Performance testing
1. Palatability testing: taking 100 healthy German cockroaches (each half of male and female), fasting without water prohibition, moving the healthy German cockroaches into a glass square box (100cm multiplied by 100cm) after 24 hours, placing an egg rack in the middle, placing soaked sponges beside the egg rack after test insects are all normal, weighing 3g of the cockroach-killing gel bait in the examples 1-7, respectively placing the gel bait on filter paper, randomly placing the gel bait in 7 corners of the square box, plugging and releasing flying holes, weighing the weight of the rest gel bait after 24 hours, calculating the food intake, repeating the test for 3 times, and averaging;
2. and (3) testing the indoor drug effect: 30 German cockroaches (male and female halves) are put into a test square box (100cm multiplied by 100cm) to be plugged and released into the flying holes. After the test insects recovered to normal activities, 10g of cockroach-killing gel bait (experiments are respectively carried out) according to examples 1 to 7 was placed in one corner of the box, the feed for the German cockroach was placed in the opposite corner, and a culture dish containing a soaked cotton ball was placed in the center. The death condition of the test insects is observed day by day, the dead insects are taken out and counted, the test is continuously observed until 12 days after the bait feeding, the test is repeated for 3 times, and the average value is removed. Evaluation criteria: after 12 days of feeding, the death rate of the cockroaches is 100 percent, and the drug effect is A grade; after 12 days of feeding, the death rate of the cockroaches is more than or equal to 90 percent and less than 100 percent, and the drug effect is B grade; after 12 days of feeding, the death rate of the cockroaches is less than 90, and the drug effect is grade C.
3. And (3) stability testing: respectively taking 100 groups of the cockroach-killing gel bait of the embodiment 1-7, sealing, placing in a constant-temperature oven at the temperature of (54 +/-2 ℃), and observing the physical stability of the gel bait after thermal storage for 15 days; physical stability was also observed after 30 days of administration in the natural environment. Evaluation criteria: after the test, the cockroach-killing gel bait with the concentration of more than or equal to 95 groups does not have the phenomena of thinning, color change, bleeding and layering, and has excellent stability; the cockroach-killing gel bait of more than or equal to 80 groups and less than 95 groups does not have the phenomena of thinning, color change, bleeding and layering, and has good stability; the cockroach-killing gel bait of less than 80 groups does not have the phenomena of thinning, color change, bleeding and layering, and has poor stability.

As can be seen from the test results of table 1, the cockroach-killing gel bait of the present invention has good palatability and drug efficacy, and also has good stability and can be exposed to the environment for a long time.

the pesticide raw material is imidacloprid and fipronil; the weight ratio of the imidacloprid to the fipronil is (2.5-6.7): 1;
the filler comprises starch, gelatin, diatomite and an HY type molecular sieve, wherein the weight ratio of the starch to the gelatin is (1.6-2.2): 1; the weight of the diatomite is 13-18% of that of the filler; the weight of the HY molecular sieve is 18-25% of the weight of the filler;
the sugar is fructose and maltose; the weight ratio of the fructose to the maltose is (2.6-5.2): 1.

s1, adding the pesticide raw material into water, and stirring until the pesticide raw material is completely dispersed;
s2, adding cyclodextrin and xanthan gum into the water mixed solution of imidacloprid, stirring and heating in ultrasonic oscillation, and reacting until crystals appear under a microscope;
and S3, cooling the reaction solution, sequentially adding the filler, the humectant, the preservative and the sugar, and uniformly stirring to obtain the cockroach-killing gel bait.
