Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further explained below by combining the specific drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, there are shown schematic structural views of the light shielding mechanism of the endoscope light source device according to the present embodiment.
As can be seen from the figure, the light shielding mechanism 100 of the endoscope light source device comprises a light source connector base 1, a light ray intercepting part 2, a returning structure 3, a driving part 200, a housing 6, a sealing cover 7, a locking part 800, a limit screw 9, a driving screw 10, a plurality of sensors 11 and a light guide plug 12 which are matched with each other.
Wherein the light source connector holder 1 is arranged in the insertion direction of the light guiding plug 12.
The light interception part 2 is arranged in a cavity 106 in the disc structure 101 of the light source connector seat 1; referring to fig. 2, when the two light intercepting parts 2 contact each other, that is, the light intercepting parts 2 completely block the passage 103 of the light source connector holder 1, the light generated by the light source is reliably prevented from propagating from the disc-shaped structure 101 of the light source connector holder 1 to the direction of the tubular structure 102, and the light is blocked at one side of the light intercepting part 2.
The driving screw 10 penetrates through a through hole 107 on the light source connector base 1, the driving screw 10 is fixedly connected with the light ray cut-off part 2, then the limiting screw 9 is fixed at a stepped hole 108 of the light source connector base 1, and the optical axis part of the limiting screw 9 is matched with a strip-shaped hole 105 of the light source connector base 1, so that the light ray cut-off part 2 can be limited to move only along the radial direction of the disc structure 101 of the light source connector 1.
As shown in fig. 2 and 8, the housing 6 is a ring structure, and has positioning spigots 601 and 603 at two ends thereof, the spigot 601 is matched with the spigot 112 of the light source connector holder 1, and the spigot 603 is matched with the sealing cover 7; the interior is provided with a groove 602.
As shown in fig. 2 and 10, the cover 7 has two annular protrusions 701 and 702, and when the light guide plug 12 is not inserted, the protrusions 701 and 702 abut against one side surface of the translation member 5.
In this example, the cover 7 is preferably screwed to the end 110 of the tubular structure 102 of the light source connector holder 1, and may be fixed by means of adhesion or interference, and the manner of connection is not limited and may be determined according to the actual situation.
When the connection between the cover 7 and the light source connector 1 is completed, the seam 703 of the cover 7 is engaged with the seam 603 of the housing 6, and the housing 6 is pressed between the cover 7 and the light source connector holder 1.
As shown in fig. 3, the driving member 200 includes a rotating member 4 and a translating member 5.
As shown in fig. 2, the rotating member 4 is fitted over the tubular structure 102 of the light source connector holder 1 and is rotatable about the axis of the light source connector holder 1.
As shown in fig. 7, the rotary member 4 has a tubular structure 401 on which a spiral strip-shaped through hole 404 expanding in the axial direction is provided, and a disk-shaped structure 402 on which a spiral strip-shaped through hole 403 expanding in the radial direction is provided.
After the head end of the driving screw 10 is fixedly matched with the light ray stopping part 2, the tail end of the driving screw 10 is matched with the spiral strip-shaped through hole 403 on the disc-shaped structure 402 of the rotating part 4, so that the driving screw 10 can only move along the track of the spiral strip-shaped through hole 403.
As shown in fig. 2, the translation member 5 is fitted over the outer peripheral surface of the tubular structure 401 of the rotating member 4, and the locking member 800 is fitted in an inner cavity 501 provided in the radial direction of the translation member 5.
The locking member 800 includes a rod 13, a second elastic member 14, and a fixing member 15.
As shown in fig. 2, both ends of the rod 13 in the locking part 800 are designed to be hemispherical to reduce the friction force of the rod 13 with the inner wall of the housing 6; at the same time, the short end 1301 of the rod-shaped member 13 and the head end of the light guide plug 12 can slide relatively at a proper position.
One end of the rod-shaped member 13 extends from the inner side surface 502 of the translation component 5, passes through the spiral through hole 404 on the tubular structure 401 of the rotation component 5, passes through the strip-shaped hole 104 on the tubular member 102 of the light source connector holder 1, and slightly extends out of the inner side surface 103 of the tubular structure of the light source connector holder 1; the other end of the rod-like member 13 protrudes from the center hole of the fixing member 15 and abuts against the inner wall surface of the housing 6.
Further, one end 1301 of the second elastic member 14 abuts against a step surface of the rod-shaped member 13, and the other end abuts against the fixing member 15; the fixed part 15 is fixedly connected with the translation member 5.
In this embodiment, the fixing member 15 and the translating member 5 are preferably connected by a screw connection, which is not limited herein, and may be connected by gluing or interference.
As shown in fig. 2, the returning structure 3 is an elastic element, one end of which abuts against the end surface of the disc-shaped structure 101 of the light source connector base 1, and the other end of which abuts against the disc-shaped surface of the translation component 5, and is in a compressed state, and provides an axial force to the translation component 5 along the axial direction.
The following describes the implementation of the present example in detail with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, when the light guide plug 12 is not inserted into the internal cavity 103 of the light source connector holder 1, the two light blocking members 2 are in an initial state and contact each other, completely blocking the middle cavity passage 103 of the light source connector holder 1, blocking light at one side of the light blocking members 2.
Meanwhile, the elastic element 3 is in an initial state, and an axial force in an axial direction is provided for the translation component 5, so that the translation component 5 is in contact with the protrusions 701 and 702 of the end cover 7; the locking member 800 arranged in the translation member 5 comprises a rod-shaped member 13, a second elastic member 14 and a fixing member 15, wherein the long end 1302 of the rod-shaped member 13 is in contact with the inner wall of the housing 6, and the other end slightly extends out of the inner wall surface 103 of the inner cavity of the light source connector holder 1, and the diameter of an envelope circle formed by the short ends 1301 of the two rod-shaped members 13 is smaller than the diameter of the light guide plug 12.
One end of the second elastic element 14 abuts against the fixed element 15 fixed on the translating member 5, and the other end abuts against the step surface 1303 of the rod-shaped element 13, so that the second elastic element 14 is in a compressed state, and therefore, the second elastic element 14 provides the rod-shaped element 13 with an elastic force in a radial direction, and ensures that the rod-shaped element 13 has a tendency to move towards the inner side in the radial direction; referring to fig. 2 and 13, when the light guide plug 12 is inserted into the inner cavity 103 of the light source connector holder 1, the light guide plug 12 contacts the short-end hemispherical surface 1301 of the rod-shaped member 13, the rod-shaped member 13 will move in the axial direction due to the axial acting force of the light guide plug 12, and at this time, the rod-shaped member 13 will not move outward in the radial direction because the long end 1302 of the rod-shaped member 13 is in contact with the inner wall surface of the outer shell 6; since the short end of the rod-like member 13 first passes through the helical strip-like hole 404 expanding in the axial direction of the rotating member 4 and then through the strip-like hole 104 in the tubular structure 102 of the light source connector holder 1.
Since the rod-like member 13 can only move in the radial direction of the translation member 5, and the rod-like member 13 is restricted by the strip-shaped hole 104 of the tubular structure 102 of the light source connector holder 1 and can only move in the axial direction, but can not rotate around the axis of the light source connector holder 1, the translation member 5 can not rotate around the axis of the light source connector holder 1, and can only move in the axial direction of the light source connector holder 1.
Since the short end of the rod-shaped element 13 also passes through the helical hole 404 of the rotating member 4 expanding along the axial direction, when the translating member 5 moves towards the light source along the axial direction of the light source connector holder 1, the rod-shaped element 13 forces the rotating member 4 to move according to the helical hole 404 expanding along the axial direction on the tubular structure 401 thereof, and since the disk-shaped structure 402 of the rotating member 4 abuts against the end surface of the disk-shaped structure 101 of the light source connector holder 1 and the end surface of the tubular structure 401 of the rotating member 4 abuts against the protrusion of the cover 7, the rotating member 4 cannot move along the central axial direction thereof but can rotate around the axis thereof.
Therefore, when the rod 13 moves toward the light source side in the axial direction of the light source connector holder 1, the rotating member 4 is forced to rotate by the rod 13.
When the rotating member 4 rotates, since the driving screw 10 is fixedly connected with the light ray blocking part 2, and the protruding end of the driving screw 10 is matched with the spiral through hole 403 expanding along the radial direction on the disc-shaped structure 402 of the rotating member 4, the driving screw 10 will move along the track of the spiral through hole 403, and meanwhile, the protruding end of the driving screw also passes through the strip-shaped through hole 105 on the disc-shaped structure of the light source connector holder 1, so that the driving screw 10 is constrained to move only along the radial direction of the light source connector holder 1 when receiving the strip-shaped through hole 105.
Therefore, when the rotating member 4 rotates, the driving screw 10 is driven by the spiral through hole 403 on the disk-shaped structure of the rotating member 4 to move in the radial direction along the strip-shaped through hole 105 on the disk-shaped structure of the light source connector holder 1.
The light ray cut-off part 2 is fixedly connected with the driving screw 10, a strip-shaped through hole 202 is formed in the light ray cut-off part 2, and the limiting screw 9 is fixed in the stepped hole 108 of the light source connector base 1; the optical axis of the limit screw 9 partially passes through the strip-shaped through hole 202 of the light ray cut-off part 2, but completely passes through the other side surface of the light ray cut-off part 2, so that the limit screw 9 enables the light ray cut-off part 2 to move only along the radial direction of the light source connector seat 1 and can not rotate around the axis.
Therefore, when the driving screw 10 is translated outward in the radial direction, the light ray blocking part 2 is translated outward in the radial direction, so as to conduct the light source side and the light guide plug side of the inner channel 103 of the light source connector holder 1.
When the light guide plug 12 continues to be inserted in the axial direction, the return structure 3 continues to be compressed, and when the internal passage 103 of the light source connector holder 1 is completely opened, that is, the light ray blocking member 2 is completely withdrawn from the internal passage 103, the state is shown in fig. 15.
When the light guide plug 12 is inserted further in the axial direction, the rotating member 4 cannot rotate further because the rod-like member 13 has moved to the tip thereof along the spiral through hole 404 on the tubular structure of the rotating member 4, so when the light guide plug 12 is inserted further, the rod-like member 13 is forced to move outward in the radial direction because the tip of the light guide plug 12 is in contact with the short-end hemisphere 1301 of the rod-like member 13, and at the same time, the groove 602 provided on the inner side of the housing 6 is used to accommodate the hemisphere 1302 on the long-end side of the rod-like member 13, so that the rod-like member 13 can move outward in the radial direction; in addition, the short end spherical tip of the rod-like member 13 is located between the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface of the tubular structure 102 of the light source connector holder 1, so that it is possible to ensure that the light guide plug 12 can pass smoothly and that the translation member 5 does not rotate along the axis of the light source connector holder 1.
After the rod-like member 13 moves outward in the radial direction, the short-end hemisphere 1301 of the rod-like member 13 does not continuously obstruct the front end surface of the light guide plug 12, so that the light guide plug 12 can be continuously inserted forward in the axial direction, and at this time, due to the elastic restoring force of the second elastic member 14, the short-end hemisphere surface of the rod-like member 13 contacts the outer circumferential surface of the light guide plug 12; at this time, since the rod-like member 13 cannot move inward in the radial direction, the translation member 5 is restrained at the position shown in fig. 15, and further, the rotation member 4 is also restrained at the position shown in fig. 15, so that the light blocking member 2 is in the open state and does not return to the initial closed state.
When the light guide plug 12 is inserted continuously along the axial direction, the light guide plug can smoothly pass through the light intercepting part 2, and when the light guide plug 12 is inserted continuously along the axial direction to reach the position of the sensor 11, the sensor 11 can give a corresponding electric signal.
After the endoscope is used, the light guide plug 12 needs to be pulled out.
When the light-conducting plug 12 is pulled out, first of all, it leaves the position of the sensor 11, and the sensor 11 can give a corresponding electrical signal.
The light guide plug 12 continues to move in the direction away from the light source along the axis, and the light guide plug 12 can smoothly pass through the position of the light shielding unit 2 because the light shielding unit 2 is in the open state.
When the light guide plug 12 continues to move away from the light source and the head end of the light guide plug 12 reaches the position of the locking member 800, the rod-shaped member 13 can move inward along the radial direction due to the radial force of the second elastic member 14, and the hemisphere at the short end of the rod-shaped member 13 extends into the inner surface 103 of the tubular structure 102 of the light source connector holder 1 and contacts with the end surface of the light guide plug 12.
At this time, the state of the light shielding structure of the light source device is changed to the state shown in fig. 15, under the action of the axial restoring force of the first elastic member 3, the translating member 5 receives the acting force of the first elastic member 3 in the axial direction away from the light source side, under the acting force, the translating member 5 moves in the axial direction away from the light source side, so as to drive the rod-shaped member 13 to move in the same direction, because the short end of the rod-shaped member 13 passes through the spiral-shaped hole 404 on the tubular structure 401 of the rotating member 4, when the rod-shaped member 13 moves in the direction away from the light source, the rotating member 4 is forced to rotate along the axis thereof, and at the same time, the rotation of the rotating member 4 drives the driving screw 10 to move inwards along the strip-shaped hole 105 on the disc-shaped structure 101 of the light source connector holder 1.
When the light guide plug 12 is completely pulled out, as shown in fig. 12, the light blocking part 2 is completely closed, and the light emitted from the light source is completely blocked at the side of the light blocking part 2 close to the light source.
The light shielding mechanism of the endoscope light source device, which is formed by the scheme, can effectively prevent light from leaking, improve the operating environment of medical personnel and improve the convenience of inserting the light guide plug 12.
Secondly, the light shielding structure of the light source device improves the reliability of the traditional light shielding structure, is convenient to install and can realize modularized installation or maintenance.
The foregoing shows and describes the general principles, essential features, and advantages of the invention.
