Background
Roadway excavation is a very important link in coal production. In recent years, the rapid development of coal mining technology and equipment has required a significant increase in the rate of roadway excavation to service a prepared coal face, and therefore roadway excavation equipment and technology have rapidly developed. The tunneling and anchoring combined unit and the hydraulic anchor rod drill carriage gradually replace a single anchor rod drill rig to become main mechanical equipment for tunnel tunneling and anchoring service, the equipment really realizes tunneling and anchoring synchronization, and the labor efficiency is improved to a great extent. In the tunneling process of the tunneling and anchoring combined unit, the total time of the whole process flow is occupied by supporting by 50% -60%, so that the supporting operation time in one cycle operation is reduced, and the tunneling efficiency in unit time of a roadway can be improved to a great extent.
In order to reduce the supporting operation time and improve the tunneling speed, a tubular supporting mode is provided in the field practice process to replace the traditional anchor rod supporting, namely common four-way pipes are adopted as supporting main bodies and are arranged in a drill hole, then an anchoring agent is arranged in the pipes, the anchoring agent is conveyed to the bottom of the hole by high-pressure water, and then the anchoring agent is squeezed by water pressure to enter gaps between the pipe walls and the hole walls so as to be anchored. Although this method reduces the supporting operation time, there are many problems: firstly, although the anchoring agent is fed into the bottom of a hole by using high-pressure water and is broken by extrusion, the anchoring agent cannot be fully stirred, so that the bonding force is low, and meanwhile, after a plastic package wrapping the anchoring agent is broken, gaps between the wall of the pipe and the wall of the hole are easily blocked, so that the anchoring agent cannot completely enter, the length of an anchoring section cannot be effectively controlled, and finally, the anchoring effect is poor, the anchoring force is low, and even the anchoring force is only about 20% of the designed anchoring force; secondly, the anchoring agent is sent to the bottom of the hole by high-pressure water, the water can participate in the stirring and condensation of the anchoring agent, and holes are easily formed in the anchoring layer while the gel time is prolonged, so that the anchoring compactness is poor, and finally the anchoring is unreliable. Therefore, a method for filling and stirring the anchoring agent is needed, which can not only exert the quick installation effect of the supporting mode, but also ensure that the anchoring agent can fully exert the function and reliably anchor.

Aiming at the technical defects, the invention aims to provide a device for quickly and accurately installing an anchoring agent and a using method thereof, which can solve the technical problems of uneven stirring, low filling rate and unreliable anchoring of the anchoring agent in a novel support of a quick excavation roadway.
