In the embodiment of the present invention, the intelligent pot cover 200 further includes a cleaning agent containing box 30 disposed on the inner side surface of the pot cover main body 20, and the cleaning agent containing box 30 is used for injecting a cleaning agent into the inner side of the pot cover main body 20; the detergent containing box 30 is provided with an injection port and a third water gap control structure for controlling the on-off of the injection port, and the third water gap control structure is an electromagnetic valve or a water pump.
The intelligent pot cover 200 further comprises a fresh water weighing member 40 arranged at the bottom of the fresh water tank part 70, and the fresh water weighing member 40 can be arranged at the bottom of the fresh water tank body 701 and is used for bearing the fresh water tank body 701.
The intelligent pot cover 200 further comprises a sewage weighing member 50 arranged on the sewage tank part 80, wherein the sewage weighing member 50 is used for weighing the weight of the sewage tank part 80; the sewage weighing member 50 may be disposed at the bottom of the sewage tank 801 to bear the load of the sewage tank 801
The intelligent pot cover 200 further comprises a power module 60 (the position of the power module 60 is illustrated in fig. 4, and in practical application, the battery module does not need to be installed according to the position illustrated in fig. 4), and the power module 60 is used for supplying power to the clean water tank component 70, the sewage tank component 80 and the pot brush component 10; the first, second, third, suction pump 90 and power mechanism may all be powered by a power module 60 built into the stationary cylinder 52. The clean water weighing member 40 and the sewage weighing member 50 may also be powered by the power module 60.
The intelligent pan cover 200 further includes a control module (not shown in the figure), the control module is used for controlling the start and stop of the clean water tank component 70, the sewage tank component 80 and the pan brush component 10, the actions of the first water gap control structure, the second water gap control structure, the third water gap control structure, the water suction pump 90 and the power mechanism (not shown in the figure 4) can be controlled by the control module, and the clean water weighing component 40 and the sewage weighing component 50 can also be controlled by the control module. The control module may be implemented using a microprocessor, a central processing unit, or the like.
The intelligent pot cover 200 provided by any of the above embodiments can be used in conjunction with the independently used pot 100, and can also be used in cooking equipment having the pot 100.
Please refer to fig. 1-5 for understanding. The embodiment of the invention also provides cooking equipment, which can be any one of an automatic cooking machine, a cooking machine and a cooking machine. The cooking apparatus comprises a pot 100 and an intelligent pot cover 200 as set forth in any one of the above, the pot cover main body 20 is used for covering the pot 100, the clean water tank part 70 is used for injecting clean water into the pot 100, the pot brush part 10 is used for brushing the pot 100 during rotation, and the sewage tank part 80 is used for sucking out sewage after brushing.
Further, the cooking apparatus further includes an apparatus main body (schematically shown in fig. 5), the pot 100 is placed or fixed on the apparatus main body, the control module is also fixed on the apparatus main body, and the cooking apparatus further includes a communication module for realizing communication between the control module and the clean water tank part 70, the sewage tank part 80, the pot brush part 10, the detergent containing box 30, the clean water weighing part 40, and the sewage weighing part 50. The communication module can be implemented based on wireless communication technology, and the communication module can be implemented by adopting the prior art, which is not detailed here.
Please refer to fig. 1-6 for understanding. The embodiment of the invention also provides a pot brushing method which is realized based on the cooking equipment set forth in any one of the above. The pot brushing method comprises the following steps:
s10, controlling the clean water tank part 70 to fill clean water into the pot, i.e. controlling the first water gap control structure to open the water filling port on the clean water tank 701, so that the clean water is filled into the pot.
S20, the lower end of the pan brush component 10 is controlled to rotate in the pan to scrub the inner wall of the pan, namely the support tube 2 is controlled to rotate, so that the brush rod 3 scrubs the inner wall of the pan.
S30, the sewage tank component 80 is controlled to suck out the sewage in the pot, namely the second water gap control structure is controlled to discharge the sewage in the overflow area into the sewage tank 801 through the water flowing channel 6.
And S40, finishing brushing the pot or returning to the step S10 and then carrying out next round of cleaning.
The portion between the upper end and the lower end of the pot brush part 10 is a telescopic structure, which can be realized by the prior art. Obtaining correspondingly:
step S20 specifically includes: the pot brush component 10 is controlled to extend or contract and simultaneously rotates in the pot to scrub the inner wall of the pot; namely, the control component controls the support tube 2 to extend or contract while the brush rod 3 rotates, so that the cookware is efficiently brushed.
Step S30 specifically includes: the lower end of the control pot brush part 10 is extended to the bottom of the pot, and the control sewage tank part 80 sucks sewage into the sewage tank part 80 via the pot brush part 10.
Step S40 specifically includes: the pot brush member 10 is controlled to contract and then the washing is finished, or the pot brush member 10 is controlled to contract and then the process returns to the step S10, or the process directly returns to the step S10.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the intelligent pot cover 200 further includes a cleaning agent containing box 30 disposed on the inner side surface of the pot cover main body 20, and the cleaning agent containing box 30 is used for injecting a cleaning agent into the inner side of the pot cover main body 20;
step S10 specifically includes: the clean water tank part 70 is controlled to inject clean water into the pot, the detergent containing box 30 is controlled to be opened, and detergent is injected into the pot, wherein the water injection action of the clean water tank part 70 and the detergent containing box 30 can be carried out in a front-back sequence without distinguishing.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the intelligent pot cover 200 further includes a fresh water weighing member 40 disposed at the bottom of the fresh water tank component 70, and the fresh water weighing member 40 is used for weighing the weight of the fresh water tank component 70; the intelligent pot cover 200 further comprises a sewage weighing member 50 arranged on the sewage tank part 80, wherein the sewage weighing member 50 is used for weighing the weight of the sewage tank part 80;
step S10 specifically includes: controlling the clean water tank part 70 to inject clean water into the pot, simultaneously weighing the clean water tank part 70 through the clean water weighing part 40, and controlling the clean water tank part 70 to stop injecting water when the variation of the weight of the clean water tank part 70 reaches a first variation; wherein, first variable quantity is set for according to the size of pan, satisfy the washing requirement can.
Step S30 specifically includes: the lower end of the pot brush part 10 is controlled to extend to the bottom of the pot; the suction pump 90 is controlled to suck the sewage into the sewage tank 801 through the pot brush member 10, and simultaneously, the sewage weighing member 50 bears the load on the sewage tank member 80, and when the weight variation of the sewage tank member 80 reaches the second variation, the sewage tank member 80 is controlled to stop sucking the sewage. The second variation may be equal to or close to the first variation.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the intelligent pot cover 200 further includes a control module, and the control module is used for controlling the start and stop of the clean water tank component 70, the sewage tank component 80 and the pot brush component 10;
step S10 specifically includes: the control module receives a cleaning instruction and then controls the first water gap control structure of the clean water tank part 70 to open a water injection port, clean water is injected into the pot, meanwhile, the clean water weighing part 40 is controlled to weigh the clean water tank body 701 of the clean water tank part 70, and when the variation of the weight of the clean water tank part 70 reaches a first variation, the control module controls the clean water tank part 70 to stop water injection; wherein the washing instruction may be a button provided on the apparatus main body.
Step S20 specifically includes: the control module controls the pot brush component 10 to extend or contract and simultaneously rotates in the pot to wash the inner wall of the pot;
step S30 specifically includes: the lower end of the pot brush part 10 is controlled to extend to the bottom of the pot; controlling the sewage tank part 80 to suck sewage through the pot brush part 10, simultaneously bearing the load on the sewage tank part 80 through the sewage weighing part 50, and controlling the sewage tank part 80 to stop sucking sewage when the weight variation of the sewage tank part 80 reaches a second variation;
step S40 specifically includes: the control module controls the pot brush component 10 to shrink and then finishes the washing, or the control module controls the pot brush component 10 to shrink and then returns to the step S10, or the control module controls the pot brush component 10 not to act and returns to the step S10.

Claims (14)

1. An intelligent pot cover is characterized by comprising a pot brush component, wherein the pot brush component comprises a pot brush, the pot brush comprises a supporting tube and a hollow brush rod, the lower end of the supporting tube is fixedly connected and communicated with one end of the brush rod, the other end of the brush rod extends in the radial direction of the supporting tube and far away from the supporting tube, and the brush rod is provided with a circulation hole for water circulation and brush hair;
the pot brush component also comprises a fixed seat, the fixed seat comprises a disk body and a fixed cylinder which is formed by extending downwards from the middle part of the disk body, and the upper end of the supporting tube is rotatably fixed in the fixed cylinder;
the intelligent pot cover also comprises a pot cover main body, a clear water box component and a sewage box component; the upper ends of the clear water tank part, the sewage tank part and the supporting tube are all fixed on the pot cover main body; the intelligent pot cover is set to inject water to the inner side of the pot cover main body through the clear water tank component, the lower end of the pot brush component outputs rotary motion to the inner side of the pot cover main body, and sewage is absorbed from the inner side of the pot cover main body through the sewage tank component.

The intelligent pot cover of claim 1, wherein the brush rod has a horizontal rod part and a vertical rod part, and the upper end of the vertical rod part is connected with one end of the horizontal rod part far away from the supporting tube; one end of the cross rod part is fixedly connected and communicated with the supporting tube; the transverse rod part and the vertical rod part are both provided with the circulating holes and the bristles.
3. The intelligent pot cover of claim 2, wherein the cross-bar portion has a plurality of rows of the flow holes, and the flow holes in each row are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the cross-bar portion;
and/or the cross rod part is provided with a plurality of rows of the bristles, and the bristles in each row are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the cross rod part;
and/or the vertical rod part is provided with a plurality of rows of the circulation holes, and the circulation holes in each row are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the vertical rod part;
and/or the vertical rod part is provided with a plurality of rows of bristles, and the bristles in each row are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the vertical rod part;
and/or one end of the brush rod is bent downwards or upwards to form the transverse rod part and the vertical rod part;
and/or the aperture of the flow hole is smaller than the inner diameter of the cross rod part and the inner diameter of the vertical rod part.

The intelligent pot cover of claim 1, wherein the pot brush further comprises a profiled tube having a buffer chamber, a middle portion of an upper end surface of the profiled tube is fixed to and communicates with the support tube, and a side surface of the profiled tube is fixed to and communicates with one or more of the brush rods.
5. The intelligent pot cover of claim 4,
the middle part of the upper end surface and the middle part of the lower end surface of the buffer cavity are planes, and the periphery of the buffer cavity is in the shape of a curved surface protruding outwards;
and/or four brush rods are uniformly distributed on the side surface of the special pipe;
and/or the supporting tube is a telescopic tube.
6. The intelligent pot cover of claim 1, wherein the pot brush component further comprises a power mechanism disposed in the fixed cylinder, the power mechanism being configured to drive the support tube to rotate and/or extend.
7. The intelligent pot cover according to claim 1, wherein the clean water tank component comprises a clean water tank body with a lower end fixed on the pot cover main body and a first water gap control structure, the lower end of the clean water tank body is provided with a water injection port and a clean water air pressure balancing port, the first water gap control structure is used for controlling the on-off of the water injection port, and the clean water air pressure balancing port is located at the upper end of the clean water tank body.

The intelligent pot cover according to claim 7, wherein the clean water tank body is configured to directly inject water to the inner side of the pot cover body through the water injection port, or to inject water to the water flow passage in the support pipe through the water injection port and to be injected to the outside through the second end of the pot brush member.
9. The intelligent pot cover of claim 7, wherein the first water gap control structure is a solenoid valve or a water pump.
10. The intelligent pot cover according to claim 1, wherein the sewage tank component comprises a sewage tank body and a second water gap control structure, the sewage tank body is fixed on the pot cover main body at the lower end, the sewage tank body is provided with a water suction port and a sewage air pressure balancing port at the lower end, the sewage air pressure balancing port is arranged at the upper end of the sewage tank body, and the second water gap control structure is used for controlling the on-off of the water suction port.

The intelligent pot cover of claim 10, wherein the second water port control structure comprises a water suction pump; the water outlet of the water suction pump is fixed and communicated with the water suction port; the water inlet of the water suction pump is connected with a pipeline, or the water inlet of the water suction pump is connected with the supporting pipe, and water is sucked in through the brush rod.
12. The intelligent pot cover of claim 1, wherein the pot cover body comprises a cover body and a handle provided at a side of the cover body, a middle portion of the cover body has a barrel extending upward, and the clean water tank part and the foul water tank part are accommodated in the barrel.
13. The intelligent pot cover according to any one of claims 1-12, further comprising a detergent containing box provided on an inner side surface of the pot cover main body, the detergent containing box being used for injecting detergent into the inner side of the pot cover main body;
and/or the intelligent pot cover further comprises a clear water weighing part arranged at the bottom of the clear water tank part, and the clear water weighing part is used for weighing the weight of the clear water tank part;
and/or the intelligent pot cover further comprises a sewage weighing piece arranged on the sewage box component, and the sewage weighing piece is used for weighing the weight of the sewage box component;
and/or the intelligent pot cover further comprises a power module, wherein the power module is used for supplying power to the clean water tank component, the sewage tank component and the pot brush component;
and/or, the intelligent pot cover further comprises a control module, and the control module is used for controlling the starting and stopping of the clear water tank component, the sewage tank component and the pot brush component.
14. A cooking apparatus comprising a pot and the intelligent pot cover as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the pot cover body is used for covering the pot, the clean water tank part is used for injecting clean water into the pot, the pot brush part is used for brushing the pot during rotation, and the sewage tank part is used for sucking out sewage after brushing.
