Abstract
The invention relates to a railway ballast tamping method, which is used for tamping railway turnout zone ballasts while tamping railway main track ballasts. Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the railway ballast tamping method of the invention is used for tamping a railway ballast A on a railway main track and simultaneously tamping a railway ballast B on a railway turnout area.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to realize tamping of railway main track ballast and tamping of railway turnout area ballast, the invention provides a multifunctional tamping device, wherein an auxiliary tamping device 1 is added on an original railway tamping car for tamping railway main track ballast, and the auxiliary tamping device 1 and a main tamping device on the railway tamping car work simultaneously, so that railway turnout area ballast B can be tamped while railway main track ballast A is tamped.
As shown in fig. 4, the auxiliary tamping device is similar to a boom of an excavator, and comprises a rotating base 10, a vertical arm 2 positioned on the rotating base 10, a transverse arm 3 hinged with the vertical arm, and a tamping arm 4 hinged with the transverse arm, wherein the end part of the tamping arm is hinged with a tamping pick assembly 13, and the vertical arm 2, the transverse arm 3 and the tamping arm 4 are respectively provided with a driving oil cylinder 5, 6 and 7. The vertical arm 2 is used for controlling the rotation of the whole suspension arm, the transverse arm 3 is used for controlling the transverse movement of the auxiliary tamping device 1, and the tamping arm 4 is used for controlling the lifting and the downward insertion of the tamping device. In the process of tamping the line, only the main tamping device is needed to work, and the auxiliary tamping device 1 is in a locking state; in the tamping operation in the turnout area, the main tamping device is firstly adopted for operation, and under the condition that the transverse moving distance of the main tamping device is limited, the auxiliary tamping device 1 is unlocked to tamp the fourth far-end steel rail.
Fig. 5 and 6 show another embodiment provided by the invention, wherein the auxiliary tamping device 1 is a small tamping machine 11 which is arranged on a tamping vehicle, the engine of the small tamping machine 11 is an electric motor, and a power supply is provided from the tamping vehicle to drive the electric motor to work, and the small tamping machine is not mechanically connected with the tamping vehicle. Only the main tamping device is needed to work during the tamping operation of the line; in the tamping operation of the turnout area, the main tamping device is firstly adopted for operation, and under the condition that the transverse moving distance of the main tamping device is limited, the hoisting device 12 moves the small tamping machine 11 from the track tamping car to the turnout area to tamp the fourth far-end steel rail.
