the leg distance adjusting body (7) comprises a third supporting column (42), a fourth supporting column (44), a sliding sleeve (45), a fifth nut (46) and a fourth bolt (47), the lower ends of the third supporting column (42) and the fourth supporting column (44) are fixedly connected through a sleeve (25), the upper end of the fifth nut (46) is fixedly connected with the sliding sleeve (45) into a whole, the inner spaces of the sliding sleeve (45) and the fifth nut (46) are connected in a penetrating manner, and the fourth bolt (47) is installed at the inner end of the fifth nut (46) in a threaded manner;
