The clamping assembly includes a first clamping plate 165, a second clamping plate 166, a first collet 163, and a second collet 164; the first clamping plate 165 and the second clamping plate 166 are arranged on the side wall in the housing 1611 in an up-down opposite manner, and are respectively connected with the side wall of the housing 1611 in a rotating manner through a rotating shaft; the middle positions of the first clamping plate 165 and the second clamping plate 166 are respectively connected with the side wall of the housing 1611 in a rotating way through rotating shafts; when the first clamping plate 165 and the second clamping plate 166 are distributed in parallel, the distance between the first clamping plate 165 and the second clamping plate 166 is equal to the diameter of the third through hole; one ends of the first and second clamping plates 165 and 166, which are away from the third through hole, are provided with third and fourth spring coupling parts 1651 and 1661; the third spring link portion 1651 and the fourth spring link portion 1661 are elastically connected by the first spring 167; the first spring 167 is in a stretched state, so that the distance between the ends of the first clamping plate 165 and the second clamping plate 166 close to the third through hole is larger than the distance between the ends far away from the third through hole; the first chuck 163 is provided with a first spring connecting part 1631 and a seventh connecting part 1632; the second chuck 164 is provided with a second spring connecting part 1641 and an eighth connecting part 1642; the seventh connecting portion 1632 and the eighth connecting portion 1642 are respectively connected with the other ends of the first clamping plate 165 and the second clamping plate 166 through rotating shafts, so that the first clamping head 163 and the second clamping head 164 are rotatably connected with the first clamping plate 165 and the second clamping plate 166; a second spring 161 is disposed between the first spring connecting portion 1631 and the fifth spring connecting portion 1652, and the second spring 161 is in a compressed state; when the armrest 2 is not fixed, the first clamp 163 and the first clamp plate 165 are in a vertical state; a third spring 162 is disposed between the second spring coupling portion 1641 and the sixth spring coupling portion 1662, the third spring 162 being in a compressed state; when the handrail 2 is not fixed, the second clamping head 164 and the second clamping plate 166 are in a vertical state; the first chuck 163 is provided with a first semicircular clamping opening 1633; the second chuck 164 is provided with a second semicircular bayonet 1643; when the armrest 2 is not fixed, the first clamp 163 and the second clamp 164 are in an open state by the first spring 167; when the armrest 2 needs to be fixed, the first connecting portion 29 and the second connecting portion 210 are inserted through the third through hole to abut against the first clamping plate 165 and the second clamping plate 166, so that the first clamping head 163 and the second clamping head 164 rotate along with the first clamping plate 165 and the second clamping plate 166, the first clamping head 163 and the second clamping head 164 are in a closed state, and are clamped with the first clamping groove 213 and the second clamping groove, and the first connecting portion 29 and the second connecting portion 210 are clamped in the housing 1611; the first clamp 163 and the second clamp 164 are further connected with a first pull rope 168 and a second pull rope 169, respectively; the upper and lower side walls of the housing 1611 are respectively provided with an avoiding hole (not shown) for facilitating the first pulling rope 168 and the second pulling rope 169 to extend to the outside of the housing 1611; the first pulling rope 168 and the second pulling rope 169 extend to the outside of the housing 1611; by pulling the first and second pulling wires 168 and 169, the first and second chucks 163 and 164 are opened, and the engagement with the first and second engaging grooves 213 and 210 is released, whereby the first and second connection portions 29 and 210 can be taken out.
The use method of the auxiliary device for the old to go up and down stairs in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
when the handrail 2 is used to go up and down the stairs 3, the handrail 2 is in a straight rod shape, the first connecting portion 29 and the second connecting portion 210 are inserted into the first clamping plate 165 and the second clamping plate 166 through the third through hole to abut against the first clamping plate 165 and the second clamping plate 166, so that the first clamping head 163 and the second clamping head 164 rotate along with the first clamping plate 165 and the second clamping plate 166, the first clamping head 163 and the second clamping head 164 are further in a closed state and are clamped with the first clamping groove 213 and the second clamping groove, and the first connecting portion 29 and the second connecting portion 210 are clamped in the shell 1611, so that the handrail 2 is fixed; a user holds the handrail 2 with a hand, the motor 14 is started, the driving mechanism 1 drives the handrail 2 to linearly move along the stairs 3, and the user can go up and down the stairs 3 by holding the handrail 2, so that the safety and labor saving effects are achieved, and safety accidents caused by insufficient physical strength when going up and down the stairs 3 are avoided;
after going up and down the stairs 3, the first clamp 163 and the second clamp 164 are in an open state by pulling the first pull rope 168 and the second pull rope 169, and the first clamp 213 and the second clamp are disengaged, so that the first connection part 29 and the second connection part 210 can be taken out, and the taking and the placing are convenient.
The armrest 2 in this embodiment may also be used as a crutch and a stool, and may be used as a crutch when the armrest 2 maintains a straight-bar state; when the stool is used, the first fixing buckle 23 and the second fixing buckle 24 are respectively moved to be completely positioned on the first connecting rod 21 and the second connecting rod 22, and the first supporting rod 25 and the second supporting rod 26 are rotated to be respectively vertical to the first connecting rod 21 and the second connecting rod 22; the first connecting rod 21 and the second connecting rod 22 are pulled outwards, so that the first supporting rod 25 and the second supporting rod 26 are in an X-shaped supporting state; the flexible stool surface between the first connecting rod 21 and the second connecting rod 22 is pulled open; the positions of the first and second bases 27 and 28 on the first and second support bars 25 and 26 are adjusted so that the first and second connection portions 29 and 210 are hidden in the fifth and sixth grooves 271 and 281, respectively, and thus, the stool can be used.

Claims (5)

1. An auxiliary device for old people to go up and down stairs is characterized by comprising a driving mechanism, a fixing mechanism and a handrail;
the driving mechanism is used for driving the fixing mechanism to move linearly;
the fixing mechanism is arranged on the driving mechanism and used for fixing the handrail;
the handrail comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, two first supporting rods, two second supporting rods, two first connecting pieces, two second connecting pieces, two first fixing buckles and two second fixing buckles; the tops of the two first supporting rods are respectively movably connected with the two ends of the first connecting rod through the first connecting piece; the tops of the two second supporting rods are respectively movably connected with the two ends of the second connecting rod through the second connecting piece; the first fixing buckle and the second fixing buckle are movably arranged on the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod respectively; the first fixing buckle is used for enabling the first connecting rod and the first supporting rod to keep a straight rod state; the second fixing buckle is used for enabling the second connecting rod and the second supporting rod to keep a straight rod state; the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod are hinged through a rotating shaft, so that the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod can be folded into a folding straight rod state or an X-shaped supporting state; a flexible stool surface is arranged between the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod; the bottoms of the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod are respectively provided with a first connecting part and a second connecting part; the first connecting part and the second connecting part are detachably connected with the fixing mechanism;
the driving mechanism comprises a guide rail, a sliding block, a lead screw support and a motor; the sliding block is movably arranged on the guide rail; the lead screw supports are respectively arranged at two ends of the guide rail; the screw rod is rotatably arranged on the screw rod support; one end of the lead screw is connected with a rotating shaft of the motor; the fixing mechanism is arranged on the sliding block and is in threaded connection with the lead screw; the motor is matched with the lead screw and used for driving the fixing mechanism to move linearly along the guide rail;
the fixing mechanism comprises a shell, a clamping assembly and a lead screw nut, wherein the clamping assembly and the lead screw nut are arranged in the shell; a first through hole and a second through hole are oppositely arranged on two side walls of the shell; the first through hole, the second through hole and the lead screw nut are coaxially arranged; the aperture of the first through hole and the aperture of the second through hole are larger than the inner diameter of the screw nut; the fixing mechanism is in threaded connection with the lead screw through the lead screw nut; a third through hole is formed in the other side wall of the shell; the first connecting part and the second connecting part penetrate through the third through hole to be detachably connected with the clamping assembly;
the clamping assembly comprises a first clamping plate, a second clamping plate, a first clamping head and a second clamping head; the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are oppositely arranged on the side wall in the shell from top to bottom and are respectively and rotatably connected with the side wall of the shell through a rotating shaft; one ends, far away from the third through hole, of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are elastically connected through a first spring; the first chuck and the second chuck are respectively and rotatably arranged at the other ends of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate through rotating shafts; a second spring is arranged between the first chuck and the first clamping plate and is in a compressed state; a third spring is arranged between the second chuck and the second clamping plate and is in a compressed state; the first chuck is provided with a first semicircular bayonet; a second semicircular bayonet is arranged on the second chuck; when the handrail is not fixed, the first clamping head and the second clamping head are in an opening state under the action of the first spring; when the armrest needs to be fixed, the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are inserted into the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate to be abutted through the third through hole, so that the first chuck and the second chuck rotate along with the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, the first chuck and the second chuck are further in a closed state, and the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are clamped in the shell; the first chuck and the second chuck are also respectively connected with a first pull rope and a second pull rope; the first pull rope and the second pull rope respectively extend to the outside of the shell; the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion can be taken out by pulling the first pulling rope and the second pulling rope to enable the first chuck and the second chuck to be in an open state.

the second connecting piece comprises a fifth connecting part and a sixth connecting part which are integrally formed; the second support rod is rotatably connected with the fifth connecting part through a third rotating shaft; the sixth connecting part is rotatably connected with the second supporting rod through a fourth rotating shaft; the third rotating shaft and the fourth rotating shaft are vertically distributed.

The assisting apparatus for the elderly to ascend and descend stairs according to claim 1, wherein the first fixing clip is movable in a length direction of the first connecting rod; a first groove is formed in the first fixing buckle; the upper side wall and the lower side wall in the first groove are oppositely provided with first limiting convex edges; a second groove matched with the first limiting convex rib for use is formed in the first connecting rod; the first fixing buckle is movably clamped on the first connecting rod through the matching of the first limiting convex rib and the second groove, so that the first connecting rod is positioned in the first groove; when the first support rod and the first connecting rod are in a straight rod state, the first fixing buckle can respectively move towards two ends of the first connecting rod, so that the first support rod and the first connecting rod can keep a straight rod state;
the second fixing buckle can move along the length direction of the second connecting rod; a third groove is formed in the second fixing buckle; the upper side wall and the lower side wall in the third groove are oppositely provided with second limiting convex edges; a fourth groove matched with the second limiting convex rib for use is formed in the second connecting rod; the second fixed buckle is movably clamped on the second connecting rod through the matching of the second limiting convex edge and the fourth groove, so that the second connecting rod is positioned in the third groove; when the second support rod and the second connecting rod are in a straight rod state, the second fixing buckle can move towards two ends of the second connecting rod respectively, so that the second support rod and the second connecting rod are kept in a straight rod state.
