Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of separators, and particularly relates to a disc type centrifugal separation device for purifying crankcase gas of an internal combustion engine.
Background
At present, in the compression ignition working process of a cylinder, a fuel engine is provided with a high-pressure combustible mixed gas and combustion gas in the cylinder, and a small part of gas enters a crankcase through a gap between the cylinder and a piston to form mixed gas mist containing oil mist, air, water vapor and waste gas, and the mixed gas mist is accumulated in the crankcase, so that the pressure in the crankcase is too high, the working condition of the engine is influenced, and the sealing of the crankcase is damaged. In order to avoid and reduce the influence of the mixed gas in the crankcase on the working condition of the engine, the mixed gas mist from the crankcase needs to be subjected to gas-liquid separation.
The working principle of the active centrifugal oil-gas separator is that the rotation vortex is formed in the separator by the external input energy, and the particles in the mixed air flow are separated out under the action of centrifugal force. A plurality of truncated spherical discs are arranged on a rotating shaft of the device, small holes are formed in the positions, close to the rotating shaft, of the discs, namely, a mixed gas circulation channel, and a group of arc-shaped blades are arranged on each disc. When the rotating shaft moves, the mixed gas is thrown out along the annular space between the conical discs under the action of centrifugal force, so as to achieve the purpose of oil-gas separation.
At present, the rotor structure in the disc type centrifugal separator is single.
