Abstract
The invention discloses an oscillation making device for reducing impact load of a liquid tank and the liquid tank, wherein the oscillation making device comprises at least two oscillation making plates, the two oscillation making plates are fixedly arranged on the bottom wall of the liquid tank and extend along the vertical direction, and two opposite side parts of each oscillation making plate are abutted and contacted with the side wall of the liquid tank. The oscillation plate is made of flexible materials and is provided with three arc-shaped sections, when the impact load of liquid is responded, elastic deformation can be generated, the impact load of the liquid can be absorbed, the liquid which is oscillated can climb upwards along the arc-shaped sections, the impact effect of the liquid is eliminated, and the oscillation efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ship transportation engineering, in particular to an oscillation suppressing device for reducing impact load of a liquid tank and the liquid tank.
Background
Under the condition that a liquid tank of the oil tanker is not fully filled with fluid, the fluid in the tank can generate a sloshing phenomenon, and the sloshing phenomenon has the characteristics of randomness, nonlinearity and the like. The oil tanker is not protected from the influence of extreme weather, wave impact and the like during navigation, and when the external excitation frequency is close to the natural frequency of the fluid in the tank, stronger impact load can be generated on the tank wall of the liquid tank, so that the stability of the navigation of the oil tanker is caused, and potential safety hazards can be caused to the whole structure of the oil tanker. In order to reduce the impact of the liquid on the tank wall, a heave plate is generally provided in the tank. The current oscillation plates are mainly divided into a fixed type and a floating type.
The fixed oscillation plate is a plate which is formed by fixing a horizontal plate, a vertical plate, an annular plate, a T-shaped plate or a combination of the horizontal plate, the vertical plate, the annular plate and the T-shaped plate on a bulkhead to reduce liquid oscillation impact pressure. Since the fixed oscillation plate cannot change with the change of the liquid loading rate in the tank, the oscillation has a limited range of action on the loading rate. When liquid in the liquid tank is loaded more, the oscillation plate plays a very small oscillation role, the oscillation plate is subjected to a large impact force, the liquid is still easy to oscillate, and the oscillation plate is easy to break and damage under the action of the large impact force of the liquid.
The floating oscillation plate is a plate which is placed on the free liquid surface and floats vertically or horizontally or in a combination mode of the vertical plate and the horizontal plate, so that the oscillation is realized. Although the floating oscillation plate can adapt to the change of different liquid carrying rates of the liquid tank, the floating state of the floating oscillation plate can easily collide the side wall and the tank top. In order to avoid collision, additional anti-collision protection equipment needs to be additionally arranged, so that complex manufacturing process and difficulty in installation and maintenance are brought.
Although the existing rigid oscillation plate can reduce the impact load of liquid in a liquid tank to a certain extent, the rigid oscillation plate cannot effectively eliminate or buffer the impact action of the liquid when dealing with the impact action of the liquid, and the liquid easily overflows the oscillation plate when oscillating in the liquid tank, so that the oscillation efficiency is low.

Therefore, the invention provides an oscillation device for reducing impact load of a liquid tank, which comprises at least two oscillation plates, wherein the two oscillation plates are fixedly arranged on the bottom wall of the liquid tank and extend along the vertical direction, two opposite side parts of each oscillation plate are abutted against and contacted with the side wall of the liquid tank, each oscillation plate is made of flexible materials, a plurality of damping holes penetrating through the oscillation plate are formed in each oscillation plate, the oscillation plates are fully distributed in the damping holes, each oscillation plate comprises a first arc-shaped section, a second arc-shaped section and a third arc-shaped section from bottom to top, the curvature radius of the first arc-shaped section is larger than that of the second arc-shaped section, and the curvature radius of the second arc-shaped section is larger than that of the third arc-shaped section.
Preferably, the height of the oscillation plate is 2/3-3/4 from the height of the bottom wall to the height of the top wall of the liquid tank.
Preferably, the thickness of the oscillation plate is 1.5-2 times of the thickness of the liquid cabin wall.
Preferably, the oscillation plates are provided in plurality and are arranged in the tank at equal intervals along the length direction of the tank.
Preferably, the aperture size of the damping hole is 10-15 mm.
The invention also provides a liquid tank which comprises a tank body, wherein the inner bottom wall of the tank body is provided with the oscillation suppressing device in any one of the technical schemes.
