The preparation method of the hot melt adhesive for the composite bonding of the PVC hose and the polyester tape comprises the following steps: and fully mixing the polyolefin graft polymer, the ethylene copolymer, the tackifier, the viscosity regulator, the inorganic filler, the styrene thermoplastic elastomer, the silane accelerator and the functional auxiliary agent in a high-speed mixer according to the mass ratio, and performing twin-screw extrusion granulation at the extrusion temperature of 130-200 ℃ to obtain the hot melt adhesive for the composite bonding of the PVC hose and the polyester belt.
