本发明公开了一种熔块颗粒用粘结剂,以100份重量计,其中含有羟乙基纤维素4‑20份,白炭黑1‑8份,聚甲基硅氧烷1‑5份,余量为乙二醇。本发明可制得在中性环境下使用、具有良好增稠粘接效果的、不含金属离子的粘结剂,可适用于建筑陶瓷行业中需要对熔块颗粒进行固定和粘接的工序中。

本发明属于陶瓷材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种熔块颗粒用粘结剂。
背景技术
工艺陶瓷砖是近年来新兴的建筑装饰材料,为了满足人们的需求,现在市场上的陶瓷砖产品在表面效果的装饰上越来越丰富,其中哑光效果的抛釉陶瓷砖越来越受消费者的青睐。这类陶瓷砖的生产过程中使用到了熔块,然而熔块颗粒的质量直接决定了砖坯装饰效果的好坏。如果工艺手段不得当,熔块无法吸附在图案之上,所制得的析晶砖产品形成的透明冰晶纹理存在间隔纹、不连续且留有气泡。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种熔块颗粒用粘结剂。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种熔块颗粒用粘结剂,以100份重量计,其中含有羟乙基纤维素4-20份,白碳黑1-8份,聚甲基硅氧烷1-5份,余量为乙二醇。
优选地,所述粘结剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a)将羟乙基纤维素溶于乙二醇中,搅拌均匀;
b)加入聚甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀;
c)加人白碳黑和剩余乙二醇溶剂,搅拌均匀得到熔块颗粒用粘结剂。
本发明还公开了上述粘结剂用于制备彩色釉面砖的应用。
优选地,在施加熔块层后,喷涂上述粘结剂。
本发明的有益效果:本发明能提高聚合物本身的流体体积,减少了颗粒自由活动的空间,从而提高了体系黏度,可制得在中性环境下使用、具有良好增稠粘接效果的、不含金属离子的粘结剂,可适用于建筑陶瓷行业中需要对熔块颗粒进行固定和粘接的工序中。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种熔块颗粒用粘结剂,以100份重量计,其中含有羟乙基纤维素4-20份,白碳黑1-8份,聚甲基硅氧烷1-5份,余量为乙二醇。制备方法包括以下步骤:
a)将羟乙基纤维素溶于乙二醇中,搅拌均匀;
b)加入聚甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀;
c)加人白碳黑和剩余乙二醇溶剂,搅拌均匀得到熔块颗粒用粘结剂。
该粘结剂的运动粘度值为88.09mm2/s。
使用时,在施加熔块层后,喷涂上述粘结剂。

1.一种熔块颗粒用粘结剂,其特征在于,以100份重量计,其中含有羟乙基纤维素4-20份,白碳黑1-8份,聚甲基硅氧烷1-5份,余量为乙二醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种熔块颗粒用粘结剂,其特征在于,所述粘结剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a)将羟乙基纤维素溶于乙二醇中,搅拌均匀;
b)加入聚甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀;
c)加人白碳黑和剩余乙二醇溶剂,搅拌均匀得到熔块颗粒用粘结剂。
3.权利要求1或2所述的粘结剂在制备彩色釉面砖中的应用。
4.根据权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于,在施加熔块层后,喷涂上述粘结剂。
