本发明涉及保温板加工装置技术领域,具体涉及一种地面隔声保温板的切割装置,包括支撑架、放置台和切割刀具,所述切割刀具的顶端与一号竖直液压油缸固定连接,所述放置台的数量是2,所述放置台的底面与所述支撑架滑动连接,所述放置台的侧面通过一号水平液压油缸与所述支撑架连接,所述放置台通过二号竖直液压油缸与保温板抵接,所述支撑架设有吸入风机和吸入腔,所述吸入腔设有过滤网;通过吸入腔及时处理切割产生的碎屑和泡沫颗粒,防止碎屑和泡沫颗粒滞留在切割处影响切割刀具的顺利移动,旋转的抛光盘进入切割后保温板之间的空隙,对保温板的切割处进行旋转打磨抛光,提高保温板切割处的平整度,减少切割处泡沫粒的粘连。

技术领域
本发明涉及保温板加工装置技术领域,具体涉及一种地面隔声保温板的切割装置。
背景技术
随着社会环保意识的发展,节能减排已经越来越受到人们的重视,建筑楼层间的保温、隔声要求也相应提高,以减少楼层上下分户间冷热量的传递,达到节能的目的,同时也能够降低生活噪音,提高居住的舒适度。聚苯乙烯发泡塑料板是常见的隔音阻热保温板,保温隔声效果好,且质轻。在实际生产中,出于运输和安装等因素的考虑,需要对聚苯乙烯发泡塑料板进行切割,但是在切割的过程中,碎屑和泡沫颗粒容易滞留在切割处进而影响切割刀具的顺利移动,并且切割处容易残留粘连的泡沫粒,影响保温板切割处的平整度。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种地面隔声保温板的切割装置,通过吸入腔及时处理切割产生的碎屑和泡沫颗粒,防止碎屑和泡沫颗粒滞留在切割处影响切割刀具的顺利移动,旋转的抛光盘进入切割后保温板之间的空隙,对保温板的切割处进行旋转打磨抛光,提高保温板切割处的平整度,减少切割处泡沫粒的粘连;本发明还便于一次对多块保温板进行堆叠切割,提高生产效率。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种地面隔声保温板的切割装置,包括支撑架、放置台和切割刀具,所述切割刀具的顶端与一号竖直液压油缸固定连接,所述放置台的数量是2,所述放置台的底面与所述支撑架滑动连接,所述放置台的侧面通过一号水平液压油缸与所述支撑架连接,所述放置台通过二号竖直液压油缸与保温板抵接,所述支撑架设有吸入风机和吸入腔,所述吸入腔设有过滤网。
进一步的,所述支撑架设有二号水平液压油缸、安装板和抛光盘,所述安装板与所述二号水平液压油缸固定连接,所述安装板上固定连接有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出端与所述抛光盘连接,所述安装板、所述抛光盘的水平横截面均为圆形结构,所述安装板的直径小于所述抛光盘的直径。
进一步的,所述放置台设有定位板和定位通道,所述定位板与所述定位通道滑动连接。
进一步的,所述定位板设有定位螺栓和定位螺母,所述定位螺栓穿过所述定位通道与所述定位螺母螺纹连接。
进一步的,所述放置台设有电动伸缩杆和毛刷架,所述电动伸缩杆固定连接有辅助杆,所述辅助杆穿过所述吸入腔与所述毛刷架固定连接,所述毛刷架与所述过滤网抵接。
进一步的,所述放置台设有压板,所述压板的顶端与所述二号竖直液压油缸的底端固定连接。
由于采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益如下:
1)本发明一号水平液压油缸处于伸展状态时,2个放置台之间留有碎屑通过的缝隙,并且缝隙与吸入腔对应,在切割的过程中,吸入风机工作,切割产生的碎屑进入吸入腔,通过吸入腔及时处理切割产生的碎屑和泡沫颗粒,防止碎屑和泡沫颗粒滞留在切割处影响切割刀具的顺利移动;
2)本发明切割完成后,一号水平液压油缸收缩,带动放置台分别向支撑架的两端滑动,切割后保温板之间的空隙与抛光盘的尺寸相匹配,驱动电机带动抛光盘旋转,二号水平液压油缸伸展,旋转的抛光盘进入切割后保温板之间的空隙,对保温板的切割处进行旋转打磨抛光,提高保温板切割处的平整度,减少切割处泡沫粒的粘连;
3)本发明定位板沿定位通道滑动,并与保温板相抵触,旋拧定位螺母,固定定位螺栓在定位通道处的位置,从而固定定位板的位置,进而固定保温板在放置台上的位置,便于一次对多块保温板进行堆叠切割,提高生产效率。

如图1-4所示,一种地面隔声保温板的切割装置,包括支撑架1、放置台2和切割刀具3,切割刀具3的顶端与一号竖直液压油缸4固定连接,放置台2的数量是2,放置台2的底面与支撑架1滑动连接,放置台2的侧面通过一号水平液压油缸5与支撑架1连接,放置台2通过二号竖直液压油缸6与保温板抵接,支撑架1设有吸入风机7和吸入腔8,吸入腔8设有过滤网9。
一号水平液压油缸5处于伸展状态时,2个放置台2之间留有碎屑通过的缝隙,并且缝隙与吸入腔8对应,将多块待切割的保温板整齐地放置在放置台2上,二号竖直液压油缸6向下伸展,压紧保温板,一号竖直液压油缸4向下伸展,切割刀具3对保温板进行切割,在切割的过程中,吸入风机7工作,切割产生的碎屑进入吸入腔8,在过滤网9的作用下,碎屑留在吸入腔8中;切割完成后,切割刀具3随一号竖直液压油缸4向上移动;一号水平液压油缸5收缩,带动放置台2分别向支撑架1的两端滑动。
优选地,支撑架1设有二号水平液压油缸10、安装板11和抛光盘12,安装板11与二号水平液压油缸10固定连接,安装板11上固定连接有驱动电机13,驱动电机13的输出端与抛光盘12连接,安装板11、抛光盘12的水平横截面均为圆形结构,安装板11的直径小于抛光盘12的直径。切割完成后,一号水平液压油缸5收缩,带动放置台2分别向支撑架1的两端滑动,切割后保温板之间的空隙与抛光盘12的尺寸相匹配,驱动电机13带动抛光盘12旋转,二号水平液压油缸10伸展,旋转的抛光盘12进入切割后保温板之间的空隙,对保温板的切割处进行旋转打磨抛光,提高保温板切割处的平整度,减少切割处泡沫粒的粘连。
优选地,放置台2设有定位板14和定位通道15,定位板14与定位通道15滑动连接。定位板14沿定位通道15滑动,并与保温板相抵触,固定保温板在放置台2上的位置。
优选地,定位板14设有定位螺栓16和定位螺母17,定位螺栓16穿过定位通道15与定位螺母17螺纹连接。定位板14沿定位通道15滑动,并与保温板相抵触,旋拧定位螺母17,固定定位螺栓16在定位通道15处的位置,从而固定定位板14的位置,进而固定保温板在放置台2上的位置。
优选地,放置台2设有电动伸缩杆18和毛刷架19,电动伸缩杆18固定连接有辅助杆20,辅助杆20穿过吸入腔8与毛刷架19固定连接,毛刷架19与过滤网9抵接。电动伸缩杆18水平伸展,带动毛刷架19移动,移动的毛刷架19防止碎屑停留在过滤网9上,保持过滤网9的畅通,确保吸入风机7正常发挥作用。
优选地,放置台2设有压板21,压板21的顶端与二号竖直液压油缸6的底端固定连接。压板21扩大与保温板接触的面积,防止在保温板上留下压痕。
本发明的工作流程和原理是:一号水平液压油缸5处于伸展状态时,2个放置台2之间留有碎屑通过的缝隙,并且缝隙与吸入腔8对应,将多块待切割的保温板整齐地放置在放置台2上,定位板14沿定位通道15滑动,并与保温板相抵触,旋拧定位螺母17,固定保温板在放置台2上的位置,二号竖直液压油缸6向下伸展,压紧保温板,一号竖直液压油缸4向下伸展,切割刀具3对保温板进行切割,在切割的过程中,吸入风机7工作,切割产生的碎屑进入吸入腔8,在过滤网9的作用下,碎屑留在吸入腔8中;切割完成后,切割刀具3随一号竖直液压油缸4向上移动;一号水平液压油缸5收缩,带动放置台2分别向支撑架1的两端滑动,切割后保温板之间的空隙与抛光盘12的尺寸相匹配,驱动电机13带动抛光盘12旋转,二号水平液压油缸10伸展,旋转的抛光盘12进入切割后保温板之间的空隙,对保温板的切割处进行旋转打磨抛光。
