After the sleeve 100 is rolled out, the sleeve take-out mechanism 3 returns to the original blocking position to prepare for taking out the next roller 100. Therefore, the storage and conveying of the sleeve 100 are easy to realize, the roller 100 stored on the bearing seat 1 can be conveniently taken out one by one, the operation of the next procedure is facilitated, the efficiency and the operation safety can be effectively improved, the cost is reduced, and the working strength is reduced.
