2) placing crocus sativus into an ultrasonic oscillator to be vibrated and crushed for 10-90 minutes or crushing by other available crushing methods;
3) mixing the above materials and heating in a water bath or any known heating method at a temperature of 30-95 deg.C for at least 1 hr or more;
4) filtering with 800 mesh filter, and fixing volume;
5) and finally, measuring the content of the effective components and correcting the color by using an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer method according to an ISO/TS3632:2003 method or an HPLC liquid chromatography method according to Chinese pharmacopoeia 2010 edition. The final product prepared by the invention is characterized by containing active ingredients such as safranal, saffron total glycoside, amygdalin, kaempferol, flavonoid compound and the like, wherein the active ingredients in the product are measured by an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer according to an ISO/TS3632:2003 method or Chinese pharmacopoeia 2010 version and adopting a 1CM wide ratio color cell, and the active ingredients have reaction display in wavelength ranges of 200-300NM, 300-400NM and 400-500NM, particularly have obvious reaction display at wavelengths of 257NM-297NM, 330NM and 440 NM. The final product made according to the invention contains one or more of the following compounds, compound picrocin, molecular weight about 330, compound picrocin acid, molecular weight about 346, compound diglycoside of picrocin aglycone, molecular weight about 492, compound safranal, molecular weight about 150, compound diglycoside of kaempferol, molecular weight about 610, compound trans-5-nG, molecular weight about 1138, compound trans-4-GG, molecular weight about 976, trans-3-GG, molecular weight about 814, compound trans-2-GG, molecular weight about 652, compound trans-2-G, molecular weight about 652, compound trans-1-G, molecular weight about 490;
6) performing storage pretreatment or packaging.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the organic solvent is ethanol, and the inorganic solvent is deionized water.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. The formula of the crocus sativus skin-care and mucosa-protection product is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: 1-3g of crocus sativus, 3-5g of dextrin, 45-55mL of butanediol, 45-55mL of propanediol, 900-1100mL of inorganic solvent and 30-70mL of organic solvent.
2. The formula of the crocus sativus skin-care and mucous membrane-protecting product according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: 1g of crocus sativus, 5g of dextrin, 45mL of butanediol, 55mL of propylene glycol, 900mL of inorganic solvent and 30-70mL of organic solvent.
3. The formula of the crocus sativus skin-care and mucous membrane-protecting product according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: 3g of crocus sativus, 3g of dextrin, 55mL of butanediol, 45mL of propylene glycol, 1100mL of inorganic solvent and 30-70mL of organic solvent.

The formula of the crocus sativus skin-care and mucous membrane-protecting product according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: 2g of crocus sativus, 4g of dextrin, 50mL of butanediol, 50mL of propanediol, 1000mL of inorganic solvent and 30-70mL of organic solvent.
5. The formula of a skin and mucous membrane protecting product of saffron according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the organic solvent is ethanol.
6. The formula of a crocus sativus skin and mucous membrane protecting product according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the inorganic solvent is deionized water.
7. The method for preparing the formula of the crocus sativus skin-care and mucosa-protection product according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
1) accurately weighing crocus sativus and dextrin, and measuring butanediol, propylene glycol, an inorganic solvent and an organic solvent;
2) placing crocus sativus into an ultrasonic oscillator for oscillation;
3) mixing the above materials, and placing in a water bath tank for hot water bath;
4) filtering with 800 mesh filter, and fixing volume;
5) measuring the content of effective components and correcting the color by using an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer method according to an ISO/TS3632:2003 method or an HPLC liquid chromatography method according to Chinese pharmacopoeia 2010 edition;
6) performing storage pretreatment or packaging.
