Specifically, the first water pump 310 sends the pumped sewage into the dosing unit 321, adds the flocculating agent into the sewage, then sends the sewage with the flocculating agent into the stirring unit 322, the flocculating agent and the sewage are fully mixed by high-speed stirring, the mixed sewage enters the flocculating unit 323, flocculation is performed by the flocculating unit 323, so that the sewage in the sewage is gradually flocculated and the clear water is layered, finally, the clear water is pumped out by the second water pump 340 and sent into the self-cleaning filter 330, and the sewage is discharged into the water tank 200.
Flocculation refers to aggregation and enlargement of suspended particles in water or liquid or formation of floccules, so that coagulation is accelerated, and the aim of solid-liquid separation is fulfilled.
It should be noted that the dosing unit 321, the stirring unit 322 and the flocculation unit 323 provided in the present application may be integrated into one device; three devices which are mutually independent can be also mutually and sequentially communicated through a pipeline; any two of the devices can be integrated into one device and communicated with the other device through a pipeline; that is, as long as the direction of the water flow passes through the dosing unit 321, the stirring unit 322, and the flocculation unit 323 in sequence, solid-liquid separation of the sewage can be achieved, and therefore, the specific structures of the dosing unit 321, the stirring unit 322, and the flocculation unit 323 are not limited.
In the application, suspended matters in the sewage can be fully settled through flocculation, so that the effect of solid-liquid separation is achieved, and the clear water after flocculation is further filtered through the self-cleaning filter 330 to generate clear water, so that the cleaning vehicle provided by the application does not need to be provided with the clear water tank 200, namely, the clear water generated by filtering the sewage in the water tank 200 is directly sprayed on the road surface to clean the road surface, and water is required to be added into the water tank 200, namely, the water in the water tank 200 is always in a turbid state; in the course of the work, cleaning device 400 constantly sprays the clear water that filters the production, inhales the sewage on the road surface simultaneously, owing to only set up a water tank 200, consequently, the whole volume of water tank 200 is great, can hold more water, can prolong the operating time of a case of water like this, prolongs a duty cycle of cleaning cart promptly to reduce the number of times of adding water of cleaning cart, be favorable to improving the work efficiency of cleaning cart.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the vehicle body 100 of the cleaning vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention is further provided with a negative pressure cabin 500, and the negative pressure cabin 500 is used for providing a negative pressure environment for the cleaning cosmetics to suck in the sewage. By continuously sucking the sewage on the road surface, the working time of a tank of water can be prolonged, namely the working period of the cleaning vehicle is prolonged.
It should be noted that the negative pressure cabin 500 and the cleaning device 400 provided by the present application are both the negative pressure cabin 500 and the cleaning device 400 used in the prior art, that is, the specific structure and connection manner of the negative pressure cabin 500 and the cleaning device 400 are all the prior art, and therefore, they will not be described in detail.

Claims (14)

1. A cleaning vehicle, comprising:
a vehicle body;
the water tank is arranged on the vehicle body;
the water inlet of the sewage treatment component is communicated with the water outlet of the water tank;
the water outlet of the sewage treatment assembly is communicated with the cleaning device, and the cleaning device is used for spraying clean water generated by the sewage treatment assembly on the ground and sucking generated sewage into the water tank.
2. The cleaning vehicle according to claim 1, wherein a filter screen is arranged in the water tank, and the filter screen is arranged at a water outlet of the water tank.
3. The cleaning vehicle according to claim 2, wherein the inside of the water tank is divided into a first cavity and a second cavity by a partition plate, the first cavity and the second cavity are independent of each other, the sewage treatment assembly is arranged in the first cavity, the second cavity is used for storing sewage, and the water outlet of the water tank is arranged on the inner wall of the second cavity.
4. The cleaning vehicle according to claim 3, wherein the second cavity is divided into a sewage cavity and a buffer cavity by the filter screen, and the water outlet of the water tank is arranged on the side wall of the buffer cavity.
5. The cleaning vehicle as claimed in claim 4, wherein a drain outlet is provided on the bottom surface of the buffer chamber.

The cleaning trolley according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the sewage treatment assembly comprises a first water pump and a sewage treatment device, a water inlet of the first water pump is communicated with a water outlet of the water tank, a water outlet of the first water pump is communicated with a water inlet of the sewage treatment device, and a water outlet of the sewage treatment device is communicated with the cleaning device.
7. The cleaning cart of claim 6, wherein the wastewater treatment assembly further comprises a self-cleaning filter disposed between the wastewater treatment device and the cleaning device.
8. The cleaning cart of claim 7, wherein a second water pump is disposed between the wastewater treatment device and the self-cleaning filter.
9. The cleaning trolley according to claim 6, wherein the sewage treatment device comprises a dosing unit, a stirring unit and a flocculation unit, a water inlet of the dosing unit is communicated with the first water pump, a water outlet of the dosing unit is communicated with a water inlet of the stirring unit, a water outlet of the stirring unit is communicated with a water inlet of the flocculation unit, and a water outlet of the flocculation unit is communicated with the cleaning device.
10. The cleaning vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a negative pressure cabin is further arranged on the vehicle body and is used for providing a negative pressure environment for the cleaning device to suck in sewage.
11. A sewage treatment assembly, comprising:
the water inlet of the sewage treatment device is communicated with the water tank of the cleaning vehicle, and the sewage treatment device is used for performing flocculation treatment on sewage;
and the water inlet of the self-cleaning filter is communicated with the water outlet of the sewage treatment device.
12. The sewage treatment assembly of claim 11, wherein the sewage treatment device comprises:
the water inlet of the dosing unit is communicated with the water tank;
the water inlet of the stirring unit is communicated with the water outlet of the dosing unit;
and the water inlet of the flocculation unit is communicated with the water outlet of the stirring unit, and the water outlet of the flocculation unit is communicated with the self-cleaning filter.
13. The sewage treatment assembly of claim 11 or 12, further comprising:
and the water inlet of the first water pump is communicated with the water tank, and the water outlet of the first water pump is communicated with the water inlet of the sewage treatment device.
14. The sewage treatment assembly of claim 11 or 12, further comprising:
and the water inlet of the second water pump is communicated with the water outlet of the sewage treatment device, and the water outlet of the second water pump is communicated with the water inlet of the self-cleaning filter.
