The effect of peptide-containing composite solid beverages of different experimental groups on the cellular immune function is discussed through a ConA-induced mouse spleen lymphocyte transformation experiment. The results show that there is a very significant difference (P <0.05) between the peptide-containing composite solid beverages of example 1 and comparative example 3 when fed compared to the control group. It is demonstrated that the peptide-containing composite solid beverage of example 1 has a remarkably enhanced ConA-induced lymphocyte proliferation ability.

100 parts of inulin, 70-80 parts of soybean protein isolate, 1-5 parts of sorbitol, 40-45 parts of resistant dextrin, 10-20 parts of concentrated whey protein, 15-20 parts of soybean phospholipid, 10-20 parts of L-arabinose, 5-10 parts of Plantago ovata husk powder, 10-20 parts of a nutrition enhancer, 5-10 parts of red yeast rice, 3-8 parts of soybean peptide powder, 10-15 parts of corn oligopeptide powder, 10-15 parts of wheat oligopeptide powder, 10-15 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 5-10 parts of oat fiber, 5-10 parts of citrus fiber, 3-5 parts of quinoa, 1-10 parts of white kidney bean extract, 1-3 parts of potato extract, 1-3 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid and 3-7 parts of casein phosphopeptide.

The peptide-containing composite solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the nutrition enhancer comprises vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin B1Vitamin B2Vitamin B6One or more than two of vitamin C, nicotinic acid, folic acid, pantothenic acid, phosphorus element, magnesium element, calcium element, iron element and zinc element.
3. The peptide-containing composite solid beverage for enhancing immunity according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise, in parts by weight:
