The invention provides a water conservancy construction protection device for a building.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, in an embodiment of the present invention, the protective apparatus for construction of water conservancy facilities includes a bracket 10, a protective rail 40, a water absorbing member 20, and a driving assembly 30.
Specifically, the bracket 10 includes a base 11 and a column 12, wherein the column 12 is disposed on the base 11, a first receiving groove 121 is disposed on the column 12, a second receiving groove 111 is disposed at the bottom of the base 11, and a first notch (not labeled) is formed at the bottom of the base 11 by the second receiving groove 111.
The guard rail 40 is disposed between the two uprights 12.
The water absorbing member 20 comprises an evaporation section 21 and a water absorbing section 22 connected with each other, wherein the evaporation section 21 is disposed in the first receiving groove 121, the water absorbing section 22 is movably disposed in the second receiving groove 111, and the water absorbing section 22 has a first position (see fig. 8 in detail) received in the second receiving groove 111 and a second position (see fig. 9 in detail) at least partially protruding out of the first notch.
The drive assembly 30 is adapted to move the barrel 22 between the first and second positions.
Specifically, the base 11 is used for supporting the upright 12 and the guard rail 40, one end of the upright 12 is inserted into the base 11, and the other end extends in a direction away from the upright 12. The two sides of the guard rail 40 are respectively connected with the two columns 12 for protecting a construction site and warning pedestrians and vehicles. In some embodiments, the guard rail 40 is detachably connected to the column 12 to facilitate field assembly and disassembly of the guard. Of course, in other embodiments, the guard rail 40 may be non-removably attached to the column 12.
The water absorbing section 22 of the water absorbing member 20 is disposed in the second receiving groove 111, and the second receiving groove 111 is disposed at the bottom of the base 11, that is, the water absorbing section 22 is located at the bottom of the base 11. Since the suction section 22 has a second position at least partially protruding out of the first slot, the suction section 22 can be driven to move to the second position by the driving assembly 30 after the base 11 is placed on the construction site. Furthermore, when there is the bottom that leaks to flow to base 11 or the bottom of base 11 to leak at the construction site and there is ponding, water absorbing member 20 can absorb these water to can avoid base 11 and ground to reduce the problem because of the frictional force that ponding exists and lead to, and then improved protector's security. It should be noted that, the actual hydraulic engineering construction environment is very complicated, and after the protection device is placed, the base 11 may be flush with the ground, or may have a gap with the ground, so that in the actual use process, the water absorption section 22 may not protrude from the first notch, or may be flush with the periphery of the first notch. However, even if the water suction section 22 is kept flush with the periphery of the first notch, the water suction section 22 can still suck water flowing into the bottom of the base 11.
The evaporation section 21 and the water absorption section 22 are connected to each other, so that the water absorbed by the water absorption section 22 moves toward the evaporation section 21, thereby improving the water storage capacity of the water absorption member 20. In addition, since the evaporation section 21 of the water absorbing member 20 is disposed in the first receiving groove 121, and the first receiving groove 121 is disposed on the upright post 12, the evaporation section 21 is easily exposed to sunlight or affected by the upright post 12 after being heated. In this way, the water in the evaporation section 21 will be easily evaporated. It is worth noting that the drier the evaporation section 21, the faster the water moves from the water-absorbing section 22 to the evaporation section 21, and therefore the evaporation section 21 is provided to facilitate the increase of the water-absorbing capacity of the water-absorbing member 20.
Specifically, the absorbent member 20 is a capillary absorbent member such as sponge, gauze, etc., which can absorb moisture by capillary action and move the moisture in the absorbent section 22 and the evaporation section 21.
In addition, when the protection device is stored, the driving assembly 30 can drive the water absorption section 22 to move to the first position, so that the water absorption section 22 is prevented from being damaged by the outside, and the service life of the water absorption piece 20 is prolonged.
It can be understood that, in the protective device for construction of water conservancy for buildings according to the technical scheme of the application, the second containing groove 111 is formed at the bottom of the base 11, and the water absorbing section 22 of the water absorbing member 20 is arranged in the second containing groove 111, so that the accumulated water at the bottom can be absorbed, the base 11 is prevented from slipping, and the safety of the protective device during use is improved; meanwhile, the water storage capacity of the water absorbing member 20 can be increased and the water absorbing capacity of the water absorbing member 20 can be improved by the evaporation section 21 arranged in the first accommodating groove 121; in addition, the driving assembly 30 drives the water absorption section 22, so that the service life of the water absorption piece 20 can be prolonged on the basis of ensuring the water absorption function of the water absorption piece 20. It is thus clear that compare in the protector that can't clear away bottom ponding, the water conservancy construction protector for building of this application has the high advantage of security.
In one embodiment, the second receiving groove 111 is disposed around the outer periphery of the base 11, and correspondingly, the water absorbing section 22 surrounds the outer periphery of the base 11. By this arrangement, when the water suction section 22 is located at the second position, water suction protection can be formed in the circumferential direction of the base 11, thereby being beneficial to improving the safety of the protection device in use. In addition, the second receiving groove 111 annularly arranged on the periphery of the base 11 can also reduce the limitation on the placing position or the placing direction of the base 11, thereby being convenient for constructors to use. Of course, the design of the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the second receiving groove 111 may be disposed in other shapes, such as a C shape, a U shape, an L shape, an I shape, and the like.
In an embodiment, the first receiving groove 121 extends spirally in the extending direction of the upright 12. The arrangement is beneficial to increasing the length of the evaporation section 21 on one hand, so as to increase the water storage capacity of the water absorbing member 20; on the other hand, the heating area of the evaporation section 21 is increased, so as to increase the evaporation speed of water in the evaporation section 21, and improve the water absorption capacity of the water absorbing member 20. Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the first receiving groove 121 may also be disposed in a wave shape, a linear shape, or the like.
In an embodiment, the second receiving cavity 111 forms a second notch (not labeled) on a sidewall of the base 11, and the sidewall of the base 11 is provided with a receiving cavity 112 communicating with the second notch. Correspondingly, the water absorbing member 20 further includes a folding section 23, two ends of the folding section 23 are respectively connected to the evaporation section 21 and the water absorbing section 22, and the folding section 23 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 112 and can be folded in the accommodating cavity 112.
It will be appreciated that since the absorbent section 22 needs to be moved between the first position and the second position, the absorbent member 20 will be deformed when the absorbent section 22 is moved, which is not conducive to extending the useful life of the absorbent member. The accommodating cavity 112 is formed in the side wall of the base 11, and the folding section 23 of the water absorbing piece 20 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 112, so that the folding of the folding section 23 can replace the deformation of the water absorbing piece 20, and the service life of the water absorbing piece 20 can be prolonged. Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the accommodating cavity 112 and the folding section 23 may not be provided on the basis of ensuring the service life of the water absorbing member 20.
In an embodiment, the receiving cavity 112 forms a cavity opening (not labeled) on a side wall of the base 11, and the construction safety device further includes a cover plate 50, wherein the cover plate 50 is detachably or rotatably disposed at the cavity opening. With such an arrangement, on the one hand, the folding section 23 can be protected by the cover plate 50, so as to prolong the service life of the water absorbing member 20; on the other hand, after the cover plate 50 is removed or rotated, the water absorbing member 20 can be easily installed or removed from the opening of the accommodating cavity 112. Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and the cover plate 50 may not be provided in other embodiments.
Optionally, in order to facilitate evaporation of water in the folding section 23, the cover plate 50 is provided with air holes.
In an embodiment, the base 11 is further provided with a connecting groove 113, and one end of the connecting groove 113 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 112, and the other end is communicated with the first accommodating groove 121. Accordingly, the evaporation section 21 of the water absorbing member 20 is also received in the first and second coupling grooves 113 and 113. With such an arrangement, on one hand, the water absorbing member 20 can be smoothly transited between the first accommodating groove 121 and the second accommodating groove 111; on the other hand, the evaporation section 21 can be limited and protected by the connecting groove 113, so that the service life of the water absorbing member 20 is prolonged. Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the connecting groove 113 may not be provided.
In one embodiment, the driving assembly 30 includes a driving member 31, a connecting member 32 and a pushing member 33. In particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,
the driving member 31 is telescopically arranged in the base 11, and the driving member 31 has a first state protruding out of the bottom of the base 11 (see fig. 8 in detail) and a second state flush with the bottom of the base 11 (see fig. 9 in detail).
The middle part of the connecting piece 32 is rotatably connected with the base 11, one end of the connecting piece 32 is rotatably connected with the driving piece 31, and the other end of the pushing piece 33 is rotatably connected.
The pushing member 33 is movably disposed in the second receiving groove 111, and the water absorbing section 22 is disposed on a side of the pushing member 33 facing the first notch and can be driven by the pushing member 33 to move.
The drive element 31 drives the push member 33 via the coupling element 32, wherein the suction section 22 is in the first position when the drive element 31 is in the first state and the suction section 22 is in the second position when the drive element 31 is in the second state.
Specifically, in actual use, since the driving member 31 protrudes from the bottom of the base 11 in the first state, when the constructor places the base 11 on the ground, the driving member 31 is pushed by the ground to move toward the base 11 (i.e., move from the first state to the second state). During the process of moving the driving member 31 from the first state to the second state, the driving member 31 can drive the connecting member 32 to rotate, and further drive the pushing member 33 to move toward the first notch, and the pushing member 33 further pushes the water absorbing section 22 to move from the first position to the second position. When the driving member 31 moves to the second state, the water absorbing section 22 moves to the second position under the pushing of the water absorbing member 20. At this time, since the driving member 31 is kept flush with the bottom of the base 11, the placement of the base 11 is not affected. When the constructor takes up the base 11, under the action of gravity, the driving member 31 will move towards the direction away from the base 11 and move from the second state to the first state, and at this time, under the driving of the connecting member 32, the pushing member 33 drives the water absorbing section 22 to move from the second position to the first position.
It can be understood that the driving member 31, the connecting member 32 and the pushing member 33 are matched to synchronously switch the water suction section 22 between the second position and the first position during the process of placing the base 11 and taking up the base 11, so that the driving member 31 does not need to be additionally controlled to change the position state of the water suction section 22, and the arrangement of the protection device by a constructor can be greatly facilitated.
Specifically, the connecting member 32 includes a first link 321 and a second link 322, one end of the first link 321 is rotatably connected to the driving member 31, the other end of the first link 321 is connected to one end of the second link 322, the other end of the second link 322 is rotatably connected to the pushing member 33, the extending directions of the first link 321 and the second link 322 intersect, and the connecting member 32 is rotatably connected to the base 11 at the connection position of the first link 321 and the second link 322.
It can be understood that the extending directions of the first connecting rod 321 and the second connecting rod 322 are set to intersect, so that the occupied space of the connecting member 32 in the base 11 can be reduced on the basis of ensuring the water absorbing section 22 to be switched between the first position and the second position, thereby improving the compactness and the working stability of each structure in the base 11. Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the connecting member 32 may be a linear rod-shaped structure.
In one embodiment, the pushing member 33 is disposed in a ring shape, and accordingly, the driving member 31 includes a bottom plate 311 and a connecting rod 312, the bottom plate 311 is disposed in a ring shape, one end of the connecting rod 312 is connected to the bottom plate 311, and the other end is rotatably connected to the connecting member 32; a plurality of connecting rods 312 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the bottom plate 311 at intervals, and each connecting rod 312 is correspondingly connected with one connecting piece 32.
It is understood that the pushing member 33 is configured in a ring shape, and can be adapted to the second receiving groove 111 in a ring shape to fix the water sucking section 22. The annular bottom plate 311 is advantageous for increasing the contact area between the driving member 31 and the ground, and further, for facilitating the driving member 31 to move from the first state to the second state under the pushing of the ground, and the plurality of connecting rods are disposed on the annular bottom plate 311, and each connecting rod is connected to one connecting member 32, which is advantageous for improving the driving stability between the driving member 31 and the pushing member 33.
In an embodiment, the driving assembly 30 further includes an elastic member 34, one end of the elastic member 34 is connected to the base 11, and the other end is connected to the pushing member 33, and the elastic member 34 is configured to apply an elastic force to the pushing member 33 when the water absorbing section 22 is in the second position, so that the pushing member 33 has a movement tendency to drive the water absorbing member 20 to move to the first position.
Specifically, when the water absorbing section 22 moves from the first position to the second position under the pushing action of the pushing member 33, the elastic member 34 is elastically deformed, and thus applies an elastic force to the pushing member 33. In the process of moving the driving member 31 from the second state to the first state, the elastic force exerted by the elastic member 34 assists the water absorption section 22 to return, so as to ensure that the water absorption section 22 is always accommodated in the second accommodating groove 111 when the base 11 is not in use, thereby being beneficial to protecting the water absorption section 22 and prolonging the service life of the water absorption member 20.
It will be appreciated that the resilient force provided by the resilient member 34 assists in maintaining the motor-absorbent section 22 in the first position, thereby facilitating protection of the motor-absorbent section 22 and extending the useful life of the motor-absorbent section 22.
Further, a plurality of elastic members 34 are provided at intervals in the extending direction of the pushing member 33. This increases the resilience of the pusher 33 when the suction section 22 is in the second position, thereby assisting the return of the auxiliary suction section 22 to the first position.
Alternatively, the elastic member 34 may be a spring, a bungee cord, a leaf spring, or the like.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by using the contents of the present specification and the drawings, or any other related technical fields, which are directly or indirectly applied to the present invention, are included in the scope of the present invention.
