replaced before replacement is determined, receiving identification information of authorized equipment corresponding to the target equipment before replacement, which is input by a manufacturer; and writing the mapping relation between the target device before replacement and the corresponding authorized device in the device replacement mapping relation.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an apparatus database in an embodiment of an apparatus replacement method provided in the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the device replacement mapping relationship of the device database includes identification information of a device before replacement and identification information of an authorized device for replacement.
In one implementation, after receiving identification information of a target replaced device, a cloud server searches whether the identification information of the target replaced device exists in a device replacement mapping relation. And if so, determining that the target replaced device is an authorized device.
In another implementation manner, step 201 may specifically be: and receiving the identification information of the target replaced equipment and the identification information of the target pre-replaced equipment reported by the terminal equipment. Correspondingly, step 202 may specifically be: and determining whether the target replaced equipment is authorized equipment or not according to the identification information of the target replaced equipment, the identification information of the target pre-replaced equipment and a pre-stored equipment replacement mapping relation in an equipment database.
In this implementation manner, after receiving the identification information of the target post-replacement device and the identification information of the target pre-replacement device, the cloud server searches whether the identification information of the target post-replacement device exists in the device replacement mapping relationship. If the target device identification information exists, whether the identification information of the device before replacement corresponding to the target device after replacement is consistent with the received identification information of the target device before replacement in the device replacement mapping relation is further determined. And if the target replaced equipment is consistent with the authorized equipment, determining the target replaced equipment as the authorized equipment.
This implementation has carried out dual comparison through equipment change mapping relation, can further guarantee the security of target change back equipment, improves the security of equipment change process.
Step 203: and when the target replaced device is determined to be an authorized device, sending device replacement information to a local server of the target replaced device, so that the local server sends corresponding attribute information of the target pre-replacement device to the target replaced device according to the device replacement information.
Wherein the device replacement information includes: identification information of the target pre-replacement device.
Specifically, the cloud server may send the device replacement information to the local server of the target replaced device through the terminal device and the target replaced device. The local server in this embodiment refers to a server in a private network where the target replaced device is located.
Optionally, the attribute information of the target pre-replacement device includes at least one of: configuration information of the target pre-replacement device and software information in the target pre-replacement device. The software information herein may include at least one of: software installation packages, software update logs, and software operation logs, among others.
In an implementation manner, after receiving identification information of a target replacement device, when determining that the target replacement device is an authorized device, the cloud server may determine, from a device replacement mapping relationship, identification information of a target replacement pre-device corresponding to the target replacement device. And packaging the identification information of the target equipment before replacement into equipment replacement information and sending the equipment replacement information to the local server.
In another implementation manner, the cloud server may receive the identification information of the target device after replacement and the identification information of the target device before replacement, which are reported by the terminal device. And when the target replaced equipment is determined to be authorized equipment, packaging the identification information of the target pre-replaced equipment into equipment replacement information and sending the equipment replacement information to the local server.
It should be noted that if it is determined that the target replaced device is not an authorized device, a warning prompt may be issued to the manufacturer staff.
And after the target replacement equipment receives the attribute information of the target pre-replacement equipment sent by the local server, configuring and operating the target pre-replacement equipment according to the attribute information of the target pre-replacement equipment so as to realize the function of the target pre-replacement equipment.
Optionally, in this embodiment, after step 203, the following steps may be further included: and receiving replacement completion information sent by the target replaced device through the terminal device. And the replacement completion message is sent after the target replacement device receives the attribute information of the target replacement device.
After the target replacement equipment receives the attribute information of the target pre-replacement equipment sent by the local server, the target post-replacement equipment sends replacement completion information to the cloud server, so that the cloud server can realize closed-loop supervision on the equipment replacement process, and the controllability of the equipment replacement process is improved.
Further, after the cloud server sends the device replacement information to the local server of the target replaced device, if it is determined that the replacement completion information sent by the target replaced device through the terminal device is not received in the preset time period, the cloud server can send information prompting that the device replacement is not completed to the staff of the manufacturer, so as to prompt the staff of the manufacturer.
The following describes the apparatus replacement method according to the present embodiment with a specific example. In this embodiment, the cloud server determines that device a1 of client a (i.e., the device before replacement) needs to be replaced. The manufacturer may enter identification information of an authorized device corresponding to device a1 in the cloud server. The cloud server receives identification information of authorized equipment corresponding to target equipment before replacement, which is input by a manufacturer, and writes the mapping relation between the equipment A and the corresponding authorized equipment in the equipment replacement mapping relation of the equipment database. The manufacturer then sends a service person to the customer a site for equipment replacement. And under the dispatch of the manufacturer, the service provider maintenance personnel carry the target replaced equipment to the customer site for replacement. And then, service provider maintenance personnel can acquire the identification information of the target replaced equipment from the target replaced equipment through the terminal equipment and send the identification information of the target replaced equipment to the cloud server. The cloud server performs step 201, step 202, and step 203, and assuming that the target device after replacement is determined to be an authorized device, the cloud server sends device replacement information to a local server in the private network of the client a, so that the local server sends corresponding attribute information of the target device before replacement to the target device after replacement according to the device replacement information. And after the target replacement equipment receives the attribute information of the target pre-replacement equipment sent by the local server, configuring and operating the target pre-replacement equipment according to the attribute information of the target pre-replacement equipment so as to realize the function of the target pre-replacement equipment.
